      On 7/9 I received a text message that I was parked in an AirGarage, referencing my License plate, and that they were charging my card $20.29. My card was immediately charged $20.29. I haven't parked anywhere but my home in 3 days. At that time, it wasnt in an AirGarage. I still have the receipt for my parking then as well.I never gave AirGarage my card info as far as I know.The business doesnt seem to have any way to reach a live person for this.Reaching out to the business so far hasnt given me any info.I would like a refund, to know how they got my info to charge me, and to be removed from their system entirely after my refund is processed.I have 24/7 video of my car being parked at my home, i have receipts for parking when it was not, I have location tracking information on my vehicle to show it was not parked in an AirGarage location.

      I received a parking fine from Air Garage **** for a location in **********, **. I purchase my ****** on April 19, 2024 and I never travel out of ******* with my car.

      Being billed for parking when I did not stay for extended period of time. My payment would not process, bad cell service. So I left the garage. They need to provide proof that I stayed for an extended period of time. If there are camaras, I never left the garage. They keep denying my request to reverse the charges.       I parked in a lot I have been parking in for 2 years for a restaurant. No signs stating I needed to pay and inside restaurant IS sign stating parking in lot is free while eating there. Came out to a $58 parking for an hour of parking have reached out to advise of no signage and frequenting lot for several years. Will not waive ticket even when attached time stamped receipt from restaurant.

      Homefield KC is a multi purpose gym where my son comes to practice. Practice started AFTER an event. The event ended at 2, I arrived at 1:45 to drop my son off. While I was waiting in the parking lot the attendant came through for the last money grab. You can see they even texted me after the event was over in the attachment.

      I parked in an AirGarage lot. Had not used Airgarage previously. I followed the directions on the signage that said to text pay to the number provided. Not having used Airgarage before, I presumed that this had activated my parking meter and that when I returned to my vehicle to leave I would end my parking session and pay. When I got back to my car, about 1.5 hours later, I found I had received a violation ticket for not paying and the fee Was $68. I dont think I should have been given a violation in the first place because I had never left the lot without paying. Furthermore there was no way to communicate live with the company and I got an auto email when I emailed a waiver request saying the violation was not in error. This is a very frustrating situation.

      I parked in a garage yesterday that would only accept payments online by scanning a barcode. I did but it would not process my payment. There was messaging available if there was an issue, I filled it out and let them know the payment would not go through. Someone was supposed to get back to me, no one did. Today there is a parking violation summons, I pay through that online, but its for $68! Parking was supposed to be $25! I want a refund of the difference.

      On April 7 around 12:15 PM EST, I parked and used the ** code to initiate the transaction for parking. It stated on the website that $6/ hr was the rate and I told the app I was staying for 3 hours. I left and returned around 3:10 PM and when I went to the link it said that I had paid $60.39 the daily rate. I immediately took steps to contact the vendor and found a phone number on my credit card charge so I called and texted and they said they would look into it. I got notified on April 8, 2024, Monday morning that they only refunded $15 which means I was still out $27. Ive been trying to reach them to get the correct receipt and communication documentation so that I can dispute it on my credit card and they provided me an email receipt for a refund of $6.39 this amount isnt even in the equation for this transaction and $6.39 isnt on my credit card as a credit either. This company needs to pay me the $27 to bring the initial payment agreement to the appropriate amount of $18.39. Can you help?

      Hello, I have reviewed your account and it appears that you were parked during a special event ********************** game next door to our parking lot). We do typically charge a $6/hr rate, but during events there is an event rate that superseeds the hourly rate. This rate was posted 3 hours prior to the event starting. We have issued you a $15 refund as a courtesy, but you were charged the correct rate. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: what the merchant stated is not the final settlement they provided.  Per the attached email they made the issue right by refunding me the $27.00 and they stated that in the future they would correct the parking issue.  Please note that the Orioles played Pittsburgh that day at ******** in ********** PA not in **********  There was no ballgame in ********* that day.  The app specifically stated $6/hr and then didn't charge me that.  It is a great proactive move that the merchant is correcting this but how many people wont go through the headache of contacting the merchant.  Thankfully this merchant wants to make things right and run a business that benefits both the consumer and the merchant.

      In summary, this is settled.

      ON MARCH 28TH I PURCHASED PARKING FOR A BASEBALL ***** IT SAID $6 AN HOUR AND $20 **** I WAS CHARGED $60. APPARENTLY THEY CHANGED THE **** AFTER I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THEY GAVE AMPLE TIME TO MOVE MY CAR. THIS IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I WAS HOME WHEN I PURCHASED AND I PURCHASED THE *** OF. I ALSO DIDNT PARK UNITL THE *** OF RIGHT BEFORE THE ***** I AM WILLING TO PAY $30 FOR THE 5 HOURS I WAS THERE BUT NOT $60 FOR THE **** AND SWITCH.

      On 3/26/24 I parked my car in the Air Garage parking on Church St in ********** ** and using the ** code on the sign I activated a rental on their website which noted that it cost $30 per day. I checked into the ************* across the street. During the night at 2:47 AM, unbeknownst to me Air Garage ended my rental. They did not send me a text informing me of this so I had no reason to believe I did not have an active rental. At 11:25 I got a text from Air Garage saying I did not have an active rental and they charged me $30 plus a $12 penalty, which immediately came off my card. This is highly unethical and if it's not illegal, it should be. I'm seeking a $42 refund.

      Hi, you were charged correctly. This location has signs posted stating there is no overnight ************ were charged the daily rate on each day you parked.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      If there are signs stating no overnight parking they are not easy to find because I didn't see one anywhere. There are multiple signs with a QR code for paying that state $30 **** In addition, the payment we page does not state no overnight parking. On top of that, the timer on the payment page continued to count into the next day when I checked so there was no reason for me to believe I needed to begin a new session. This practice is both misleading and deceitful. 

      I will be following up with a complaint to the Chamber of Commerce.
