      I purchased GLP-1s advertised as compounded *********** in December 2024. I have used real *********** in the past. This stuff is definitely not the real deal. I havent lost a pound in four months. It does not suppress my appetite or GI function like ******* did. Also does not make me tired. I actually GAINED weight taking this stuff and now I question what I e been injecting into my body. I complained and they tried to ****** me brand name meds. There was never any indication that what I paid thousands for might not work because it was off-brand.

      A fraudulent charge of $690 was attempted on my debit card today. I have never shopped or done any business from this site. Charge was declined and I was notified, I still had to call twice and get a new card issued, Once again, I have never dealt with Hims & Hers.

      I purchased a 3-month trial from HIMS just over 2 months ago. Well in advance of any 3-month renewal, they billed my credit card for another 3 months and say they've packaged another 3 month supply for delivery.They refuse to stop the delivery or credit me back the $900 claiming I didn't give them 48 hours notice before they billed me. But they billed me early, as they admit in the attached.I don't want their product which doesn't work, and I want a refund of the money they charged my credit card.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent issue Ive experienced with Hims & Hers, a company from which I previously ordered a medication program.I initially joined the program in November but discontinued it in December, as the medication not only failed to work for me, but it also made me ill. Despite stopping the program months ago, I recently discovered that another shipment had been processed and charged to my account without my knowledge or consent.I received no prior notice or renewal communication from the company before they charged my card $395 and shipped another order. After reading numerous similar complaints on the BBB website, it has become clear that this lack of notification appears to be a standard and troubling business practice for this company.I reached out to their customer service requesting that they stop the shipment, issue a refund, and provide guidance on returning the unwanted product. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory and did not address my concerns.I am seeking the following resolution:- Immediate cancellation of the recent shipment - A full refund for the unwanted and unauthorized order - Instructions on how to return the product I would greatly appreciate the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and attention.

      I feel like I was misled into making a non-refundable purchase without fully understanding what I was agreeing to. The process on the Hims & Hers Health site made it seem like I was simply starting a consultationanswering a survey, getting matched with a product, and then speaking with a provider. However, I was charged before I even had the chance to speak with anyone or approve the treatment plan.Whats frustrating is that I didnt receive any detailed information about the proposed productincluding ingredients or possible side effectsuntil the doctor reached out later. At that point, I realized it wasnt something I was comfortable taking. But even though the order hadnt shipped and barely any time had passed, I was told it was too late to cancel.I thought I was initiating a medical consultation, not placing an automatic order. The site needs to be much clearer about when charges will occur and should allow users to make an informed decision after they consult with a doctor, not before.

      Hims charged me $203 without my knowledge because I supposedly had a subscription with them that I was not even made aware of. I tried calling to get a refund and/or cancel the subscription and it has been a nightmare. I want a full refund of the $203 charged to my credit card for something I did not purchase nor request.

      First time user ordering from Him's and Her's. I've heard good things about the products offered. However, the customer service has been horrendous. I'm surprised you can order meds online without speaking with a doctor. I was informed that in ***** you don't need to have a video or phone consultation, even though I requested one multiple times. I was given a ******************************************************************************* a headache. You would think that a smaller dosage would be given out before a 3 month supply is charge and given out without any consultation or asking me why I'm needing it for my individual circumstance.       I was charged 175$ for the renewal of my subscription with no warning whatsoever that my subscription being renewed, even though I'm sure that I had cancelled my subscription prior to this renewal. This is ridiculous and I would like to get a refund for the product.

      Recent transaction is April 18, 2025 A transaction amount of 175.Of a product the company were I purchased the items claim it will improve hair scalp and hair growth. But none of the results happened but getting worsen, i requested of a refund, but was denied.The ads was shows to me was from X (*******) and *******.

      I ordered a medication for PE and they prescribed me a whole different medication for ** which I dont need havent been shipped out so I canceled the subscription the same day a few hours after the subscription, I want a refund I didnt know they werent gonna ask me what I needed just prescribe me something I really dont need , didnt even speak to a doctor or anything , and I thought I would pay monthly they just charged the whole 3 months up front . I need a refund
