I purchased tickets to a *************************** concert. We i arrived at the event I was told my tickets were not valid. I have tried to reach out to Eventbrite and the organizers. No responsesi received an email that my money had been returned but my bank was not a bale to process! Its been 2 months and I still have not received a refund nor can I speak to a live agent!

No integrity and follow-up. We met with ************* (event coordinator) at the event. I explained overpaying, and he said he would submit a reimbursement request. I've submitted a reimbursement request to the organizer and directly to Eventbrite to find no resolution.

I have tried to get a refund because I purchased for an even in the wrong state. The ** says I do not qualify for a refund. I called the contact number my bank has and they state they are on holiday. There is no CS.

We have used Eventbrite going on 4 years. This is the first year that we are having issues with them. We have our annual event and everything is no longer on the site. This all happen when we were asked to change our password. Please be careful using Eventbrite, they have poor customer service response and we are losing money. We are looking for an alternative.

They close your account when they owe you hundreds of dollars. They owe me $200. I am an event organizer. I'm going to small claims court. I contacted every news station in ************* about this scamming company.

An event (a play) was cancelled because a cast member had covid. We were not able to attend subsequent shows. Eventbrite refused to refund our money. We tried to contact Eventbrite directly through their website, but contacting them proved to be impossible. We will never attend another event that uses Eventbrite and recommend that others do the same.

This is the worst site to get event tickets. It makes u enter your information multiple times and wont even email you the tickets you purchased without downloading thier app and signing up on their website. If I already paid for it why can they just email me the tickets along with the confirmation this is a shady website and their add on fees are ridiculous as well

Eventbrite is a scam and destiny wreckage, Don't use this platform. They stole from me and bounce me out of my account. They are white collar criminals. Eventbrite Kids is a scam company. In their commercials and in the top of the fine print on their website, they make it sound like it costs $1 shipping & handling to purchase a tiny (~8 pages) booklet for kids explaining the presidential election. They charged me three times for a total of $35.08. The booklet was terrible; not written in a way for a child to understand. When I called Eventbrite to have the charges reversed, the males *************** made it sound like they receive refund calls frequently. Additionally, it feels scary how much clicking one has to do on their websites to find a phone number to call.

Rather than sending you your tickets to your email, when you purchase a ticket to an event it now forces you to make an account so that they can sell your information. There's no information about this before you purchase your tickets, so you can't make an informed choice about if you'll use Eventbrite or not. Their "opt out* policy for selling information is hugely complicated, and in order to get your tickets you have to agree to a privacy policy that's horrible about caring for your privacy. You're forced to either abandon your tickets or give them access to information they can sell.
