    Plaid appears to have my financial information which includes my bank. Bank institution, bank balances, and I believe my logins without my approval and permission. My companies expense reimbursement was denied because this company was confirming my identity. This company has 0 phone numbers and have not responded to the several tickets I created to them to delete my confidential data ASAP. I never authorized them.

    Email received for redirecting payments for a student loan that doesn't exist. Never had any business with Plaid or any of it's affiliate companies. Don't have any outstanding student loan debt and they are reporting about ************* and advising to send payments to **** (again no affiliations). Reported as SPAM due to Phishing for unsubstantiated financial gain.

    Just had to use PLAID for back transfer - I noticed PLAID sending email to the incorrect email address ( somehow ****** sent it to me - my name with the period in the email address was omitted) - I checked all institutions PLAID shows connected to the service and all have the correct email. I have shared each security code to Plaid - stating that the two messages had different email addresses signifying a potential security issue.     My landlord requires that I link my bank account information using PLAID. However, PLAID has disconnected my account from there system. I have called my bank ***** several times and they have stated that there is no issue or restrictions on my account and that I need to contact PLAID. I require a resolution from PLAID in order to reconnect my bank so I am able to pay my rent. Since they have disconnected my bank, I have occurred unnecessary late fees due to their system not working.

    Plaid refuses to offer a customer service where people can contact ********************** to resolve financial issues and linking bank accounts, I have money in an account and ********************** is the company that authorizes the link. PLAID is not allowing me to input my CORRECT information and prohibiting me to successfully Link the accounts. I will be filing a Lawsuit. PLAID is a SCAM and hides from its users. Accountability is necessary.

    On 12.24.24 I received an email I thought was phishing attempt from Plaid about a connection with my credit union. I didn't know who Plaid was and did not care to get involved with a Phishing email as these unauthorized emails occasionally phish my email, so I did not do anything with the email. Transfers of money happened in my credit union account associated with this company and ******** and they weren't authorized by me. I lost thousands. This company and ******** have no business with me and I didn't know who either company was until now. I want the thousands taken out of my bank account returned and I want my information secured and removed from both companies systems. All transactions with these two in regard to money missing from my bank account involve fraudulent unathorized transfers. Please help resolve this.

    There are multiple platforms that require the use of Plaid to connect my ******* account and every single time, on multiple devices, multiple browsers, VPN, Private browsing, everything humanly possible, Plaid just wont connect ******* with ANY platform. There has been no issues according to multiple parties at the bank nor with the lender and all parties point to Plaid and their compatibility settings. This is by far the worst company that has ever existed and I dont understand how these guys continue to scam multi-billion dollar financial companies without providing a safekeep process of information nor allow a bridge between their financial institutions and their clients. They continue to do nothing day after day week after week while every single company I do business with expresses their frustration as well and work on alternative methods of verification. Plaid should either fix their stuff or go out of business

    I am unable to access my account. I cannot reset my password because you never send me a password reset email. You have sensitive financial information on me, and I can't see which accounts are linked where, and I have no access to my account. I've emailed you multiple times and you've never respond. If this does not work, I will be reaching out to the Feds.

    I was trying to relink my bank account three times with a loan company the name of the company is possible finance and Im keep on getting email saying my bank account needs to be relinked again and I did and my loan application was denied and I have to wait 3 days to reapply . And Im angry and I need this money to feed my kids and 3 days is too long . The bank that I use is ************* I had this bank for two years and I was denied because they cant pulled my bank data

    I am attempting to transfer money from ********* to my bank account which gives me the only option to use Plaid. I have tried using plaid at least 10 times to withdraw my money from ***** **** into my bank account. Can't verify me to my verified bank account. I have used ******************** both ways given. I have put my ID and couldn't verify me. I put my wife's ID up and you couldn't verify her. My bank account is verified thru Robinhood and have made many deposits and 1 withdrawal before. Now I can't get my money because of your company. This is your problem that you can't verify who I am even with a verified bank account and used before many times. I want my money!!!

    Robinhood called me 5 hrs later and walked me thru the process of setting up the app vs using the computer I was using even though the bank account was verified.  Thru the app plaid accepted everything the first time.  Maybe you should let others know.  If having issues use the app.  Thank you
