      I was sent a prescription for hair loss, I had paid $175 for this in the beginning of 2024. Time came around for the second round of prescription on Oct. 24th. I did not cancel my prescription in time and was charged another $175, and the company (via message bot) let me know that the order was sent and refunds were not available. I never received the order, but was content my subscription was confirmed cancelled with company. Today, March 27th, 2025, I was charged $175 from this company. Upon messaging the support team, they let me know they still not refund $175. They as well would not offer further communication, a different contact number, or assistance deleting my method of payment off of the website as well.

      Im filing a complaint against Hims for their shady subscription practices and refusal to honor cancellations. I was charged for a renewal, tried to cancel before the product even shipped, and was told it wasnt possible. When I disputed the charge with my bank, Hims fought back with a 13-page document justifying their stance, making it clear they profit from these kinds of transactions. Im not the only onemany others have reported that Hims ignores cancellations and always falls back on we dont do refunds, no matter the situation. Some law firms are even looking into class-action lawsuits over this. Its deceptive and unfair, and I want this to be investigated.

      Im filing an additional complaint against Hims for their deceptive subscription practices, unauthorized charges, and potentially illegal medical procedures. Initially, I was charged for a renewal, tried to cancel before the product even shipped, and was told it wasnt possible. When I disputed the charge with my bank, Hims fought back with a 13-page document justifying their stance, making it clear they profit from these kinds of transactions. I submitted to toe BBB and received the fair compensation which I thank you for. After reviewing my bank history to ensure I wouldnt be charged again, I discovered something even worseover 12 attempted charges on my account before my first order even went through. I had intentionally kept my account empty to prevent this, yet the second I received a direct deposit, Hims immediately processed a charge, and I had no way to stop it--despite cancelling the first order i had placed. On top of that, I never had a physician consultation, which seems highly illegal given the stricter regulations surrounding GLP-1 injections and compounded weight loss medications. Im not the only onemany others have reported that Hims ignores cancellations and always falls back on we dont do refunds, no matter the situation. Some law firms are even looking into class-action lawsuits over this. Hims practices are deceptive, unethical, and potentially unlawful, and I urge the BBB to investigate them.

      I previously purchased a subscription which had expired. I wanted to have the option to order in the future and had renewed my subscription in December 2024 but did not need any subscription filled in the near future so set my next fill date to March 2025. There was no advance notice to fill the prescription, no email, no text, no app notice, or any kind of notification of the upcoming charge and no order fulfillment email or shipping notification. I immediately called upon getting the credit card charge notification to cancel the order and was met with their terms of service48 hour notice even if the order has yet to be processed or shipped. When I asked the customer service representative if I had any recourse on the refund, I was again told that it is not their practice. Their practices are predatory in nature and bet on the fact that people will forget their subscription and take the charge without contesting it. I refuse to be part of that statistic. I demand a full refund from them. Please help me.

      I would like full refund for my recent purchase of Medication Kit 2. I used the online tool on 3/24 to obtain a weight loss product, providing accurate information about my health and lifestyle, including the fact that I drink 4 or more alcoholic beverages at least once a week. Based on this information, the tool prescribed Medication Kit 2.However, after receiving my order confirmation and doing additional research, I learned that alcohol consumption while taking ********* (which is part of the prescribed medication) can be dangerous, even potentially life-threatening. This critical information was not communicated at any point during the ordering process or in the communication kit, which has left me feeling uncomfortable with the prescribed medication.I attempted to cancel the order the following day, but was told that it had already been shipped. However, the website indicates that the order has not yet been shipped. Given that this situation involves a significant health concern and lack of sufficient warning regarding the necessary lifestyle changes to safely use this medication, I believe I am entitled to a full refund.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a full refund for the Medication Kit 2. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to your response.

      Did a free appointment. I was supposed to be contacted and asked if I wanted to proceed. Instead I was billed $147 without authorizing it.

      I went through the steps to be prescribed a spray to aid with my hair loss. I attempted to use my *** account given that it was a prescription medication. The card was declined and I received notice from the *** provider that I could submit the receipt for reimbursement. I submitted the receipt and the claim was denied unless I could provide a letter of medical necessity. I contacted Hims for a letter of medical necessity and they declined to provide one. I requested a refund since I had not received my package yet and didn't want to commit to a subscription out of pocket. I offered to ship it back as soon as I received it. I do not want to pay such a high cost if I cannot use my *** funds and the company refuses to write the letter for me so I can be reimbursed.

      I started a subscription a little less than a year ago, but did not follow through with using the product as it did very little to fix the intended issues. There was no easy and direct way to cancel my subscription. I did not have time to call customer service to cancel my subscription and now have been charged for the next order in my subscription. I now have tried calling to cancel my recent order and be issued a refund, however I was told that they could cancel the order but not issue a refund, even though the order is still "processing" and has not shipped yet.

      Dear Hims Online Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery of my *********** order. I placed the order with you, but unfortunately, there was a shipping issue with *****. The problem stemmed from them having my address incorrect, which was not my fault. As a result, my order was delivered multiple days ******* also says that the average response time is four hours and l've never received a response that quickly. I'm frustrated to say the least.Given the circumstances and the significant delay, I no longer feel comfortable using the product. I would like to request a full refund for this order, and I also ask that you cancel my subscription immediately.       I am rejecting this response because: The vendor did not fall through with refund or replacement of the shipment. The items were supposed to be sent on ice and delivered quickly. They were multiple days late and sat in over 95 heat. They are not usable.

      I contacted Hims for a prescription. I had a monthly subscription until recently when I was notified that my subscription for a 6 month supply was charged and shipped. The company clearly falsified a message allegedly from me to increase the subscription. My history before this was for 1 months only. The message that they falsified was dated a YEAR ago. Whoever added this message forgot to change the year. The wording is clearly AI. I have attached a screenshot
