      Company charged me $83.74 monthly since 2018 without providing services and after repeated requests to cancel my account via chat and email. Putting the account on hold has stopped the most recent charges but no one will respond to my inquiries.

      Attempted to put my LeTote account on pause when I received a reactivation email November 22, 2023. No reply, where previous hold requests were responded to within hours. Attempted to place my membership on hold on the website. The option was available, but nothing happened when I selected to place the account on hold. Reached out via the chat function, and received an error message that the chat support was not online. Reached out to ******** and Company via the cancel account option, and was given a response to leave my email and an agent would assist in 6 minutes. Nothing. I've never had issues with charges in the past when placing the membership on hold - they don't ship items and I don't get charged. This time, I was charged Nov 28 for *****, again on December 28 and again on January 28. I was able to dispute December and January charges but not November, because the policy is 15 days cancellation notice prior to the charge date, despite me following the standard operating procedure for all previous successful requests to keep my account on hold and not be charged membership fee. The November charge should be reversed as well. I received no shipments and the website is not functional as of now, March 2024.

      Le tote has shut down with no explanation while still charging their monthly fee. There is no way to contact the company online or by phone.

      The company has dimished in quality of the last several months. Most recently, their communication channels (such as email help desk) has disabled from their website. I had previously made complaints about the service and I had no way to check on my complaints or communicate with the company. Recently, the website is down and I have no way to contact the company. I have been on auto pay so I am concerned that I am paying for a service that I am not getting the product. Website: ***********************************

      I have tried cancelling my membership to Le Tote however have received no reply. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways (email, website chat, and by using a Third Party Rocket Money) and am still getting charged $84 each month. When I go to their website now I get a 503 error. Since the last time I tried to cancel, on Nov 24, they have charged me $336.

      I have been being billed for months and they have never sent me a tote. Their website has an error every time I try to cancel my membership. I have emailed them multiple times and no one has gotten back to me. I want my money refunded and my membership cancelled asap!

      Starting last year, there were massive delays getting new shipments from this clothing rental service. This resulted in paying for months of a subscription when some times you wouldnt have any clothes and would be waiting weeks for a new shipment instead of a few days as it had been before. The clothing selection and quality have deteriorated and I would like to cancel this service; however, there is now no way to do so. No phone numbers, emails, or sites work. Yet they keep charging me each month. I have even removed my credit card info from the site but they keep charging me.

      Letote is a thief and a regulatory agency needs to shut them down from stealing subscription money rom innocent consumers when they are not providing their promised goods or services. They are in violation of their own agreement and policies.Same as the other complaints reported to BBB: 1. Charged multiple times for product not received. 2. No one is answering the customer service line. Or responding to multiple written requests to cancel service.3. No product delivered for months.I had to cancel my debit card and dispute the charges. I am majorly concerned that they're out of business and haven't appropriately removed financial information about me from their system. Letote is a prime business for a hackers identity theft delight. A compromise is coming.Remove all information possible from Letote, cancel your card associated with this business and get out while you can. All I can do is hope for a credit back to my account from my credit card company.

      Cancelled my account in September ******************************* December 2022, linked to a checking account that I wasn't using often so I didn't notice the recurring charges for the past 15 months. I have tried emailing, calling any number associated with the company and ************************************* was blocked when I tried reaching them. They have an active website, but no contact functionality to cancel or pause the account other than closing my bank account. I confirmed that the business is indeed out of business and does not have a physical address in *************, but is still taking hundreds of peoples money.

      Le Tote offers zero customer service to cancel a subscription and forced consumers to cancel credit cards in order to disengage from the service. signed up for the $90/month Le Tote membership in June of 2023. After a disappointing first month, I attempted to cancel the subscription in July by sending and email to the contact information provided on the website (their only instructions for cancelling a subscription). I received no reply and was charged the next month. I sent another email in August and began using their chat bot. Every attempt was met with an automated message notifying me of excessively long wait times. The emails and chat its messages continued, with zero replies, for three more months. I called my bank to block Le Tote but the bank was unable to block this particular merchant. I ended up having to cancel an entire credit card. It is the most negligent subscription service Ive ever experienced and feels like fraud.
