      I placed an order for door dash on 4/30 for a veggie burger and okra when I received my order it was for a beef burger wings and fries I am 100 percent vegetarian and do not eat meat!! Obviously there was a missed up in my order the Dasher admitted he had multiple order which I received someone else food door dash took my money and didn't even offer a refund

      Doordash!!!! My dasher brought me the wrong order and only 1 drink. For all the money spent and extra fees you would doordash would do better.... I asked for a refund . Provided photos that there was only 1 drink also the dasher photo showed that there was only 1 drink. I also submitted screenshot of the dasher apologizing for getting the order incorrect. Door dash still didn't issue a refund ...said it was against policy

      Since June of 2022, me and my wife have been charged $9.99 per month. We had cancelled DashPass and removed all payment methods from the account. However, they are continuing to charge us. *********** cant block the payment as they say DoorDash is a merchant they are unable to block, PayPal has said the same, and DoorDash claims they have no record of charging us. This is despite me having the credit card statements going back to June 2022 showing they charged us. They refused to escalate and said our only recourse is to take it up with the bankwho says they cant block DoorDash. They have literally stolen from us for almost a year now, and are absolutely zero assistance in resolving the issue.

      There is no way to respond with this information and I am not willing to respond with that info in a public forum. Please provide direct email address to provide the information to. 

      Furthermore, I have received this response before after providing said information. I cannot control that DoorDash has no record of the transactions--what I do know, is DoorDash IS continuing to withdraw money from our account.

      Door Dash- worked a 12 hour shift, ordered my kids A cheeseburger happy meal and a quarter pounder with bacon meal. I only received the happy meal and the drink too the quarter pounder meal. I called customer service with **********************, sent them a picture of the receipt and the order that I received and they refunded me back $1.80. I asked for a supervisor they said they did not have one available and I would have to wait 24 hours. Then when I tried to contact them online, they said the order was final. So basically I did not get reimbursed for my mail. The quarter pound of mail was $12 and some change and I did not receive it. The driver working for the company told me to call DoorDash and they will handle it. When I asked him where is the rest of my food? He was very rude and said he didnt know call DoorDash so nothing was resolved.

      I am frustrated with this service. Today I ordered using DoorDash, my food arrived in sealed bags and in a timely manner. However upon opening my bags I realized that yet again I did not receive all of my items.(this has happened several times now) When prompted to DoorDash to report the mishap the only resolution they gave is to refund for the cost of the items that I did not receive. Which is okay except for in order for me to reorder for the things that I still needed that I already purchased but did not receive it was going to cost twice as much as the food being ordered due to delivery fee and tip, that I would have to pay AGAIN at no fault of mine. The only resolution they provided when I requested to speak with an agent. The agent said I could be refunded for the tip. I did not completely understand that statement so I stated that I did not want that to happen if the tip was being taken from the dasher as it was not her fault. The agent quickly responded with no answer to that statement and ended our chat. I clicked to reconnect to an agent and confirmed that they took the tip from the dasher and if so to put it back, so they did. This is ridiculous to me, I already pay for this service monthly, spending over a certain amount makes me eligible for free delivery as often as possible so re ordering only a couple items already costs more, I realize prices are higher than in store as I realize this is a convenience we are paying for but I do not agree that I am not full refunded for the entire amount that I paid due to mistakes made by the store or that some type of reorder to be done on their end to omit the extra charges to make things right.

      Doordash has randomly terminated my dasher account for the second time since I started doordashing in late October of last year. And once again there is no reason for the termination. I have been top dasher every month since I started dashing. I have had no issues and a high door dasher rating every month. But for some reason doordash's automated system likes to deactivate my account. The deactivation page sites fraud, but I haven't committed any fraud during my more than 2000 deliveries. I have filed a reactivation appeal but the policy gives them 10 business days to investigate what happened. I dash every day and look forward to the weekly door dash income that I get. So for me to have to sit and do nothing while they investigate something that didn't even happen is insane to me. I would like my Dasher account reactivated in a more expedited manner. The first time I was deactivated it only took them a day to determine that nothing had happened and they reactivated my account. I don't see why the same can't happen now.

      I placed an order on DoorDash last night/this morning at around 1:05 AM. My order was confirmed around the same time. I ordered from 7-Eleven, which I do at least once a week, and the order included alcoholic beverages. I got a notification that the order was delivered at 1:36 AM but The Dasher did not call or ring my bell. In addition, you need to scan ID in order to complete an order that includes an alcoholic beverage. I called Doordash, and they said when I submitted a complaint through the chat feature order had been submitted and it will arrive around 2:44 AM. I called back around 3 AM the rep told me the order was not resubmitted but she was going to add some information to my initial complaint. Doordash declined to refund me twice! I just want my $17.26 back. I asked for a manager when I called this morning and one was supposed to contact me within the hour, of course no one did. This service is defrauding people and keeping their money. I am entitled to a refund for products that I never received. The proof that I didnt receive it is The fact that the customer support informed me, the items were returned to 7-Eleven, but they are still refusing to give me my money back. This is technically stealing. To make things worse, I just checked my DoorDash app and saw that I was refunded $1.47. This is a joke.

      I ordered 4 packs of indoor potting mix from Lowes on doordash. They substituted them with completely different items without my consent. I noticed it while the driver was delivering the order and contacted DoorDash. They told me to wait till the order was complete and itll be resolved. However, I contacted DoorDash again for full refund and they rejected without providing a reason.

      I used Door Dash during February, March and April of 2024. Door Dash took payment out of my bank checking account and also billed Pay Pal credit for all my purchases. I tried calling Door Dash and after 35 minutes of being on the phone explaining the situation, I was hung up on. It seemed to me that they were avoiding the problem and didn't want to admit what they did.

      We can confirm that DoorDash is not charging you twice for the orders placed. The payment for the orders comes through PayPal, therefore, it seems this issue resides with PayPal and your bank directly. If your card is tied to PayPal that comes from your checking account, that's why the charges are coming from the checking account. We suggest contacting PayPal about the settings for your account.

      I placed an order on April 30 2024 through doordash. I complained when they failed to deliver the happy meals ordered. They sent the chocolate milk but didn't deliver the kids meal. So the child in my care did not get her meal! A 4 year old. Doordash has refused to refund anything not even the happy meal I didn't get. I also submitted pics to doordash on their chat platform. I am unable to recover the pics because they closed that chat. This is an on going thing with them just stealing our money idc how many times I may complain it's my moneythati worked for and they do not have authority to keep my money without delivering what I ordered. Thats their and I will press charges. Not over 30 dollars but the 56 order I made that they didn't put toppings on my pizza and the one where someone stole my food and never showed up with it. I am prepared to go further of the BBB doesn't resolve this
