      4/1/24 placed an order on doordash for a total of $78.77 however it was ordered to an incorrect address and canceled immediately. The doordash phone representative spoke to the store and confirmed this cancellation as well. I was assured the full refund would be deposited back to my paypal account. I only was able to see a partial refund of $50.98($25.49 +$25.49 refunds). I said that I am still viewing a charge of $27.79 and was told that I am just seeing a pending charge that will not be processed. I followed up as I was told via phone and chat over 5 times and continued to be passed off and told to wait for an email in 1 hour or 24 hours, however no emails ever came. Finally, after waiting for my refund since April 1st, I spoke with a supervisor today by the name of ************** who informed me that since I was already refunded an amount (partial amount) that she is unable to authorize another refund despite being assured multiple times on the phone by the initial representative that I would be getting the full amount. I have been passed off and had chats closed out before any resolution has been made. Essentially I was robbed and then lied to by this company. The $27.79 was the delivery fee, service fee, tax and dasher tip. All services that were not provided and that was confirmed by their doordash representative (female unknown name) on a recorded line on 4/1/24. Please help me obtain my refund that I am *********** and was reassured I would be receiving up until today. Reference number *********. Thank you very much for your help

      Yesterday afternoon I ordered lunch while away in another state to my hotel room. The food was good and I continued about my day and then at 12:00am I was woken by an absolutely terrible stomach ache and chills and nausea- I then proceeded to vomit for the next 20 minutes and feel extremely ill and weak. I even doordashed medication from CVS to help me feel better, I had to have the concierge have someone bring it to my room because I couldnt go down and get it. I am still feeling terribly sick and had to call out of work later today. I decided to reach out to DoorDash support for a refund of the food since it made me so sick and the refused to provide me a refund at all without medical documentation. I told them that I was not at the hospital and that I had ordered medication ON THEIR APP and that was not suffice. I asked for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor which they did however the supervisor called me at 2:49am which is absurd all on its own but the supervisor told me the same thing and so I asked if they were going to pay for my medical visit to provide them documentation to which they said no and I said okay then have a great night Ill just take this up with the BBB. I am extremely upset because all I wanted was a refund for my food because I had to spend more money on medication because the food made me SICK and they said no. So I lost out on $46 for the food, $34 for the medication and my wages because Im a flight attendant who had to call out for the rest of my trip. This experience definitely will make me never use DoorDash again which is a shame because I used it a lot due to the nature of my occupation. I just want a refund for the food.

      I ordered from ******************************* on 4/10 and the food arrived cold and inedible, AGAIN. This keeps happening with DoorDash orders in *******, **, and DoorDash doesn't care-- they get feedback, don't address the issue, keep delivering cold food, and expect you, the customer to "eat it" financially and literally. No one should pay for cold food that poses a health risk. I want my money back, and I won't be using your service anymore.

      On Friday, March 29th we ordered from the restaurant Pizza Port through DoorDash at 7:01:20PM after seeing that delivery was estimated at ***** minutes. This estimate was provided by DoorDash in their application. As soon as I hit submit on the order our estimated wait time skyrocketed to 1 hour and 45 minutes. We immediately tried to cancel the order, only to be told by DoorDash that it could not because the restaurant had accepted the order. I engaged their chat assistant and ultimately was connected with a support agent, who indicated verbatim "However, we are having difficulty finding a nearby Dasher for delivery" and that we were only eligible for a refund of $11.24 on an order of $81.01. So, the issue wasn't that the restaurant was overwhelmed and couldn't fulfill the order; rather, DoorDash could not provide the service. We contacted the restaurant directly who confirmed that they had received our order and would have it ready within 15 minutes, but that they could not cancel the order because it had come through DoorDash - so, again, the problem is DoorDash. Ultimately the pizzas were delivered after approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, and we were treated to the unique combination of an overcooked (because it had been sitting under warmers for 1 hour and 30 minutes) and cold (because it had been sitting with the delivery person for who knows how long).Just to be clear - this issue is 100% a reflection of DoorDash and not Pizza Port.

