I purchased a vioro gift card for my husband for Fathers Day. I used PayPal to pay. He got on to use it and it wasnt a viori gift card. It was a credit to PayPal or a **** gift card. So I used my credit back to pay pal. I could have just handed him $ for Fathers Day. Waste of time and not representing the service. They are a scam. Dont use them. !!!!!!!!!Review from Jeff P

In my opinion, the entire process for this alleged "gift card" is a scam. Giftly is an illusion - it is not really a gift card. Giftly has figured out how to make money for itself without any real benefit to the gift giver, gift recipient, or merchant. I am shocked that the company has not been shut down by regulatory agencies.Review from Laura F

I purchased two gift cards from giftly.com and then got an email saying i purchased them from perfectgift.com. Of course I gave them all my information so now theyve deducted $100 from my checking account!! I contacted giggly.com, but they had no record of me.

My husband bought me a gift card through this website, I did everything to redeem it on 4/29. Today, 5/3 which is the day It was supposed to send the funds to PayPal. They canceled my order and it says its now being refunded to the card it was purchased from which is okay I guess? But that will also say 3-5 business days. Do not buy from them, because they have no phone number to reach out only an email. And they dont reply.Giftly Response

Biggest scam! I bought my elderly mother a gift card to her favorite restaurant, or so I thought. I was forced to buy the "premium" card for an extra dollar plus the fees. I downloaded the card only to find out that it's not a gift card!!! It says, "suggested place" to use the card which is the restaurant I thought I bought the card for. So I go online to redeem it knowing my moms not tech savvy. I was thinking I could do this part of the process for her only to find out the only way to redeem it is to get a **** gift card sent to her, credit her paypal (which she doesn't have) or credit her checking account! It would have made a lot more sense for me to just give her the cash! What an incredible waste of time and money (fees). This site is an absolute scam. I bought a Giftly gift card for a friend for Christmas. When she tried to activate it, she was going to be required to give her financial information so that the card amount would be put into her acct. She did not want to give this information so she returned the card to me. I on the other hand, cannot activate it since she had already tried to activate the card. This is a terrible card to consider as a gift card for someone and now, I am out $25 and my friend did not get a gift from me. Avoid this card for sure! When trying to redeem gift card you have to give your email, phone number and birthdate to continue in redeeming gift card no matter how you try and redeem and one option is you have is to give your bank account numbers. This company is not treating customers who buys a gift for somebody they care about fairly at all. In my view should not be in business. REALLY ARE YOU INSANE BBB. Why is BBB giving them an A+ rating it brings into question any business that BBB gives a rating when you look at all the common reviews of this business.
