      Hello, i placed an order and after reading tons of negative and scary reviews regarding the products i canceled my order before any shipment label was created. I received a notification that my order was canceled but they still charged my card! How can they charge if the order was canceled and received notification of such. I find him funny how they were quick to message me back when it came to the questions they had for me but when i had questions about my subscription and order, no replies.

      I got a subscription on February 28th and after reviewing my options quickly decided to cancel almost right after. Although I cancelled, they still charged me, even though I have not received the package and it has not shipped yet. Since I do not require the product and since it has not shipped, I feel a refund is reasonable.

      I decided not to continue the subscription service on hims on February 2nd, 2025. On February 28th, 2025 my bank was charged $1980 for this service without my consent. There is no way to contact Hims to request a refund. I would like an immediate refund and to end all business with this company. Thank you.

      I ordered a weight loss product from Him and. Hers I did not realize that the payment would be deducted from my credit card right away. I canceled my order but within. approximately 10 minutes the order was prepared & shipped. When I received the package my mistake was refusing delivery I filed the appropriate paperwork with my credit card company but the dispute was denied.

      Last fall I sought a prescription for ********* for treatment of *** HIMS provided both the diagnosis and the pharmacy services for this product. I intended to pay for this product using my FHA account, as ******************** also advertises as an option. As is standard, my FHA requires documentation show medical necessity for tax purposes. This is standard documentation expected from a prescrbing entity and/or pharmacy. As HIMS provided both services, I expected that they would have no issue providing this information, which ought to beca part of my patient file. Instead, I was told they refuse to provide this standard documentation and suggested I obtain it from a separate physician (which would be of additional cost to myself.) This is wholly unacceptable, especially as they are promoting use of Pre-Tax health savings accounts to lure in consumers. This verges on the level of scam and malpractice as they are refusing to provide information that ought to be part of my mecical record. They also do not provide an itemized receipt with shipment or on account nor an itemized summary of care.

      I was not made aware I still had an active subscription. I understand it may have been in the Terms and conditions, but I thought I was making a one-time purchase. I canceled my membership after being charged for a product I do not need. I have barely used this product, and I do not need it anymore, let alone $175 worth of it. The cancel subscription was not easy to find, and there is no way on the website to speak to support. You can message a doctor, but that is not what I needed. The shipment was not even sent out before I canceled my order, but I am still being charged for a product I do not need.

      Ive been suffering with social anxiety and this ad for Hims showed up.I did the assessment and was under the impression that I would speak with a professional over the phone or something.When I saw the monthly subscription plan screen before I even got to speak to a professional I quickly backed out and refreshed the page because I lost interest at that point.Yet Hims still placed an order in my name, this all happened within a span of 5 minutes of me doing the assesment!I tried canceling the order and contacting support only to be told Id have to cancel my subscription when I have no subscription I feel deceived and I cant even afford the medication everything I get my insurance has to approve.The order hasnt even been approved and yet I get no option to cancel it.

      Despite consulting with the doctor from this company about my treatment from investigating further from their website, shows that this product wouldnt even help me in my situation with hair loss as I purchased a hair loss treatment, but it is not applicable to me and a doctor shouldve told me that And this was a doctor from this company and the information based on this product totally contradicts what is necessary for me to have. I have not even received this medication yet as it is still in route. The tracking number is from the **** ********************** And I plan on returning a to sender because medically speaking based on the information that the companys doctor gave me and the information on their website showsthat I cannot be taking this medication and I plan on going to my own person physician to get a letter from him that I cannot taking this medication so I dont even intend in opening the **** parcel And plan on returning it and most importantly, I am seeking a full refund of $175 as I would have never went with the doctors recommendation if I further research on their own website. I have zero intention in opening the **** parcel and I will intend and refusing delivery if possible, but nonetheless mailing back to package as I do not want it and I would appreciate if I can be considered for a full refund of this product. I did not wish to not only take the medication. I will not open the package and I will have every intention and making sure it is completely returned to the company as for medical reasons based on research Ive done for the doctor provided to me by this website and the research done their own medical evidences that are also found website they should have Suggested that I could not take this medication for my personal health reasons. In conclusion, I would appreciate if I can get a full refund of the $175, as I wouldve never even attempted to apply for this if I was given accurate information regarding my specific health.

      I did not authorize a medication plan for myself from hers. I did not want this medication and I am sent medication which I havent even opened, and I would like my refund for it, since this is not something I need, and did not authorize but my account was used by someone else to Order this medication. This is a dangerous medication which I am not in support of due to clear evidence of it relating to adverse side effects and I will not take this. I need my refund in full for this medication as I have not used it nor have I opened the package sent to me.

      1/6/2025, minutes after signing up, I cancelled a subscription because auto-injector pens were not included. Order and cancelation were done via their app. They did not cancel the full subscription; on 1/7 posted $1980 charge, and sent first shipment 3 days later. I called Customer Support who said remainder of subscription was cancelled and half of $1980 charge refunded. They did not refund $990 for first shipment saying cancelling via the app doesnt cancel first shipments. (I asked how customers would know this and got no answer.) Had they cancelled whole subscription immediately as requested, first shipment would not have been made, and all my money would be refunded.Checking the BBB website, I found thousands of complaints regarding their cancellation and return practices many describing situations like mine. The company was made aware of these problems, yet made no effort to clarify the cancellation process for customers. They say their subscription does not include first shipment (which they call an order). This is not what the average customer expects, plus their cancellation procedure violates FTCs click to cancel rule. I subscribed via their app so I should be able to cancel the same way. The company literature says you can cancel a subscription at any time either through Customer Help or online, but they never say cancelling a subscription on the app doesnt include first shipment. Only after I complained was I told I should have called Customer Help to cancel the entire *********************************** Code of Conduct speaks to Acting with Integrity and ensuring product and services we provide meet the high expectations of our customers. Wouldnt adding a clear statement on their app to tell customers trying cancel all of their subscription to call eliminate these BBB complaints . Since I cancelled in good faith well before any product was shipped to me, I believe that ********** should issue the remainder of my refund ($990).
