Henry Meds is a online diet medication. I was charged for service that I never received. I called several times and just was kept on hold. I was charged several months and received no medication.Initial Complaint

started July, 16 2024 Paid $2079.00 Had my first call with a nurse ant Henry Meds. and had 20lbs to loose. Not a lot. Nurse even mentioned I did not have a lot to loose.l when I spoke to her.She said she would put in the prescription so it would be sent to me. It would cost me $297.00 for the vial. So to me that is what I should have been charged. Then I called in October for another vial because I was not far from meeting my 20lb goal. Talked to another nurse and she knew I was close to my goal said make sure I dont go below the 20 lbs because that would be too thin. She sent in a prescription for another vial that was $297.00.I have not looked at my credit card statement for a while because we have it set up for autopay and we have not looked at for awhile. Then on a week ago I looked at it on line and was shocked to see $2079 in total charged on my acct from **********************. I called immediately because this was not the agreement for a total of two vials of weight loss meds I agreed to. Nobody will listen to me or even willing to work with me. They said I had a monthly charge for a monthly subscription. Nobody said anything about a monthly charge or a subscription. I had no clue what they were talking about. I was told how much I would be charged for each vial. Even before I started in July the website stated the same. Nothing about a monthly charge. To resolve this problem I am looking for what is due to me which is a refund of $1485.00. I should have only been charged $594.00.Initial Complaint

I paid a monthly fee of $249 without receiving medication for three months in a row. I reached out to their customer service team on multiple occasions for medication refills during this time. Some of my emails were never replied to; other replies were delayed. When they did reply, they said the delay was my fault and thus they did not not need to send me medication to justify the monthly charge, as I had not replied to them in a prompt manner (not true - I tried to contact them multiple times via both email and their website chat function with the aforementioned lack of replies/delays). They claim they do not need to refund me as their terms of service do not require them to mail medication as a part of their monthly fee, though they advertise that the monthly fee includes medication.Initial Complaint

I ordered weightloss injectable compounded Tripeptide from Henry Meds AKA Adonis Health Inc. in Sept 2024. I was receiving my compounded medicine from a pharmacy named Hallandale out of ******* and paying a monthly fee. I was losing one pound a week as advertised. In November I was contacted by Henry Meds AKA Adonis Health *** saying they would no longer be able to fill my prescription due to *** rules. If I wanted to continue my therapy I would need to buy a "BULK ORDER" meaning hurry up and pay upfront for 6 month supply. I agreed to do this because I was happy with the results. When my new medicine came it was from a different pharmacy called Health Warehouse. The medicine is compounded differently or is only water. It has been completely ineffective. I have had zero results and have actually gained weight. I asked Henry Meds to please exchange the ***** or replace the ***** with my previous pharmacy Hallandale. They suggusted that I increase my dose which I did and still nothing. No side effects and no results. I feel as though I have been scammed and would like to continue my therapy with Henry Meds. If they cannot replace the fake ***** I would like a refund so I can continue my weightloss else where.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Henry Meds on Dec 20th for oral tirzepetide. On December 26th I spoke with their medical provider via telephone. I specifically asked her what happens if I cannot take the medication. She said there is a 30 day guarantee. This put me at ease as I was unsure of how well I would tolerate this medication. I received a notice that my medication was shipping out on December 27th. It was delivered to me on January 3rd. I was surprised to find 3 bottles of medication in the shipment. One for nausea and two different dosages of tirzepatide. I had side effects (stomach pain) on the lowest dose of tirzepatide. so I cancelled on January 13th. I did not hear from Henry Meds about a refund so I contacted them on January 24th via e-mail and phone. They told me that they cancelled their 30 guarantee on January 1st. I explained that my provider was not aware of this in our conversation in December . Also my medication was in transit on January 1st. They said they informed their customers and they cannot accept returns of medication. I have not found any correspondence alerting me to this change in their policy. I would have happily cancelled had I been informed BEFORE they mailed out my ******* last e-mail from Henry Meds said that their compliance department would be in touch. I have not heard from them.Initial Complaint

