    Cloudflare provides CDN and *** services to domains hosting defamatory and infringing material about me.Despite receiving detailed abuse and DMCA notices citing 17 U.S.C. 512 (c) and their own Terms 2.8 (prohibiting illegal or harassing content), Cloudflare has not suspended or restricted those services.The hosted content includes false criminal accusations and an unauthorized PDF file.I request BBB assistance in ensuring Cloudflare enforces its Acceptable Use Policy and removes network support for clearly unlawful material.

    Cloudflare They keep putting a Block on my computer, when I try to sign in to my credit union account,. I've contacted the credit union and they can't seem to stop it from happening. Cloudflare is the company BLOCKING access.

    I am reporting fraudulent online activity involving websites operating under the names ************** and associated domains. These websites appear to be operating as an investment scam / Ponzi scheme, misleading consumers and potentially laundering funds through false business identities. Cloudflare is the current site fronting this fraudulent enterprise. DM Energy domains resolving to Cloudflare edge IPs such as 104.21.16*, 104.21.48*, & 104. ******. These Cloudflare edge nodes does not reveal DM Energy site's true origin IP. (Cloudflare AS13335). I believe Cloudflare is aiding and abetting DM ************************* Involved:************ Registered Jan 19, 2025 (****************************, privacy-protected)*********** Registered Dec 6, 2024 (Namecheap, privacy-protected)************* Registered Sept 15, 2023 (GoDaddy, privacy-protected)IP Addresses Observed:103.211.52.91 flagged in scam reports (Scam Tracker, OTX threat feeds)************* flagged as suspicious in threat ***** feeds Fraud Indicators:Recent domain registrations with WHOIS privacy and no verifiable company information.BBB has posted warnings for ************** as a fraudulent entity with virtual addresses in ******, ***VirusTotal and AlienVault OTX mark the domains and IPs as malicious or fraudulent infrastructure.The websites claim to offer investment opportunities with unrealistic returns, a hallmark of Ponzi or pyramid schemes.Consumer Harm:Individuals are being solicited online to invest funds through these websites.There is a high likelihood that victims are transferring money internationally to fraudulent operators.Action Requested:I request that FTC, FBI/IC3, BBB, and DHS/ICE investigate these domains and IPs, work with the registrars and hosting providers to suspend fraudulent services, and prevent further consumer victimization.I am prepared to provide screenshots, transaction details, and additional technical evidence if required.

    Cloudflare is hosting a plethora of data brokerage websites while simultaneosly making it practically impossible to both remove personally identifiable information and to contact the websites in question via contact forms due to failures and restrictions on how their "human verification" wigets work. Further, these websites often don't respond to email except with automated responses pointing one back to their opt-out form. This is in light of ongoing problems with stalking.

    I am unable to access my Cloudflare account because I lost my two-factor authentication (2FA) device. I have already created a support ticket with Cloudflare (#********), but I have not received a solution yet.I am a free user and my account does not have any existing domains; I was mainly using Cloudflares ********** services. Now, I want to add a new domain to my account, but I cannot do so because I am completely locked out.I have provided all required details for verification, but there has been no resolution. I am requesting Cloudflares assistance to recover my account so that I can add and manage my new domain properly.

    Cloudlare's method for recovering from2FA failures is automated but has several dead ends that ensure that a customer cannot turn of their 2FA in case they lose the backup file. This is normal. What is not normal is the lack of support ofr this and the fact that CloudFalre has hijacked 5 of my domains. Two of which have expired and been reclaimed and or purchased by other people because they will not respond to technical support

    CloudFlare blocks my access to many sites, seemingly at random: examples are ********** (a job search website), *********** (an art crowdfunding website), ************** (a site to share unmonetizable stories based on the intellectual properties of others, which is legal as long as the writer is not making money), and **************** (a dress retailer). I am given no explanation for why the site is blocked, and no option to bypass this block and view the site anyway. I have never paid for CloudFlare and can only assume the various sites in question have accounts with this business. I would like this company to stop interfering with my ability to browse the internet, and in particular stop interfering with my ability to apply for jobs.

    On [August 5, 2025,, I purchased the domain name ************************* through Cloudflare's registrar service. Despite this being a paid service, the domain has not been correctly propagated, and I am unable to link it to my ****** page.I have spent an extensive amount of time attempting to get help from Cloudflare's support system. My attempts include:Submitting multiple support tickets through the online portal, which repeatedly provided automated, unhelpful responses and irrelevant information about "free plans" despite my issue being with a paid product.Attempting to call the provided support number at ***************, which went unanswered.This experience is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I have been treated as if I am using a free service, with no path to speak to a human agent to resolve a critical issue. The lack of support is not only frustrating but has also prevented me from using a product I paid for.Desired Resolution:I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene to help me achieve one of the following resolutions:Cloudflare immediately assigns a human agent to contact me directly and fix the propagation issue with my domain name, ensuring it is properly linked to my ****** page.Cloudflare provides a full refund for the domain name purchase, allowing me to transfer the domain to a different registrar.I am prepared to escalate this matter further by pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company if this complaint does not lead to a timely and satisfactory resolution.
