I initially looked into this prescription and never approved it. They charged me 195.00 and refused to cancel it even though it wasn’t shipped. Wouldn’t accept returns. Just now they charged me again even though I didn’t approve it. They said I reactivated it but I didn’t. Their website is misleading and they’re impossible to get ahold of. I asked to speak to a manager, was told I’d be followed up with and they didn’t. I want my money back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I spent 2 hours trying to speak to a manager about this to be told there was no one and they would reach out by email. Which they didn’t. There is no communication. On top of this they also used a card that I did not approve for them to use. So I don’t know where or how they did that as well.

After filling out the questionnaire, it takes you to pricing. It showed $35. After signing up and entering your card number you're actually being charged $175. The pricing was misleading and confusing. I immediately canceled the subscription as I no longer wanted the product After reading all the ingredients and side effects and seeing the sticker shock. Even after cancelation they still charged my card $175. To be clear, this isn't buyers remorse. This is the company not being clear on pricing, side effects and medication ingredients until they already have your card information.Business Response

The auto renew subscription was on and I didnt like the product so I would want my money back it charged me 175 dollars I didnt know it was an automatic renewal Please I need my money backBusiness Response

The date of the transaction was November 8 for $175. I was changed for a subscription of a product that I did not authorize. I did not sign up for it. I paid them 6 months ago for a hair product and they signed me up for a renewing membership if that product. I cannot even use it as it irritated my scalp. I did not authorize.. I was not even notified a billing day was coming up. I reached out the them immediately. The product has not shipped, but they refuse to not ship it and have charged me and wont refund me.Business Response

On November 8, When I was looking for a cure for my baldness, I came across Him. I answered their questions in the survey, and after that, I filled out my personal information and credit card information. Even tho the business told me the name of the drug they might prescribe, they didn't mention the side effects. After I filled out the survey, they prescribed me the drug and charged me ************************************************************************* I found side effects such as Depression, Suicidal thoughts, prostate cancer, and other severe side effects that weren't told to me by Hims. Seeing these, I want to cancel my order before they ship it for the convenience of both parties, but they don't answer me. After they ship it, they won't be receiving returns due to the nature of the product, that's why I want to cancel it before they ship it, but they won't let me.Business Response

I attempted to cancel my order before shipping after speaking with my doctor. There is nowhere to cancel your order or speak with an actual customer service representative. This forced me to purchase medication that I did not end up actually needing.Business Response

On 11/7/24 I reactivated my account with Hims in the late evening. I answered the questions asked and it said a provider will contact me after they review the information. I did this through the website and did not have the app. On 11/8/24 my bank notified me of a $150 charge from Hims. I was never contacted by Hims by email, text, or phone about the prescription just charged.I contacted customer service and they advised that I was contacted through the app or website. I asked to cancel the item which hasn't even shipped yet and was told that they could not. Not once was I advised of the price of anything or did I even want what was prescribed except through a website that I would of had to log on again to just check and see if the company had spoken to me. I work 2 jobs and have four children, I don't have time to check and stare at website to see if someone responded before I get charged for a product that I didn't even approve of prior to.Business Response

Ordered product under the assumption it was $69 a month. They charged $690 up front for a one year subscription. I canceled within 24 hours. They continued to fill prescription even after I canceled. I will return the product unopened for a full refund.Business Response

I was charged today for a subscription order refill. I did not receive any notification in advance that the 5-month subscription was up for renewal, and did not know the order had been placed until I received word from my bank for the charge. I reached out to cancel but they would not allow cancellation and also will not take a refund. I have since cancelled my subscription.Business Response
