      For some reason, I have been placed on an auto delivery schedule of deodorant from this company without my permission (although I did have auto delivery from them years ago.) I never asked them to start it up again, but apparently they had my credit card on file and several months ago I began to receive an auto delivery of the same old deodorant delivery every month, which was billed to my credit card, without my permission.One of the issues here is, of course, that I didn't order this. The second and possibly larger issue is that, as many (in my experience most other) companies these days, there is no telephone number a person can call to take care of these things. A consumer is at the mercy of the internet to handle any issues that come up with the company and you are at the mercy of the company as to whether or not they care to deal with you.So, I have sent several emails to the company but all I got was one return message that said they are too busy to handle my inquiry and eventually they will get back to me. Well, they haven't, and I want this to end.Please help me. Thank you.

      I purchased a number of products from Native online (I have been a customer of theirs for a few years) and I never received the order. I was given a tracking number about a month ago (May 23) but it just shows that a label was created and it was never actually sent. I have reached out to Native via email and through their website for a number of weeks with no response. In the meantime, I received an order to my address with someone else's name and address - I reached out to explain this as well with no response. At this point I would just like a full refund because I no longer wish to do business with this company. They've managed to send me marketing emails every day, a survey and a number of other communications, but not one response to my customer service inquiry. Thank you.

      I ordered with Native on 2/11. First red flag was that i was never given an approx ETA. When i received an email finally i was given an ETA and shipping information for 2/16. Did not arrive until 2/22. My order had (4) deodorants. I received (1). I emailed with ************************* from Native, up to this point it has now been 9 times. A little ridiculous if you ask me? Mostly just trying to get NEW shipping information, which she still hasnt sent!! But says it was shipped, well where is my tracking info?!?! I have also asked for a full refund in a few emails which she has not acknowledged in any of my emails. I wouldnt be asking for a refund but now that its been past 20 days, i feel this is something related to Native and their company, not a shipping issue which is what they keep trying to pass it off as. HONESTY seems like a big trait to them but all theyve been doing is lying to me it seems. It also seems ***** is the one filling the orders, but *somehow* forgets half of what you ordered! How is that??

      I made a purchase January 24th, then received an email saying one of the items was backordered and would ship out on February 7th. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response my item still has not shipped they still have my payment and I can't get a response out of them. I have conditioner with no shampoo and at this point just want my money back for both.

      I placed a order S11155869 weeks ago and had to send this company this email after a week and a half after placing my order but there's not customer service number listed on their website Hi customer service your not efficiently answering emails I haven't got a tracking or any response to my previous online portal messages I also contacted them to cancel my subscription And this company reschedule my delivery for their own reasons my package arrived and I didn't get my 2 coconut and vanilla sets and the 1 cucumber and mint body washes their discriminating against me
