      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wish they had provided this information the first time around when I was trying to contact them, this in itself is very poor customer service. Will never do business with them again.

      I ordered an item from them. The order has not been received. They lied and said it was shipped, when it was not. They told me the the item was to arrive 4 days ago. The company under GearLaunch, was RichTeesPlaza. I actually sent an email with a follow up email. The company actually deleted their email. On their support page, it lists a phone number that references an email address they have deleted. I ordered a T-shirt on 3 May 2024. The order number is Order #OR_T333EWM.

      I saw an add on my daughters school ******** page to purchase gear for her graduating class. I paid through PayPal from my bank account for $92.19 worth of gear. The items arrived today and its very apparent that they screenshot her school logo and added the graduating year. The logo is completely blurry and the year is in a different type. I went back to find the post from the ******** page and its been taken down along with any info. The package came without any info or receipt and I cant find any receipt in my emails or texts. I looked up the company and complaints about them scamming people go all the way back to three years ago. I want to return the items for a full refund as they are unusable.

      Scam Artists, this company is using my logo and selling merch without my permission.They are using my name. "*****************************" and adverting on ********* some people have purchased it. No phone support, no reply from email about it. Cease and desist.They are criminals and work under Tee Poco as well

      This company carries third party sellers who misrepresent their affiliation with trustworthy businesses. I purchased something from tm-asics online who misrepresented their product and their affiliation with the ***** Marathon and Asics. The product was not as represented. I contacted the seller and they have refused to issue a refund.

      I work for **** and ordered two shirts on 3/4/24 with rush delivery between 4/8/24-3/12/24. No tracking and I have been ignored. Sent several emails and no reaponse. Calied during "business hours" and an automated message says you can only use chat. Chat bots claim that shirts are "printing" and will ship soon. That was last week and I want a refubd or else I will get my credit card company involved. I have saved all correspondence. I want a refund! Order # is: OR_S0XK1C8

      Thank you for contacting us. Our customer service team has been in touch with you regarding the status of your order since March 8. We see that you selected rush printing which means your order was rushed into production instead of waiting for the countdown to be done and printed with the rest of the batch. As stated in our site, any order can take up to 5 business days for processing. Because our products are made to order, we don't guarantee delivery dates, we can only offer an estimation.

      I purchased 2 T-shirts for $72 including shipping and Sales Tax. Image on shirts was of VERY POOR quality. I complained. usabivity.shop/gearlaunch could not guarantee better quality and decided to refund me. OK, but THEY KEPT THE ***** TAX AND REFUSED TO REFUND IT. It is not a lot of money but they have defrauded me and the ******************* by refusing this. All I ask is return my sales tax; $6.04

      You have refused to refund state tax I paid you. Not a FEE, you have refused to refund ** state sales tax I paid. You refunded ONLY the cost of the poorly made item. The money is not yours and had you made an acceptable product would go to the ***********. This may possibly be illegal as well.

      I ordered a breast cancer survivor shirt..they have not responded to any emails, phone number doesn't work, I ordered on February 12th..I have not even received a tracking number or confirmation email..I paid ***** total..I was to arrive today...but nobody has responded... nothing I have tried is working..I believe this was a scam and they are still advertising on **********
