    I am filing this complaint due to Henry Meds' deceptive business practices and refusal to issue a full refund for services not rendered.Complaint Against Henry Meds I am filing this complaint due to Henry Meds' deceptive business practices and refusal to issue a full refund for services not rendered.I signed up for their service, which includes a provider consultation, medication, and shipping, under the impression that I would receive a prescription if deemed appropriate. However, after my consultation, I was informed that I needed to be medically cleared by my primary doctor before I could proceed with treatment. The next day, I called Henry Meds to ask about getting my money back, and they advised me that they had "frozen" my account. They further stated that upon "unfreezing" it, I would be automatically charged again for the medicationeven though I had never received my initial prescription as part of my introductory fee of $197. This meant I would have been double charged had I not proactively reached out to question the process. Henry Meds was not forthcoming in refunding any portion of my payment; they only did so after I inquired.While they issued a partial refund of $147, they refused to refund the remaining $50, claiming it covered the provider consultation. However, at no point during my appointment was it disclosed that this fee was non-refundable. Additionally, it was not clearly stated in the fine print or any of the information I read before signing up. I have repeatedly asked them to provide proof of a binding agreement supporting this charge, but they have failed to do so.Henry Meds' lack of transparency and failure to proactively address refund eligibility raises serious concerns. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and urge the BBB to investigate these misleading practices. Other consumers should be aware of this before engaging with the company.Desired Resolution: Full refund of the remaining $50.

    Signed up to receive medication on a 12 month plan. However, upon further research I found I do not qualify to receive the medication due to gastrointestinal issues that I have. I did not complete the process of seeing the companys doctor or complete a medical report and waste their time I just requested to cancel. I was told by the company at first ** have to continue with the program and still pay but then they said no I just wont get the money back I already spent. I informed them of my medical issues for canceling but they said I still cannot be refunded because I started up services although no services were actually received.

    I signed up for *********** in August 2024. After my initial batch was delivered, I did not renew because I did not tolerate the product - it made my hair fall out rapidly. Three months later Henry Meds sent an email notifying me that if I didn't meet with my initial intake person, that I wouldn't be eligible to receive any additional product. I didn't meet with the intake employee but they kept charging my credit card every month. I called them to ask them to refund all the charges that I incurred for a product I didn't receive, and I was told that because I hadn't met with their intake person, they were legally allowed by my initial agreement to keep charging me although they were not allowed medically to send any additional product.

    Henry meds renewed my medication without meeting with a nurse. They charged me $339. I was told by their customer service I cant get a refund. I told them the medicine did not work for me. I was told during my initial meeting with their nurse that I would check back in with her to see how it was going wore continuing. That never happened. Instead they proceeded to charge me $339 and send me more medicine. This is horrible business practices.

    Ordered weight loss medicine off their website. Signed up for 1 month for ******. The medicine did nothing, so I intended to not order another month but they automatically charged me another ******. As soon as I saw the charge, I called and cancelled it and asked for a refund. They said there would be no refund even though they had not sent the medication yet. So they are keeping the ****** in exchange for NOTHING. They are thief's!

    Henry Meds charges $297 per month for medication, and ships their medication in a 3-month supply. So your first month is $297, but you get 3 months of medication. The 2nd and 3rd month you are also billed $297 for the reminder of the 3 month balance.I received and paid for 3 months of my Henry Meds medication, and subsequently did not do any intake forms to continue receiving the medication, as their verbiage states that without doing the intake forms, you will not receive any medication. It seems common sense that if you do not do the intake forms, and therefore do not receive any medication, that you will not be billed. I was then billed $297 for the next subscription payment, though I did not receive any medication. I canceled the subscription today when i saw the charge, and called Henry Meds to explain that i did not do the necessary intake forms, and was therefore ineligible to receive the medication, and therfore shouldn't have been billed. They said regardless of completing the requires forms, they will continue to bill monthly and there are zero refunds. Even if you do not ever receive any services or medication. I spoke to a supervisor who confirmed this and said sorry, no refunds. This is a predatory business practice, and is in line with charging a patient for medication that they never receive.

    I am filing a complaint against Henry Meds for charging me for a subscription service without providing the agreed-upon product. I had a subscription with Henry Meds for a GLP-1 medication. The last product I received was on August 13, 2024.On September 24, 2024, I was informed that I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment to receive another shipment. However, appointments were unavailable in a timely manner, making it impossible for me to fulfill the requirement. Despite not receiving any additional medication, Henry Meds continued charging my account $298 on 9/16/2024, 10/16/2024, 11/16/2024, and 12/16/2024.I canceled my membership on January 12, 2025, and requested a refund for the charges related to months when I did not receive any medication. Henry Meds denied my refund request, citing their terms of service. However, their terms were updated after the dates in question (on 12/18/2024). Additionally, their system creates an unfair situation where patients are required to make difficult-to-schedule follow-up appointments in order to receive their product, yet they are still charged even if they cannot secure an appointment.I have spoken with their customer service and provided all necessary details, but they refused to provide a refund. I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter and receive a refund for the four months in which I was charged without receiving any product.Desired Resolution:Of the $6056.00 I paid, I am requesting a refund of $1,192.00 for the four months (SeptemberDecember 2024) in which I was charged but did not receive any product.

    Today I received an email stating that Henry meds would not refund me even though no treatment or meds were given. When I called to ask to get it refunded they said it's against there policy. I received no treatment no meds and they stole over 200 dollars. This can't be legal. This is a bad company. Criminals really. ****** do not use this company!

    Developed persistant vomiting in December, spoke with the provider and she agreed that I should "cease" the Semglutide oral drops for now. I also emailed Again after noticing a January debit of $249. that I QUIT taking the drops,and the shipments did not continue. and then in February noticed Another Debit for $249. They clearly knew not to send Any Shipments but yet continued to Debit my account.

    After I didn't see or feel any results, I stopped following up with Henry Meds' providers to re-up the medication every few months. I figured that since I wasn't talking with their physicians, they wouldn't be able to to send me the medication and therefore, no longer bill me. Unfortunately, I don't look at my credit card statement as critically as I should have because I use one card for all my expenditures. That being said, I realized over this past weekend that Henry Meds has been charging me $297/mo for absolutely nothing. No medication, and no medical consultations. By this point they've taken this charge approximately 8 times totalling around $2376, while I've received nothing from them.I've advised them to refund me the money, but the only thing they've agreed to is canceling my "membership." I just want my money back for the product/service that I never received. I can prove that the last time I received their medication was on 6/18/2024, and I can prove that they've been billing me on the 13th of every month since then without providing me a single service..They aren't forthright about this billing practice, and they are essentially treating it like a gym or car wash membership. Those businesses obviously involve a customer to voluntarily use those services, but Henry Meds is expected to provide a product for their service, and if no product is dispensed they have no right to continue to charge the customer. Failing to provide the very service they are contracted for constitutes fraud. If they fail to rectify this malfeasance I will contact the state AG; as should anyone else they've been illegitimately charging.
