      Purchased approx $200 of merchandise on 12/10, received no confirmation of the order status, no tracking, and will not respond to our emails requesting the order status. DO NOT SHOP HERE they clearly have stolen money from other past customers who have filed BBB complaints. **** be also filing a fraud complaint with our bank to get a refund because clearly they are not going to respond. Shameful

      I have been buying native deodorant for about 6 months now and it has stained all of my white shirts under the arm pits light brown. I have contacted the company to try and resolve this issue as they don't have anywhere on their packaging that the deodorant could stain the armpits of your white shirts! They have ignored my emails and calls. I paid $150 for 6 new white shirts that are now all ruined because of the armpit stains that this deodorant has left behind.

      date of transaction: dec 15, ************************* the amount of aprox $45, that amount also included the shipping cost to ******. The shipping on the order two weeks later appeared to have not even been shipped. I contacted company and approx 4 days later got a response, saying their tracking info wasn't updating and sent me a new link. The link that was sent still shows the order had not been shipping. It should have been received dec 5-7, and I have not received my order yet. Tried responding to the email, and got no reply. order number is S12522833

      I placed an ordered on 11/7/22 and received the package on 11/12/22, however the items received and the packing slip were for a different order for a client in another state. The information on the packing slip was the other customers full name, mailing address and phone number. I was out of town when the package arrived and sent a message to their customer support regarding the mix up as soon as I returned home on 11/16/22. I have followed up about 3-4 times since but have not received any response beyond their initial auto reply confirming that they received my message. The person whose order I received ended up texting me using the information in the packing slip as they ended up receiving my order. They confirmed that they had also sent a message to the customer support and followed up multiple times with no response.

      Native has taken 3 weeks and no tracking,no emails back, nothing. I would not have purchased from this website if I knew they would never ship the products. I've written them twice and have received automated responses. Beware!

      on 8/9/2022 I made an on-line purchase from NATIVE for $27.03. It was a special promotion offered by a YouTuber. From that point on (from order till eternity) I have gotten nothing but spam emails. I got the products; I haven't even used them. But the emails just keep coming and coming. I have opted out twice. I've emailed several times. ************************* will not listen or stop. I've asked them to stop over and over and over. The last set of emails was on 10/15/2022.

      I recently placed a order on 9/8. I did not hear a single thing from this company until 10/2 and that was to tell me that a item I ordered they actually did not have. They collected the money on 9/8 stating they had the products. They also did not say until after the order had been placed that there would be a delay of 10 business days. I did get a refund today 10/3 because the only reason I purchased was for that specific item. But I think they need to stop advertising a product to sell if they don't have it. Also they should have to tell people up front if it will ve delayed a month. The customer service of this company is horrible. They also need to stop collecting money from people at the time the order is placed if they don't plan on providing the items. But they really should have to tell people BEFORE placing the order shipping is delayed a month or so.

      They will not send me my order or give me a refund. I keep getting the run around that my order is about to be shipped but it isnt. It has been weeks and now Im forced to fill a fraud complaint with my bank in order to try and get my money back.

      Thank you for your time and help with this matter. Native took my money 13 days ago and they have not shipped my order! I have emailed them 4 times. They have not provided a shipping tracking number. Yesterday, they said they would provide a tracking number when it shipped, after they gave me a refund for $32.54. They still owe me, because initially I paid $162.71. As of today, I still have not received a shipping tracking number! Below you will find a very unprofessional email. They owe me $162.71 minus the $32.54. I am extremely angry that I have wasted so much time trying to communicate with them about simply shipping the order! Here is their unprofessional email confirming my order, which I have not received and they have not provided a tracking number. Attached, you will find some of the correspondence we had. As you can see, their initial email was very unprofessional.Kind Regards,*****************************

      On or about 7/11/22 I placed an order with Native Company and was told my order would be shipped within 2 days. Since then Ive received numerous marketing emails which it appears I cannot stop. Ive sent several emails to Native to let me know when my order would be delivered to me but there hasnt been any response nor am I able to reach their customer service department by phone. I received an alert from a company called SHOP informing me that a *** label had been created but that theyve not received my package to process for delivery. The *** website reflects my package was to be delivered yesterday and the day before but again theyve not received the package from Native. At this point I would just like to cancel my order and receive a refund. Can you assist ? Thanks.
