    Le Tote offers zero customer service to cancel a subscription and forced consumers to cancel credit cards in order to disengage from the service. signed up for the $90/month Le Tote membership in June of 2023. After a disappointing first month, I attempted to cancel the subscription in July by sending and email to the contact information provided on the website (their only instructions for cancelling a subscription). I received no reply and was charged the next month. I sent another email in August and began using their chat bot. Every attempt was met with an automated message notifying me of excessively long wait times. The emails and chat its messages continued, with zero replies, for three more months. I called my bank to block Le Tote but the bank was unable to block this particular merchant. I ended up having to cancel an entire credit card. It is the most negligent subscription service Ive ever experienced and feels like fraud.

    Little is a subscription company, that I previously had a subscription that I had placed on hold. In November of 2023 the company somehow reverted the account to be active and not on pause. Subsequently I have been charged a monthly fee beginning November 2023 until current. The company has apparently since gone out of business and there is no recourse at the current time.

    I subscribed to Le Tote and paid monthly fees but stopped receiving shipments of clothes. Additionally, I was being charged for two subscriptions. The dates of the payments span from August 25, 2023 to November 25, 2023 when my credit card was compromised and replaced. I have contacted the company 10 times with no response. Total amount owed is $473.

    The business charged me on 12/27/23 and 1/27/24 even though I returned my tote on time and I put my account on pause for 2 months. They do not respond to emails or chat for customer service. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

    Like many here, I have been trying to contact Le tote for months to cancel membership but they continue to ignore attempts to contact. Theyve shut down their helpdesk and I CONTINUE to be charged month for month for NO SERVICE.

    I cancelled my subscription in July 2023 once I realized that the company wasnt sending the merchandise as promised in a timely manner. At that time, I was able to get reimbursed. I then deleted my credit card from the app. On September 1, 2023 I was changed *****, and didnt dispute on my credit card, but I sent an email to the company once I realized that their phone number had been completely disconnected and their customer service was down. I never received a response or a reimbursement. Then, on December 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024 I was changed ***** and *****. I have disputed both of these on my credit card. My credit card has reimbursed me ***** for the December charge. But, the September charge and the January charge were not reimbursed. I also have sent multiple emails to this company. I have not received any response and Im not even sure the company still exists, yet somehow they are charging me even though my credit card is no longer in the app and Im no longer a member. I dont know how to stop this from happening and therefore ** issuing a complaint here. I have attached two images. The first shows that the last time I received the product was April 2023. The second shows the current charges on my credit card that have not been reimbursed. The last image shows that my account is on hold .

    I had a monthly subscription for letote, i went to cancel, as per their app and website you call - **************. This is a non working number that does not pick up. I also emailed the ***************************** and nobody has returned my 12 emails. I also tried reaching out to them on ******** messenger, instagram messenger, direct ******* message and no answer. Their website and app help desk does not work. You can no longer cancel membership or put on hold. This is fraud- I have attempted to cancel since January 5 2024.

    Letote wont let you cancel their service. There is no way to contact customer service and they stopped sending totes but keep billing.

    I have been a member of La tote for 7 or 8 years now, and I've always had a great experience with their product and services. Additionally, I have had no problem when I needed to put my account on hold for any reason. Recently though, letote has been charging me for services not rendered and there has been no way to cancel my membership. Their email address does not respond, they're two customer service phone numbers are disconnected, and there is no other way to cancel on their website. I have tried to put my account on hold on multiple occasions, and the website function does not work. They continue to charge my credit card even though they have provided no service, yet they also give me no way to cancel. I have been charged $80 on two different occasions. All of their website pages leading to customer service have been discontinued and I cannot use their chat functionality either. I feel as though they are stealing my money because they are providing me no way to cancel and no customer service support.

    I have been a LeTote member for many years and have noticed a substantial decline in customer service, responsiveness and quality since 10/23, so I wanted to cancel my account. There is no way to directly cancel your LeTote account online, but both the ************* state that the consumer is supposed to email them, call them or use the chat function. On 12/6/23, I tried clicking on their webpage link to cancel the account though it linked to an errored webpage. Through the text chat, I then asked for the account to be canceled. I received an automated email response showing confirmation of my message. After 8 days of no response, on 12/14/23, I switched my membership online to pause the account so that I wouldnt incur charges. I also sent another email reiterating that I wanted the membership canceled. At that time, I also tried calling every phone number I could find for LeTote. One of the phone lines immediately rang busy. The other went to an automated message saying it wasnt in service. Over the course of the next few days, I called these numbers multiple times during the day/night with the same result. On 12/14/23, I also messaged them through ******** asking to cancel the membership. On 12/18/23, I emailed the company again at the ***************************** and ************************************** The email to the ************************************* was immediately returned as a failed delivery. I emailed the ***************************** address again saying that I wanted to cancel the account.I reached out to my credit card company on 1/22/24. I asked the credit card company to block the charges from LeTote though they are not able to block my credit card from being charged. The credit card employee found that LeTote never put my account on pause and I had been charged each month. Again, I went through all of the same steps as above- calling both sets of phone numbers, reaching out through the website chat, emailing the addresses. I have never received a response. I have no way of stopping these charges.
