  This company is worthless month after month they went into my bank account and stole money and after I disputed the charges. They still refused to refund me. When I called to dispute a charge they got nasty with me and told me that the ******** were legit. So I had to change my company credit card so they couldn't get into my account and steal money but they did. Somehow they got into my wallet account and stole my money. They supplied me with nothing. Just a bill. I recommend to stay away from this company.

  If I could put zero I would. They over promised and under delivered and the cost they quoted me was very small compared the $422/mo they are trying to collect. this is total SCAM!

  Horrible Business. Signed up to advertise with them. I am paying a large amount for clicks. The only clicks I am getting are scammers "your website is not appearing at the top of ****** search" and I was not getting these until I joined Yelp. They also made all of my reviews "not recommended" because one of my customers did their review from my store using my wifi while waiting for their car repair. I have reached out to yelp for help and they are worthless, just get the same commercial response that does not help at all. Will be switching to ****** and ******** advertising from here on our. This c*** is damaging my business.

  It's a scam... Canceled a week before the 30 day trial. I have a screen shot of the screen saying this account has been closed. They are saying I owe them ****** The reason they say I owe them instead of me trying to get my money back is because I sensed them trying some garbage, and Canceled my debit card prior to them billing me. Nothing but harassment from these scum bags. You can't get anybody on the phone. I've held for hours trying to get this resolved. They sent nothing but A.I. bot leads. They should be shut down.

  On March 25, 2025. I responded to a Business page they show of mine to claim it. They have 2 on the internet. Both wrong phone numbers and addresses and even city and for over 5 years or more. Mis-information on my business. On March ******* I claimed one of them. I had to send an email and got a call back. From a *** with the area code (480) 676 - . He was a good salesman. Yet they needed my debit card to the business, to validate the card is real. I gave it to him and asked are you going to charge my card. The *** said no. Not 10 minutes off the call from him. My bank fraud department texted me of possible fraud. I called them and Yelp tried to run my card 3 times. One getting ***** dollars. I called the fraud department back to find out it was Yelp. I called this *** back he gave me his phone number in *******. While speaking to him I let the fraud department listen in from a different phone speaker. I asked why my card was ran, when he said no. Then he comes up with they had to run it to make sure it was active. The fraud department said this is a scam. They do not have to charge it to see if it is valid. The phone conversation with the Yelp consultant ended. He also gave me a phone number for Yelp scheduling, and to call them. I did and all I got was a recording. That was a ***** number. He also stated that they will give me $900.00 in free advertising. When he set up my profile he has stuff I do not do on my profile. After the fraud call, I checked the BBB and another review place against Yelp. Very bad reviews, I even seen a complaint, just like what is happening to me. I called my bank back and had to close that card. Inconvenience to me, yet had to be done. Before they charged me like what I have read in the reviews I read. Plus the fact of their false advertising of my business's. Wrong phone number, address and city I am located at. Beware of this business. With in 24 hours I cancelled I had to cancel the card. Almost was another learning experience.

  They refuse to post all my business reviews. They are only posting 2 of 7. They are practicing discrimination, ignoring freedom of speech, keeping a "personal" negative review, swaying peoples opinion about my business to be low, hurting my living. Show all or show none otherwise it's discrimination.

  Different salesmen call over and over again every few weeks after repeatedly telling them for years that I'm not interested in their services and to stop contacting my business. Refuse to get off the phone until I hang up on them the times that I answer and try to have a conversation with them about not wanting their services.

  If I could leave a negative number I would!! I was hounded and continuously emailed and called by many many "sales" people about signing up with them. Was given a bunch of BS with "supposedly having to sign up" to get free advertising with them for a trial period. Now they keep trying to charge over $300 with it going into collections. Which I am a very small business of 1. Which them trying to charge a very small business a chunk of money and then have it go to collections, is RIDICULOUS!!!! Just promises on top of promises about "supposedly" a manager or someone higher up to call to work all this out. ALL B.S. !! Sorry.... to have to say it like that but, scammy company in my opinion with the continued phone calls after phone calls to sign up with them. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM AS A BUSINESS! Many other good respectful companies out there. Representatives were ******* and ******* I guess. Just rude and NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!
