      4/26 is the most recent date I have had issues with doordash but it is an ongoing problem. I had placed an order and the order was confirmed. I received a message that the order was on its way and would be arriving on time. Just around when I expected the order, I received another message that said the order was cancelled. This type of business goes on frequently. I received a full refund but I am a subscriber so by not receiving my order I lost out on the benefits of my subscription. Also, when these things happen often, then it would take almost another hour to place another order. I have requested doordash to offer some complimentary credit for wasting my time and for giving false information about my delivery but they have been less that helpful. I am seeking a $10 credit to make up for these issues, essentially a refund for the dashpass as their inability to deliver on services makes it null.

      I ordered from DoorDash on the morning of 26 April *** driver was confused about the address (I have ordered through DoorDash at that same address dozens of times) When the driver contacted by phone I repeated the address He said the app was giving the wrong information.Later I received a picture of the delivery, Problem was it was not my address. ***n I was advised that I declined the refund DID NOT HAPPEN.       On 4/20/24 at 10:20pm I ordered from DoorDash portillos. Once my order arrived it was missing 2 large fries and 2 large cheese cups for a total of $12.10. I immediately on 4/20/24 10:40pm contacted support on DoorDash and explained what happened. They agreed to credited my account the amount I paid $12.10. I took a screenshot of them agreeing to credit that amount. I then went into DoorDash on 4/26/24 and saw they only credited me $6.97. I contacted support and they told me they have no control over how much I get back. They then told me Im past the amount of time allowed to be refunded and I needed to contact them the day it happens. Which I did. I took screenshots of the conversation. I then emailed support in hopes of getting somewhere. They responded saying It's been few days for the order that was missing. So, we are unable to process any compensation on this. At this point DoorDash is refusing to refund me the amount I paid for the order by saying its a few days after my order and I didnt respond in time which is untrue.

      On the original complaint DoorDash responded and said they would refund me for the entire order. See the picture of their response. I accepted the resolution and then never received the refund. Now they are saying they wont refund anything, but again they already said they would.

      I ordered doordash 04/26/24 and the dasher had issues getting through my apartment gate, so she called me and I picked up and walked her through how to get in. She got in. I work from DoorDash as well, so I know the process. It was a double dash from 2 different restaurants, but the dasher delivered it to the wrong address, even took a picture. I sent her a message telling her that it wasnt my door, but I got no response from her. I walked around to find it, but couldnt locate my food, so I reported it. DoorDash investigated and gave me a full refund for 1 restaurant, but partial for the 2nd restaurant because the dasher lied and said she couldnt get in touch with me when we had an entire phone conversation, which a DoorDash agent admitted to seeing. I want my FULL REFUND on both my orders, and at this point I may cancel my membership, and even go as far as ending my working partnership with DoorDash as well. Im disgusted with how poorly this was handled.

      Their driver delivered my food to a different address in my apt complex no where near my address, I attempted to call the driver and it popped up order completed I've called doordash multiple times to explain to them what happened and they told me that my order was not eligible for refund I'm not understanding it I didn't get my food it was never dropped off in my address and nowhere near me and they keep refusing to refund me for their driver dropping my food off to somebody I have no idea who

      Received the wrong order. Doordash refused to refund me or credit me. After numerous complaints they are now ignoring me. This is the final step before I dispute with my bank. I'm seeking a full refund.

      I have had several instances where my food was stolen, and not being delivered. The food is highly overpriced and my complaint tonight really has bothered me. I placed and order at 8:00 pm, I started calling the dasher no answer, message, no answer. About 10:00pm I contacted DoorDash and the customer service said they would refund me $5.08 of the $50 order that was placed and to call back if the food was cold. I still never received my order. The dashers location was at the same location after it picked my order up for 2 hours. I called customer support again and they basically told me that they couldnt do anything but cancel my order and refund my money that would take 5-7 business days. I am upset because, I could have canceled earlier had they told me they would not send someone else to pick up my order. I can not drive because I had surgery today and need to eat, which was the whole reason for me ordering. No I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund and I still have NO FOOD for my kids and I to eat tonight. I find this very unacceptable and do believe no one should be treated in this manner. I try to give the benefit of the doubt because this is not the first time that this has happened and it is really an inconvenience to my family who has paid for and expecting food. I am extremely dissatisfied with this treatment. Please help!!!

      April 23, I placed an order at the fresh market. Through the app, I had reported that many items in my grocery delivery order arrived INCORRECT. The three The Coconut Cult Probiotic Coconut Yogurt Original I had ordered arrived incorrect, as the dasher brought me the CHOCOLATE MOUSE flavor for all three jars. The three Nature's Best Seafood Flake Style Surimi Crab Meat I had ordered never arrived, I received a blue bag of FISH instead. The ************** Premium Quality Gluten-Free Arrowroot Starch I had ordered arrived incorrect, as the driver brought me a FLAXSEED powder instead. The three **************************** Wild Caught - in EVOO I had ordered never arrived either, I received a random jar of GOCHUJANG instead. With all of this given, DoorDash only decided to give me $14.41 in DASH CREDITS. Unbelievable, more than half of my order arrived incorrect and I was given $14.41 back? I am requesting to be CORRECTLY refunded for the incorrect items received, and Id like to be refunded back to my payment method! This case had been escalated to a manager, (so I was told) but at this point, we all know DoorDash says that theyll escalate a case and have a manager call you back in order to allow you to FORGET about the case, because the managers NEVER call you back. I will NOT forget about this case DoorDash, and I will have no problem charging back with my bank if this is not properly resolved.

      On 04/25/24, I placed an Aldis order to be delivered to my home, in the amount of $127. The DoorDash delivery driver was given my apartment building number and apartment unit letter. The driver delivered my order to the wrong building. DoorDash was notified of this, yet refused to give me my money back or have my order redelivered. They are claiming that it was correctly delivered because the unit number is the same. There are several of the same unit numbers. The driver went to the wrong one. I have proof that no activity came to my door during the time in which my groceries should have been delivered, as we have cameras on each unit. I have had no success in receiving the goods Ive paid for. We live in an assisted living community. We are in fixed incomes. We cannot afford to lose money or food!

      I am rejecting this response because: my reasoning is either being disregarded or not understood. My groceries were delivered to the WRONG BUILDING! I live in an apartment complex. So although the DOOR says apt D, it is the BUILDING that was not mine, and was incorrect! This is theft! I never received my groceries and this company has stolen my money.
