      On September 11, 2025, Yelp Inc. closed my account without providing any prior notice or specific explanation for the closure. I received a generic email stating my account was terminated but no details on what, if any, policy I violated. I contacted Yelp Support multiple times through their online form and email, requesting clarification on the reason for the closure, but they refused to provide any specific information, citing their Terms of Service.This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like an unfair business practice. Additionally, I believe this closure may have censored my ability to express honest opinions on Yelps platform, effectively restricting my free speech.

      I started an ad on Yelp, and they began calling 2-5 times a day, without stopping, and harassing me. They also lied to me about how my ad was performing. I actually stopped the ad just now because they called so many times, including when I was in the hospital, and told them not to contact me. I received 2-5 calls a day in the hospital, including while I was in the *** and asked them to stop, but they continued calling, trying to upgrade a plan that did not need upgrading. I consider it harassment. I will take the appropriate action against the company.

      Corporations like this should not be allowed to operate as a legitimate business. In addition to the scamming, playing with bank accounts by submitting small amounts before trying to charge the account if you have your account blocked, and all other reviews/complaints, the once seemingly-legitimate business directory is now submitting false leads to businesses. AI? The last two leads had a phone number of (406) 800- .

      The sales staff swindles businesses into putting their credit card on file and billing for bogus charges. They make you learn their app to self-control your ads so they can blame YOU when you're overcharged. They owe me $1000's. They refuse to refund me the charges because I "hit the wrong button" when I thought I was canceling my ads. Therefore, according to them it was my fault, even though, in my customer notes it states "she does not want to spend more than $100/month". ******, the manager, said since it is a self-control app, I should've been monitoring it everyday to see when I hit the $100/month threshold; which was never explained to me. I was under the understanding that I had a CAP of $100/month. Imagine my surprise when they deducted $1000 from my bank! I wish I had never worked with Yelp. What a scam!

      Dont advertize with Yelp it is a total Rip off I paid them over a Thousand dollars and recieved not one business call They take your money and run and do not care if your Satisfied or not plus they encourage you to continue with their rip off policies and procedures. Black Flag these people at all cost !!!!!!

      ******... I was charged 300 via some slick bait and switch promotional campaign, which had $0 return. I will never use the service again. I feel scammed and what they are doing is unethical at best.

      Just talked to my lawyer about Yelp and there may be a class action suite in the works. These folks are a den of lying thiefs. Do not do business with them.

      Yelp buissness is JUST a cash grab. Put a logo on your profile. $1 a day! What a joke. Want to run ads? Well here are 98% from ***********. What a rip off. A scam is what Yelp is. No wonder everyone turns to ******.

      Dont ever sign up for anything yelp. Their review system is based on if you pay for the service or not. They claim its automated but thats a lie. They put worst reviews on top ( even if they are reported fake reviews). Yelp is designed to sabotage business. They spam your number and use pressure tactics to get you.to spend money on the sight. ****** are services are for sure. 1000% better than yelp. Im personally gonna go through the documentation they sent me and will see if im able to pursue class action lawusit against yelp. Get some our (small businesses) money back.
