Ordered Chipotle and received wrong order. Order was for a *******************. Reciept was ripped off. ****** probably realized his mistake. Tonight, I ordered from Wingstop. Last minute decision. Its late, a lot of intoxicated drivers in my area of *******. Im watching my order in the app periodically, and a dasher never arrives to pick up the order. The store ended up closing, I called my self after waiting an hour and a half for my order. I reach out to support and of course they dont even want to compensate or refund the order. I just want my money back. Please this is ridiculous, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. A thirteen minute wait for an agent with no resolution. A dasher never showed to pick up my order, I never received my order. They need to fix this! All I asked was for silly credits to place an order from somewhere else. I had 10 credits I placed toward my ***** order. I ordered a chicken basket with fries from Dairy Queen it had raw chicken, raw fries, I ordered a mocha moolatte and it was chemical tasting, I ordered a hunger buster with cheese and got a burnt burger with nothing but some sickly looking lettuce and no mustard or pickles or anything, also paid 2.00 extra for ***** size and got a half empty small order of raw fries. I was told to read the community guidelines that I agreed to when signing up to Doordash? Meaning that you deny any refund to anyone who complains because *** can? I am am closing my account and will never ever do business with you again! I had to keep calling in order to get this resolved! I should not have had to do that! I am further reporting Doordash to the *** snd SEC and the attorney general. You either learn how to treat your customers or continue to deal with them under false advertisement and we will **** People are getting tired of the bs!!!!!!

Starting Dec 23, 23 I started receiving messages from Doordash that I had placed orders through them. I would respond that I didn't order anything and no response. I called them multiple times since then and would send screen shots of the messages explaining someone was using my phone # to place orders. EVERY single time they tell me that they will take my phone # off the account of someone named ******* and I wouldn't have to worry about them ordering using my phone # anymore. Each time I'm also told I will be contacted within 48 hours by someone form their security team and it NEVER happens. I have all email correspondence for proof. I want Doordash to remove my phone # from the account. I have never had a doordash account ************************'t want my # to possibly be being using frauduently.Business Response

I was delivering for Door Dash and was given a double order. One store was closed and the other store had already had 3 people sent out. Both errors on DoorDash. I am rejecting this response because: it was not Arbys. It was a double dash of Burger King and Chilis. Chilis had already been delivered and they told me I was the third driver to show up. I wrote all of this in my complaint. I also called Door Dash. No solution was given. I would like the driving fee of $4 for both places since the error was on Door Dashs.Yes the complaint may seem silly over $4. But this isnt the first time they have done that. They clearly do not care, nor can they bother to actually read the complaint as you can see. Its time they are held accountable for their actions.

I used my dasher direct card to make a purchase yesterday. The transaction was declined twice and I had available funds. I checked my account and saw that the two decline transactions still had the amount debited from my account. I already took it up with the merchant who has no power to do anything since it was a decline transaction, and doordash is refusing to take responsibility or make any effort to reimburse me. $4 might not seem like much, but that's money I work for, and this is about the sixth time this has happened with this car. I've already lost upward of 50 to $60 due to the same issue, and have never received a ***** back for it. This was the only way I figured maybe they would actually pay attention and take this seriously. I've been working for doordash for almost 4 years, and their business practices only become more suspicious by the minute. Something needs to be done about my missing money and the fact that this is something that has occurred on multiple occasions.Business Response

I placed an order via DoorDash at Lowes. I was offered a coupon for 20% off my first purchase via DoorDash at Lowes which I used - it saved me $20.My ****** called and said he was at the checkout but it was taking longer than expected and he was running late. I said no worries. I then received an email 15 minutes later that my order had been cancelled due to at item being out of stock. Obviously it wasnt if he was checking out - no idea what happened. I contacted customer service to request my one time use only coupon be reinstated so I could place a new order for the exact same product with another Dasher. He said it couldnt be reinstated. I requested my issue be escalated - he said I would receive a call. I asked when - he ended the chat on me without responding. The escalations rep called 15 minutes later. All he did was read from a script and promise to take my feedback. I asked if the coupon could not be reinstated could I have a credit for the discount I received so I could place the reorder - he said the computer wouldnt let him. I asked him to escalate his computer issue - he said there was no one who could be contacted beyond him. Its not my fault the Dasher cancelled my order after telling me he was on his way. I do not understand why this issue cannot be remedied and only my feedback can be noted. There is no logical reason why I cannot be credited back everything from my cancelled order - both the monies I paid and the discount off a future purchase.Business Response

I contacted customer service MULTIPLE TIMES, with every one either ignoring me or turning me away. I have provided multiple pieces of evidence, my refund request was denied multiple times.
