    DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I'm a realtor and I referred several clients to this company. Recently I decided to sign up for a home warranty for my home which I bought as a new construction 3.5 years ago. Just a few months back my microwave broke down and I filed my first claim. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem and left. I waited weeks and there were no updates. Then I find out that they needed my inspection report from the time I purchased my home. This made no sense to me since this was a new construction; all appliances were brand new. After submitting my 3-year-old report, the management returned and said that the microwave was a pre-existing condition and they will not fix the problem. My last conversation was with their sales rep named ******. I requested her to connect me to the management, so I can explain that this is not a pre-existing problem. The sales rep hung up the phone on me!! The worse customer service and the worse company to go with! Please save your money. I feel terrible that I referred my clients to them and it makes me wonder what type of poor service they are being provided with!!! After a month, I've decided to purchase a new microwave and no longer waste my time waiting for them. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I've learned my ****** the hard way.

    I just cancelled my membership. They are entirely unreliable and unresponsive. Horrific in a crisis. Do not recommend.

    Absolutely and completely a disappointment in every single way. Getting ahold of them never happens, ** told Im going to get calls back because they be people who actually answer the phone cant do anything to help you. Ive been trying to get my dishwasher fixed and the first time the dishwasher guy no showed on the appointment completely. Then after many many phone calls I had the man rescheduled and he came out. he belittled me and finally figured out what was wrong. He then put in for the part. Due to all the struggles with company I canceled my subscription. As I was doing that one of the workers actually yelled at me and hung up on me. When I called back i could not get through to anyone in management. When the dishwasher guy finally came with the part 20 min after he left the dishwasher was still not working and I called his company and super and no one could help me. I have now called multiple times and I just keep being told they will get back in touch with me and they in fact never do as I type this I am on hold AGAIN. They are still on the hook to get my dishwasher fixed but are avoiding me. Do better. I cannot begin to describe the resentment I have for this company. After posting a review someone reached out and literally did the same thing to me again and super claimed I had an appt with the SAME person as before. They DID NOT SHOW again! When I called the dishwasher company they claimed they actually never had an appointment for us at all and that super just made it up. I am DISGUSTED by this company. I have wasted so much time and lost out on money because of this.

    Super customer service is not good at all, sometimes rude and confusing.Theres a lot of miscommunication within the Super customer service themselves.

    I work in the legal/real estate field. I have nothing nice to say about this company. They are among the highest in the industry. The SELLER paid for my warranty at closing, but Super automatically charged renewals TO ME without consent. Super required me to pay for a service call when the service technician never came out to my house. This last time, the tech utilized my personal photos, performed an evaluation using my pictures (without even looking at the work) and then Super denied the claim, stating that I should have regular service company maintain my equipment, and if I did, they probably stepped on the equipment and broke it. I have not disclosed that I in fact do have a regular service company and their quote for the work, along with the written description of work performed are ENTIRELY DIFFERENT! The tech before that, came out said that my water heater had numerous code violations (my house is fairly new) that we would have to pay for out of pocket. My husband (who is not a novice) discussed the "violations" with him and the tech eventually stated that he really only needed to replace some piping that was, in his opinion, too thin. We then received notice from Super that we would be out of pocket for bringing up numerous code violations. This company seems to use contractors that pad their estimates and submit descriptions of work, knowing what Super will and will not cover (at their contractor discounted rate) so that the contractor can earn additional money via the homeowner.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 stars. We purchased the super Lux warranty plan. We have had numerous issues with them since. Our most recent issues have been with the ac units. They have sent their techs out 5 times this summer. They have had to make numerous fixes on two different units. The last one was in September. The fix for the unit was $3900, essentially more than the price of the unit. They denied the claim. Their excuse was poor maintenance. They were here two weeks prior and have in their notes that the unit was clean. They were here all summer and notated that the units were clean. Suddenly, they claim poor maintenance because they claim they found the unit to be dirty. They were at our home a few weeks before and the unit was clean per their notes. It doesn't make sense. We had it professionally cleaned and serviced in June. Their claims rep refuses to call me. To top it all off, We found that the technician they sent out ,in august , removed a 4 in filter and forgot to put in back in the furnace. I told them that would be a major problem if we did it. It wasn't a problem to them because their tech did it. We were originally told that we could supply proof of cleaning of the ac units and they would cover the claim. When we told them we could supply proof, they changed their response.They said regardless of what we provide, they are denying the claim. This warranty was $5000. They have provided horrible service and we are stuck with the bill

    We have a plumbing leak on Saturday. Their 24/7 phone line directs us to the main line, which is not answered after hours. We need this issue addressed today but it looks like we cant even talk to someone until Monday. We also had a previous issue with taking weeks to send someone for a repair.

    We have been customers of Super since 2018 (a full 4 years now). We have rarely had to use them, thankfully! We filed a claim in *** for our oven and Super has fought us every step of the way with this. Every agent was not personable or understanding and you could tell they didn't really care and was all reading from the same exact script. We were told they'd send a company out to look at our oven and then decide if Super would cover it. In June, that happened. The company came out to take a look at our oven, ordered 2 parts. After waiting for the backordered parts to come in and eventually be replaced, we still did not have a working oven. The company filed their report with Super. THEN, we were told Super didn't trust the very company they sent out and wanted a second opinion from a "better company". That "better company" came out and stated the same thing. That company ordered the exact same parts that the first company did, however, the parts have been backordered and we have been waiting since June (2.5 months with no anticipated date in sight) for them to come in. Super refuses to replace the oven and told us we need to continue to wait and there is nothing else they can do. The last agent we spoke to to check in after asking to escalate our claim that we originally started in *** was the least helpful of them all! They refuse to let us speak to upper management. PLEASE do your research and choose another company.

    I haven't had any issues with Super. They have been helpful and resolved my issues. They were able to expedite my request once and got it resolved sooner.I definitely recommend Super over other warranty companies in the market.