      My 12 year old son ordered ********* through door dash to his school on April 3. ************************************************************** time for him to eat. After the order was placed the delivery time got pushed forward and he had to cancel the order. He tried to get a refund and was told he couldnt. I tried to call on his behalf and was told the same thing the person on the phone refuses to give a name or the name of her supervisor that I have been waiting 43 mins and counting to speak with because I simply can not imagine that an order that was canceled can not be refunded and that a 12 year old is being robbed by a cooperate entity and that he is out the money he paid, earned and went hungry. What kind of ****** is this for a 12 year old? You should be ashamed.I was just hung up on and and told a manager would call me after I requested to remain on the line and sent to a survey. After nearly an hour on the phone, I didnt get to talk to a supervisor and my issue was definitely not resolved.A manager called my sons phone the 12 year old and while I did manage to finally get a refund, it should not take hours of phone calls and work to get a refund for a canceled order. I highly suggest you change your business practices..

      In reference to the provided order information dated 03/30 with merchant Chipotle Mexican Grill for the amount of $39.62, our system of record does not have any reported issue or related support interaction. As well, this order indeed has another named Dasher assigned, as well as has been confirmed to have been delivered to the correct delivery address. If we have located the correct order, it is no longer eligible for compensation due to the amount of time that has passed. 

      We have, however, located a subsequent order dated 04/02 with Chipotle Mexican Grill for the amount of $37.62. This order does have the correctly named Dasher associated and was previously fully refunded as advised via referenced number 582128335. This charge should have fallen off your bank statement, otherwise the refund could take up to 5-7 business days to process back to your account based on your banking institution. 

      In closing, the $39.62 amount is indeed for a separate order related to no reported issues. If we have made any oversight, however, please inform us of the corrected order information, including the account email and phone number. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to DoorDash Support so we may assist you.

      Roses Queen ****** April 2, 2024 1:56pm Amount:$30.86 The Dasher delivery person called me and said DoorDash. I told her my gate code and apartmentwhich that information she already had. She told *********** (English). I immediately went to my lobby to look for her because I felt that this delivery was not going to go right. I looked for her downstairs and near the entrance gate for about 20 minutes asking people were they from DoorDash, which they were not. I constantly tried to call and text. Again she never tried to answer my calls or answer my text. The text has translation. She never got back to me and put that the package was undeliverable. DoorDash refunded me only $2.31 and kept my $30.86. I had company expected and this order was for them. I then had to take some bill money and ride a distance to another store on my mobility motor chair. I am disabled. I also got caught in the rain while going to the other store. I have consistently called DoorDash since that date. They put me off each time and have not refunded my money of $30.86. This is horrible for me also because I am on a very very low fixed incomeSSI, disability. I did not do anything wrong. DoorDash deliverer messed up so much for me and I just want my money back! I am so sorry that I will not use them anymore. I dont trust them. Most of my shopping is through delivery and the only way I can get around is through mobility chair. PLEASE HELP ME!!       I am a driver for doordash. Last month, (March 2024) I achieved Platinum status, or formerly Top Dasher. Doordash expects you to have certain qualifications and high percentages of different categories and if you achieve this, you are promised to get higher paying orders, access to first priority phone handling with customer service and the ability to dash whenever it's convenient for you. I have a real full-time job, but as we all know, in today's economy, a second job is often required to fill in the gaps of needing extra money when that full-time job falls short. I personally don't believe that "Platinum Status", or "Top Dasher " actually exists. I am aware that people who use this service in my area aren't phenomenal tippers- as I've bartended/ served in this area several times before. However, I RARELY get lucrative offers from doordash. Most of the orders are $6-8 and generally require you drive a pretty long distance just to get the pay. In fact, I'm certain that there have been several times where I have likely lost money. I tried dashing today after a doctor's ************ and was unable to do so, even though I met all their crazy requirements the month prior. One of the main benefits of "Platinum Status" is the ability to dash anytime. I had to go home even though I desperately needed the extra money. Where are the rewards they promise? Why wasn't I able to dash at my convenience? I personally think that they are gaslighting us. I remember getting a $24 order ONCE and I had to drive 30 minutes to get to my destination. I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone work for doordash, as they don't keep their end of the deal- even when you exceed the expectations and are only done so to make their company look good. The only good thing is it pays at the end of your dash- this is convenient, however, it's a hassle in every other way possible. I would like to be compensated for all of the hours I've put in and get the $22 the site claims you will make.

      I have been unable to access my account through my email ***************** I do not have access to that phone number anymore on my account and when i attempt to login on doordash, it only gives me the option to login through the number and not my email. I only have access to my email. I even reset my password and I still have this same issue.I have been trying to get this resolved for months and i have not heard or received any real help from doordash support.
