    Plaid *********** that links bank accounts to cash advance apps, is not allowing me to log in. I would like to make changes in my account, but even after trying to reset password, twice, they still denied access to my account. Denying access to accounts/denying access to make changes so that you can still charge people is fraud.

    I recently changed to *********** for my banking services. Plaid doesn't support them at this time apparently, even though the software says it does? When going to link, even though the credentials are INDEED correct, it fails to login and link my accounts. As a result, I cannot contribute to my *** this year thus far... Let's fix this problem.

    I use the paid keeper app so I can take out cash from my paycheck through my employer. I went to reconnect my account and have run across an error message saying that your bank credentials may not be correct. They are correct, I tried using them on my banks website and I was able to get in. I like the paid keeper app but I dont like the fact that I am all of a sudden getting this error message. The chat bot is useless and doesnt even give the right answers. Id like to speak to a person not a robot. ****** has better customer service than you do. ********************** needs to do better.

    Cant login using citizen using plaid I check my user namd and password is correct everytime when i try to login i keep getting invalid criteria error on the Plaid when i try to login using citizen please help me fix this i dont want to keep having this problem in the future i also contacted citizen bank and there is no locked or restrictions confirmed by ************ please fix this problem

    I had logged into my ******* ****** account, where the platform asked me to connect to my bank account at my current bank through Plaid. (this is the only reason why I ended up using the platform)Plaid verified a successful connection and I was able to see my accounts at TD. I then transferred funds into 3 investment accounts with holdings.3 days later, this connection gets reversed and my money is pulled out of the accounts creating losses. This is currently under investigation by the ******************************************************* has confirmed that the funds were released, but PLAID recognized and connected using the wrong coding.I later log into Betterment and wanted to make a deposit. It asks to use PLAID again and fails to connect to my TD account, but shows a dollar net worth amount that can only be read from connecting to a money market account at **. Only then did it give me the option for a manual transfer. It did not provide an option to connect with either / or.Both instances have shown that plaid failed terribly in both instances and is using/storing my HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL data. I have not signed any contract with plaid directly and believe that it is a dysfunctional app that exposes me to potential breaches in the future. I have NOT agreed to release any data to PLAID.I tried to log into PLAID but stopped short of signing any agreement and saw that it stated it had information from 4!! banks including a personal advisor on a Vanguard Account.I need all my data deleted from PLAID and compensation.There have been several complaints against PLAID for releasing huge amounts of financial data and a class action lawsuit against them as well. The technical glitches are unpardonable.*************************************************************************************************************************************** needs to be investigated immediately. The amount noted below, is the approximate total value of funds that are at risk.

    Yesterday, I tried to link my Chime account to my ***** Fargo checking account and it was unsuccessful. I refused to check items which said my info might be shared with 3rd parties. Despite this, I received an email from ***** Fargo saying "Your accounts are now connected. We're confirming that you've enabled account sharing with **********************." This is what I DIDN'T want. I don't have a PLAID account and can't find any way to contact PLAID customer service to demand they remove my data so this appears to be my only option.

    Hi- We have a small business- The Sleepy Hollow Project - and a website that is through squarespace. We have collected funds via squarespace and PLAID, *** is meant to process and transfer these funds to our bank account. Neither Squarespace nor Plaid, *** have responded to numerous emails, there is no telephone number - and all we have gotten is a notification that it will take up to 14 days to process. It is now well over 14 days. We would like to access our funds. We would like a human to contact us and explain the delay, or trouble shoot with us. This is not a big ask, this is basic. This company and Squarespace have numerous other people sharing similar issues with no responses

    Signed up via the Empower app three weeks ago and had to use Plaid to connect my bank to the account. Selected ONLY my checking account for ACH deposits and nothing else. Plaid took it upon themselves to access my Savings, Credit Card, Profile, and Bank statements without authorization. Now I'm a victim of identity theft. Someone illegally used my information to open a MoneyLion cash advance account and perhaps other accounts as well. ********************** does not safeguard consumer information. Apparently Plaid didn't learn from their previous class action lawsuit for selling data. I want all of my information deleted from their records.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Plaid ***** which has significantly impacted my business operations. I applied for production access with Plaid one month ago, completed all required information, and even had a productive phone discussion with a sales representative. Despite these steps, my application has been stuck in "In Review" status for over a month without any progress.Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for updates and assistance, I have received no effective communication or support. Requests for estimates on the review timeline or intervention from technical services were not addressed, leaving me without any clear next steps or support. This lack of response has placed me in a difficult position, unable to proceed with essential business functions that depend on Plaids services.I have contacted their customer service multiple times, but this channel seems ineffective.

    I applied for a loan with Lending Point and their verification process couldn't verify my bank account of 10 YEARS and thereby, I was declined a loan and thereby, I took a negative credit hit. This company said I have 2 bank accounts WHICH I DO NOT as I have ONLY had 1 bank account with *********** for the past 10 YEARS. Companies that have NO BUSINESS being involved with peoples money OR credit ratings SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to be involved in any means whatsoever with peoples money or credit ratings. This company should NOT be allowed to work with ANYTHING or ANYONE. This company should not be allowed to exist! They were forced to pay 58 million dollars in a class action lawsuit, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO EXIST! I will be contacting a lawyer.