I responded to an add from Henry Meds concerning hormone treatment. After signing up and being charged, they ordered a blood test prescription. When I received the results of the blood test, my hormone range was such that I qualified for treatment. However, the doctor stated that I did not qualify because of the time of day that I took the blood test and stated, erroneously, that the instructions stated that I had to take the test between 7 and 9am. In fact, the instructions stated to do so if possible but did not demand this. The company intentionally makes it difficult to schedule appointments for treatment so that another billing cycle may come due, which is exactly what happened to me. Because it took so long to get an appointment and because the doctor refused to issue the hormone because of the blood test issues above (again, my range was fine for getting treatment), the company charged me $129.00 and then refused to issue the hormone.I then asked for a full refund, which the company has in its advertising and its terms and conditions and was rejected.I contend that this company advertises falsely and then breaches its own terms and conditions in an attempt to charge new customers for treatments that they do not intend on actually shipping.Initial Complaint

I joined henry meds at the end of October 2024 and agreed to a three month subscription for compound semiglutide. I made payments on 10/21/24 , 11/21/24, and 12/21/24. I was unaware that I would be charged again unless i agreed to another subscription. I got a notification stating it was time for a refill. I went on the site and was unable to get an appointment that fit my schedule until 1/25/25. During that appointment I made the decision to not continue with the service due to cost. I advised that Nurse Practitioner and said I would be going to another provider. I received a follow up email confirming this although they seemed to be confused with my desire to cancel completely. I realised on 1/27/25 that I was charged $297.00 on 1/21/25 and assumed that since I was not going to use the service and did not refill a prescription of the medication I would easily get a refund. I contacted Henrymeds on 1/28/25 and was told that I would not get a refund nor would they send me medication for one month but that if i wanted medication i would be charged for 3 months total an additional $594.00. I was advised this was policy from December 2024. I advised them that I was not made aware of this policy nor did I sign anything confirming i had been updated on the policy. I would like a refund because as stated on their website the charge of $297.00 should include medication, shipping and access to healthcare providers. While i did meet with a healthcare provider for a 5 minute conversation during which i decided to not continue with the service, i did not receive medication or use shipping. Therefore I should be entitled to a refund.Initial Complaint

I signed up for their weight loss subscription for injectable ***********. You get a vial of the medication and pay $297 for 3 months (full price of the vial). I did my appointment with the nurse practitioner. After the 3 months, I was told that you need to fill out a form to keep getting services and the product. I received an email close to the 3 month **** advising me that if I didnt fill out the form, my services and medications would be put on hold. I no longer wanted the medications so I didnt fill out the form. I canceled my subscription on a Sunday morning. I received a message that someone would contact me to continue the cancellation but they were closed on Sundays. I then sent a email on Sunday to make sure they canceled my subscription. They still ended up charging me an additional $297 even though I didnt fill out the form and canceled. I contacted them on Monday (1/13/25). They confirmed my cancelation and told me they would process a request for my refund. That night I received an email that they would not be giving me a refund. I emailed them back asking how that was possible when I never filled out the required form, canceled my account, didnt receive a new vial of medication or receive services. I never heard back so I called on 1/15/25. They again told me I wouldnt be refunded. I asked for a supervisor who then told me she couldnt do anything and would have to escalate it. She said I would have an answer by end of day. I never received an answer. I gave it a week and never heard back. I emailed again on 1/21/25. And I have yet to hear back again. And I still do not have my refund.Initial Complaint

Medication does not work as advertised. When I elected not to refill my prescription I was charged monthly account maintenance fees, while receiving no benefit, service or goods. When I contacted them to refund these fees, they refused.Initial Complaint

I spoke with a ** *** and got started on Tirzepatide 4 mg medication. This was my second weight loss medication and the first one was in effective so I was not willing to commit to more than 2 more months as per our conversation. Script has a date of 10/4/24. She understood. So yesterday I noticed I had charge pending on my credit card for $349 from Henry meds. I looked back to find out I had been charged for December aswell. How is it legal to charge me for services and products not received if I specifically stated 2 months. They charged me $700 for absolutely nothing. This cant be legal. And when I spoke to ***** the care coordinator she seemed ok with charging me for things I didnt receive. Not happy.
