Ordered food from Lazy Dog 6/29/2023. ****** did not follow directions and delivered to wrong address. I requested reimbursement, or at the very least to take the tip off the incompetent driver, and these people had the nerve and audacity to claim my request was fraudulent without a reason. They claim based on their investigation they denied my refund. Based on what? Because the driver took a picture of where she dropped it off? The location was the wrong address. I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for about 2 years, never made issues with their company, and then I get brushed off as such when I report a problem? I have never had such issues with DoorDash until recently, when I have had several experiences with Dashers delivering my orders to the wrong addresses. The area I live in is not even that complex to begin with. I even wrote notes to assist the Dashers too, in case they really do have difficulty reading their maps/gps. Yet, despite all of that, these issues still went onand so either there is a major issue with their delivery process, or the majority of their drivers are just very unreliable and lack accountability for their actions.Of course they would assume my issue was fraudulentbecause its more convenient to listen to a driver who is obviously unreliable and unable to follow directions than a customer reporting that she made a mistake. I am rejecting this response. I am not sure what they meant by numerous compensations to my account. They did not specify, and I am not seeing anything on my transaction history that shows evidence of this. However, I do see that my tip was not given to the driverthats all that really mattered and in that sense we can end this dispute here.Still, I no longer wish to do business with them. I will not recommend their business or services to anyone else from this point onward if asked.

Doordash is actively stealing money from my credit cards and when Ive called door dash customer service I get hung up on , Ive request 4 supervisor call backs and have yet to be called back 2 weeks later. Today 6/30/23 I called customer service when I realized another fraudulent charge was made and the agent did not listen to anything I was saying and when I requested to be transferred to someone else they transferred me to MY OWN NUMBER!!! This is ridiculous!! Door dash needs to STOP BEING CHEAP & outsourcing work over seas because its becoming a trend when speaking to them that they arent capable of problem solving or active listening and comprehension!! I placed an order with DoorDash to be delivered to my parents on Fathers Day. Order said it was delivered, but they had not received it. Went through the automated help and was told that my request for a refund was being denied. There was no opportunity to explain, or discuss the situation with a life person. The chat live help people said my order was delivered and the driver took a picture of the order outside the house and texted it to the recipient. Well considering that was a landline number, no, they didnt and the help person told me actually no photo was taken. My parents found out later that day that the order was delivered to their neighbors. It had no name, address, or other information attached. They figured being Fathers Day it was from one of their kids. in the last 2 1/2 weeks, I have interacted with the live chat feature multiple times and called DoorDash directly two times. I was told my order could not be refunded because too much time has passed, I was told my order could not be refunded because I had too many refunds already on my account. Neither of those are true or accurate . I was then told my case would be escalated to someone who could help me because the live chat people couldnt do anything because of DoorDash policy. The third time I was told my case would be escalated. I actually got an email with a reference number and case number from them but no one has ever contacted me.Business Response

I contacted doordash because I was charged twice for an order that was canceled due to restaurant closing before a dasher can pick up food this was on June 25 2023 I explained that the money was refunded the same day because come posted it back to my bank account on June ********* on June 27th doordash redsnappers took the money back out my banking account I contacted my bank they told me I had to contact doordash so I did they told me 24-48hrs when I talked to them today because 48hrs have passed they then go to tell me its nothing they can do I have to just contact my bank about it because they almost refunded me they dont see a double charge I then go to explain that I sent over proof that I was charged twice and then there you have it I get hung up on I call back and now they are accusing me of using a cash app card this is so unacceptableBusiness Response

I'm a regular customer with this company. Last night (6/28/2023) my order didn't arrive, the dasher left my order at another location. The dasher didn't take a picture to show where he had left the order. This company had the proof in the chat between me and the dasher. It took them 24 hours to respond, my order was $28 but they only refunded me $7. Also today 6/29/2023 I had some items missing from my order, when I reported this they denied me a refund once again. This company has been denying me a refund for my missing items back to back, as if it's my fault that I'm missing the items. I feel like they're stealing my money. I've spent alot of money with this company, this is unacceptable! They should learn how to treat their customers better. I want a refund for the orders I've reported missing items for recently and my full refund from last night 6/28/2023 for not receiving my order at all.Business Response
