              I am beyond furious. I had someone help me apply for a personal loan to help pay for a new AC. Upon receiving a "Pick up where you left off" email with 4 bullet points of "Why SoFi?" and stated the following: Low fixed ratesenjoy a low fixed rate that won't change over time, protecting you from rising interest rates.Get $5K$100Kborrow up to $100K with our easy, online application process. Complete yours in a few steps!Same-day fundingyour funds could be available as quickly as the same day your loan is approved.*No fees requiredno origination fees required, no prepayment penalty fees, and no late fees whatsoever.I saw this and thought it was a good deal so I made the mistake of signing for the loan. However, I made the mistake of not asking to read the full contract and the person helping me didn't mention anything about additional fees either. It clearly states NO FEES REQUIRED. Tell me why I was charged $690 in origination fees. I feel this is False advertisement and misleading statements. Additionally, their virtual assistant also claimed the following : "SoFi Personal Loans have no required origination fees. If we are unable to assist you with a personal loan, our loan partners offers may require origination fees. " To my knowledge, my personal loan is NOT from a partner and straight from SoFi.
