    Cloudflare is hosting a plethora of data brokerage websites while simultaneosly making it practically impossible to both remove personally identifiable information and to contact the websites in question via contact forms due to failures and restrictions on how their "human verification" wigets work. Further, these websites often don't respond to email except with automated responses pointing one back to their opt-out form. This is in light of ongoing problems with stalking.

    I am unable to access my Cloudflare account because I lost my two-factor authentication (2FA) device. I have already created a support ticket with Cloudflare (#********), but I have not received a solution yet.I am a free user and my account does not have any existing domains; I was mainly using Cloudflares ********** services. Now, I want to add a new domain to my account, but I cannot do so because I am completely locked out.I have provided all required details for verification, but there has been no resolution. I am requesting Cloudflares assistance to recover my account so that I can add and manage my new domain properly.

    Cloudlare's method for recovering from2FA failures is automated but has several dead ends that ensure that a customer cannot turn of their 2FA in case they lose the backup file. This is normal. What is not normal is the lack of support ofr this and the fact that CloudFalre has hijacked 5 of my domains. Two of which have expired and been reclaimed and or purchased by other people because they will not respond to technical support

    CloudFlare blocks my access to many sites, seemingly at random: examples are ********** (a job search website), *********** (an art crowdfunding website), ************** (a site to share unmonetizable stories based on the intellectual properties of others, which is legal as long as the writer is not making money), and **************** (a dress retailer). I am given no explanation for why the site is blocked, and no option to bypass this block and view the site anyway. I have never paid for CloudFlare and can only assume the various sites in question have accounts with this business. I would like this company to stop interfering with my ability to browse the internet, and in particular stop interfering with my ability to apply for jobs.

    On [August 5, 2025,, I purchased the domain name ************************* through Cloudflare's registrar service. Despite this being a paid service, the domain has not been correctly propagated, and I am unable to link it to my ****** page.I have spent an extensive amount of time attempting to get help from Cloudflare's support system. My attempts include:Submitting multiple support tickets through the online portal, which repeatedly provided automated, unhelpful responses and irrelevant information about "free plans" despite my issue being with a paid product.Attempting to call the provided support number at ***************, which went unanswered.This experience is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I have been treated as if I am using a free service, with no path to speak to a human agent to resolve a critical issue. The lack of support is not only frustrating but has also prevented me from using a product I paid for.Desired Resolution:I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene to help me achieve one of the following resolutions:Cloudflare immediately assigns a human agent to contact me directly and fix the propagation issue with my domain name, ensuring it is properly linked to my ****** page.Cloudflare provides a full refund for the domain name purchase, allowing me to transfer the domain to a different registrar.I am prepared to escalate this matter further by pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company if this complaint does not lead to a timely and satisfactory resolution.

    I, in my capacity as Associate Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property at ****************************** submitted two reports to Cloudflare on July 28, 2025 about fraudulent domains and sent follow-up emails on July 29, 2025 and have not received a response to date. The fraudulent domains, *********************** and *********************** are spoofing our official brand website including infringing our intellectual property and were clearly set up with the sole purpose of deceiving consumers. We have received a number of complaints from consumers regarding the domains. Cloudflare is purportedly the registrar and the host of the domains. We have repeatedly asked that Cloudflare take immediate action to take the domains down as the longer these domains remain live the longer they will continue to harm consumers and our brand.

    Unable to visit certain sites due to security by cloudflare. They told me to send an email and it says the email is not supported. For the past 4 months I have worked with my internet provider and some of the businesses and it all comes back to cloudflare and they won't call me back to help me

    For the last 3 weeks, I have received an inordinate number of unsolicited/marketing emails, all coming from **********************. I have unsubscribed to each (e.g., three times per and every day), and have emailed, tried to call, etc. to get my PROFESSIONAL email off of their list. No response, no nothing. I just chatted with their chatbot and it said nobody can remove themselves from their listserve, for which I and likely many others signed up, and "we" must unsubscribe one at a time. This is not okay, for anyone, on their private or professional emails. This is the most abusive spamming company ever! Please help!!

    They keep putting a Block on my computer, when I try to sign in to my bank account, they change the ** address on my computer

    This message pertains to the domain: ********************************. This domain is under the management of CloudFlare. CloudFlare is permitting this domain to continuously send spam emails to us regarding loans for our business. We have made multiple requests for them to cease this activity. However, just a few days later, we receive more emails inquiring if we are certain we want them to stop offering us financial assistance. The domain ******************************** is fraudulent, and CloudFlare is allowing this individual to persist in sending us unsolicited messages. We are requesting the identity of the domain owner, along with their address and phone number.
