    I was paying $300 a month for GLP1 compound and they stopped sending it to me in February. Then when I asked to cancel the account and issue a refund they refused.

    Ive spoken to many representatives about the status of my refill. Everyone that I spoke with only said that my order is to be expedited but that was two days ago. Everyone gives you different information about why you havent received your first refill or will tell you that they will reach out, and never do. I have 3 pills left and still no refill or updated information despite this being a service Im paying for.

    I entered a subscription with Henry Meds to provide weight loss medication. They sent me the initial medications and then continued billing me without sending me further medications. They billed me for 2 months without product. I'm requesting my money back.I recommend to BBB to reflect that their "agreement" includes provisions which require the end user to communicate with them and conform continued products but has no such provisions for them to continue billing you. BBB should warn others. Their definition of "subscription" is vastly different than common English usage. A subscription is, we send you products or services and continue to do so until you discontinue or until the term of the subscription is ended. This is scammy and sleezy to continue billing and then hide behind uncommon terms in their agreement.

    This company charged me $349 and no services were rendered for more than a month before The incomplete (pending) transaction as of March 24th. I replied to customer support upon canceling my membership, and asked them for a refund. They then could not provide me any source in their terms of conditions which would indicate that I was not entitled to a refund. I would like my money back, because I had not received services from a telemed call for more than a month, and had no new medication for a month. I was also not given any kind of documentation from the support representative, nor the manager that he pushed my case to, that says I am not entitled to a refund for a specific reason. I do not consider me filling out a medical form online before canceling consent to charge my account.

    No one has been able to site where in the terms and conditions it says I cannot receive a refund. Membership cancellation terms are not in the terms and conditions that I agreed to.

    I was receiving medication and services from this company until December 2024. No service nor medication has been received nor delivered from this company since then although they have continued to charge my card 149$ per month in January, February and March. I do not want nor need their services and have not received any since December. I have asked for a refund but was told that I could only get credit for one month of the charges. This is not acceptable. Very frustrating and shady practices.

    Everything at first was great. Easy to navigate and medicine was exactly as promised. However the fine print includes a subscription of $49 per month forever. Total fraud. They kept charging me $49 per month for absolutely nothing. I finished my round of meds and had no support, counseling or services. When I questioned it they stated it was in the terms and conditions for a $49 per month subscription. I cant find it anywhere. I asked for a copy and they refused to provide.

    1. I asked for a copy of my signed terms and conditions that acknowledges the monthly fee.

    2. Ive looked in all my communications to find where I signed agreeing to a monthly fee and cannot find that.

    3. Updated terms and conditions were sent via email to me AFTER the signed acknowledgement date. I did not agree to updated terms and conditions.

    4. Please forward requested documentation that I agreed to a monthly fee. I can only find where I paid for a one time purchase.

    I used Henry Meds for 3 months while trying their compounded ***********. In those three months the medication did not work. I was then charged $297 for a fourth month that they refused to refund before it even processed on my bank account, despite me not yet meeting with a provider or ordering another vial. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product, which did not deliver results that it was sold as, and that the company refused to help. I was also repeatedly spoken over on the phone when trying to get assistance an awful experience all around. I do not recommend Henry Meds as they will be zero help to you with no human understanding, which is the last thing I would want in a company prescribing medication. Very shady. Stay away.

    I paid a monthly fee of $249 without receiving medication for three months in a row. I reached out to their customer service team on multiple occasions for medication refills during this time. Some of my emails were never replied to; other replies were delayed. When they did reply, they said the delay was my fault and thus they did not not need to send me medication to justify the monthly charge, as I had not replied to them in a prompt manner (not true - I tried to contact them multiple times via both email and their website chat function with the aforementioned lack of replies/delays). They claim they do not need to refund me as their terms of service do not require them to mail medication as a part of their monthly fee, though they advertise that the monthly fee includes medication.August 1, 2024 paid $197 September 1, 2024 paid $49 October 1, 2024 paid $297 November 1, 2024 pay $49 December 1, 2024 paid $49 Total amount pay paid $889 amount I agreed to $197 looking for a refund of $692 On August 5, 2024 at 1 PM I had a telehealth visit. I explained to the sales person that my wife had been using the pen product and it seemed to be working for her. I filled out all the forms and receive the product.After trying the product for over two weeks, I was not feeling well, and I had not lost any weight. I explained this to the salesperson when I called and requested to be taken off the program since its not working for me. I also explained that I understand that I should and will pay for the $197 thats only fair since you sent the product. I thought that was the end of the situation however my accountant at the end of the year asked me what all these other charges work for thats when I called again talked to someone and then they said they were going to talk to a supervisor I called back the supervisor, but I was never able to get a hold of them. Ive tried everything and Im trying to be as far as possible. Im pleased asking you for a refund of $692...

    Henry Meds charges every month but doesn't send medication on a timely schedule. I have already counted that I was charged one more than what medication I got. They have told me two different things when it comes to medication. I was told that (1) they send you a little more than 2 months supply in case something happens and there is a delay in shipment, I won't run out and (2) they send me a 3 month supply. I am confused by the math because they send 2 bottles of 5mg and I take 1mg per week. This adds up to 2.5 months yet they tell me two different things. They are skilled at delaying shipment, making you have face calls every other shipment (which delays service). The call today, I was denied to continue because I was telling her that I take 1mg per week and she wants me to tell her in units. I didn't know what to say because I didn't have the needle in front of me to know how many units I take.... I literally fill it up to the line I have marked and away I go. She made me think I was really irresponsible and until I could tell her how many UNITS I was taking, she wouldn't send any more medication out to me. Mind you, I have already been charged 2 months PRIOR to this medication being sent. I asked her if they were going to refund me back the $800 since I wasn't getting the medication and she said I would not as I pay for the service as well! So beware that they feel they are entitled to that money even if they didn't have to do anything or give you anything for it. I will dispute it on my card since I have nothing to show. They are a "membership based" company and now I understand why they are saying this... but it is a scam of a model. Not very ethical in their practices. So either send me the product or refund me the money. You don't get to keep both.
