1 starI requested sundae come out and attempt to sell my home on their marketplace. A gentleman by the name of ***************** came out and took pictures of my home allegedly to place on the marketplace. He asked questions about the property and the **** I gave him a week to place my home on the marketplace for bids. Friday was supposed to be the last day for bids on my home. I waited until Monday, which was the next day to accept another offer. Monday came and went with a voicemail for me to call him back at 4:45pm when I told them I needed an answer by 5:00pm. He texts begging to allow him to provide the best offer. I allow him to provide the offer by email and I never hear from him regarding. I've emailed and texted and not once have they provided an offer from the so called "bids" on my home. 5 starsWas great working with Sundae et.al. Everyone was very nice thru the entire process. Everything went smoothly start to finish. I'm currently looking to sell another property with them depending on the offers. The seller can always stop the process at any time up to closing, so if your not happy with the offers you just say so and that's it.Very impressed with Sundae and it employees.Thank You.Review fromJonathan J

5 starsFirst of all you SELLERS have to pay attention to "local/pool of investors." If you know what investing is about and even if your ignorant in that area, Sundae is soooo informative and transparent in what they do, how they do it, and what you the seller should expect.I'm so grateful for my mind telling me to choose Sundae to represent my family and I on selling our home. YES. I didn't get market value. But with ZERO FEES. NO CLEAN UP. AND NO LOOKY LOO'S TRAFFICKING YOUR HOME, Sundae makes the selling process so SMOOTH. She was knowledgeable and returned our calls and text promptly. The whole process went smooth, and we were able to sell our house very quickly. 5 starsOverall it was a great experience. The process moved smoothly and quickly. Communication from everyone involved was great. Every step of the process was explained and all my questions were answered. Although the offer was less than what Id hoped for, not having to to put out the time and money to prepare my home to put it on the market made it worth while. For the love of God, do not sell with Sundae if you want anything NEAR market value. Our home is valued between $275k-$310k. We would have been happy to get something as low as $265k, frankly. Sundae offered us between $138k-$176k, even after we showed them we had updated both bathrooms and installed a new HVAC system. I can't remember the last time I heard of an offer being so insultingly low. We have watched smaller, older houses all around us sell for far more in the past months.Unless you're particularly fond of lighting $100k on fire just for fun, do NOT sell with Sundae.
