    I hope all is well. And sorry to hear about the trouble.

    After reviewing our records thoroughly, we found that the payment for the W2 job you completed on January 2 has already been processed on January 10. You should be able to view your paystub and download your check payment through the Payments section of the app. We also recommend downloading the latest version of the app, should have any trouble doing this.

    The check is in an electronic format, and can be processed in fewer steps as some banks would only require the image of the check to be submitted on their banks portal as deposits. Also, note that W2 job payments are finalized every Wednesday of the week. Each payment cycle consists of jobs completed between Sunday and Saturday, and payments are sent by Friday of the following week

    It also looks like you are yet to reach out to our Support team to report this issue. For any future concerns related to W2 jobs, please dont hesitate to reach out to us through our W2 Support team email which is ************************************.

    I have been trying to get in contact with wonolo support for over a year now. I've sent countless support tickets only to be ignored. Each time I try to login I receive an error message that states " Your account needs attention, please contact wonolo support". I cannot log in to my account and support won't even respond so I can fix my account and start working. When will someone finally reach out to help me fix my account? I'm just trying to work. Can someone please help me resolve this ongoing problem?

    Stealing from a 59yr old grandmother over the holidays is not a good look. I accepted an LTE contract from 10/23/23 to 12/29/23. I was also promised a bonus for working this time. There is no job to get a bonus for, sickeningly deceptive. December 8th and 9th the company shut our facility down so they could focus on something else, because yes, they are that badly managed. I was paid for the 2 days because thier staffing needs changed, per my CONTRACT. On Dec 15th, 2023 they announced "They are shutting us down. Permanently". This company is lying to Wonolo saying I called off due to "transportation issues". This is a disgusting attempt to rob me of what is owed to me. I have been locked into a contract for a job that does not exist and I cannot see or take other work. There is no job to call off from! Pay attention Wonolo---no one has clocked in from that location in 2 weeks. Its not that hard to figure out.What is the point of offering LTE work if you are not going to honor it? This is absolutely outrageous. Wonolo keeps playing games passing me off from one support person to another. There is no customer service.I have worked 312 jobs and been a preferred Wonoloer 354 times. I have owned businesses and been self employed since ****, I can read a contract.Please correct this obvious mistake. At this point I am owed almost $1,000 per my Wonolo contract. I cannot believe you would support this thievery. How this gets handled says a lot about how you truly value a great worker.

    Discrimination and very poor customer service Extremely POOR. I accepted NUMEROUS jobs and as days came to get to work, I go on app to see AFTER my many screenshots of proof, that the job was taken from me. It's bad enough there is NOT any jobs listed as advertised and then the CUSTOMER SERVICE is extremely POOR due to use of ROBOTS that still get everything you say wrong and then hangs up on you when you get upset or complain, after they continue sending a repeated pre typed msg and STILL, never gets you help needed... Wonolo is a big discrimination scam and very unorganized. They send out new jobs that's a week away out, the exact moment they get them even if it's 2-3am. That leave ONLY ACCESS to people already awoke and at other jobs on break or just people who are up already then pick and choose which shows discrimination because if I pick a job, obviously I can do the job and want the job and it's NOBODY else who should judge and discriminate on what I can work or how much I can make and give to others after I agreed to it, in screenshot proof Date of experience: December 05, 2023

    I accepted a job for the 29th at 7 pm I was at the site on time and no one from driveline was at site I waited 46 minutes and called only to be told it was for the following day at 7am that was not what I agreed too and after showing wonolo all the proof they refused to pay me this was the second time driveline and wonolo messed up so I just left the platform because I had driven over 50 miles for nothing and they gave me a no show breach for not coming they dont respond in a timely fashion if at all

    I live in ******* I've been trying to get in contact with someone about my account for months now. My account was closed due to a 2nd account being open that I have no knowledge of. I wasn't contacted before closure of my account. The platform isn't bad it gets the job done but the customer service ****... each time I put in a ticket I get a response a few days later asking how was my Experience like what....... never spoke to anyone and I've had this happen 5x I need my account back open because I need to work I just put in a new ticket ******** like can somebody anybody help me please.........

    Thank you for giving us the chance to address this customer review. 

    For context, Wonolo is application where businesses can post jobs and where the job seekers, we  refer as "Wonoloers" can accept jobs. 

    When a Wonoloer signs up for the app, one of our requirements is to take a selfie for their profile picture. The app does not allow users to upload a profile picture. 

    Additionally, Wonoloers are required to start and complete their accepted jobs when they arrive and before they leave the job site. They can start and complete their accepted jobs on an ipad at the job venue. The iPad takes a picture when 1. they start and 2. when they complete the job. 

    It has come to our attention that ************************ account appears to be associated with Tie***** ******** account.

    M. String**'s account was created in January 2021. However, the account has limited access to jobs since March 2021 because of a breach of the terms she agreed to when 1. she signed up for the app and 2. when she accepted a job. Her last completed job in 2021 was in March. 

    Tie***** String**'s account was created in December 2021. A different person appeared in the profile picture at the time. We confirmed on the jobs start and complete pictures that the same person attended the accepted jobs in Dec 2021 until January 02, 2022. 

    Tie***** String**'s profile picture was then updated through the app. The updated profile picture on Tie***** String**'s account looks like the same person that appeared on M. String**'s account.

    Additionally, we notice that a different person attended the jobs accepted on Tie***** String** account from Jan 06, 2022 onwards. We have substantial information to confirm that it was the same person who appeared in M. String**'s account and who completed jobs accepted on M. String**'s account.  These details are confirmed based on the pictures when the jobs were started and completed at the job venue on both accounts.

    Based on the information available to us, our Trust and Safety Team sent an email to both account owners about our terms and the status of their accounts. We chose not to engage with this user after that notice. 

    Futhermore, we did not include the pictures in this email for privacy reasons. If you'd like to get a copy of the profile pictures and the job start and complete pictures or a copy of the emails we sent to both accounts when their accounts were flagged and deactivated, please let me know so I can work with our Legal Team whether we can share those details. 

    Hope you consider the circumstances around the deactivation of ************************ account.

    This is not a good platform,they under pay you,they rarely have any good jobs and this is not a reliable app for work because you work a couple days and there's no work for the next few weeks

    Make sure to have the push notifications and location services switched ON. Once turned on, youll start to receive job notifications within a 50-mile to 70-mile radius of the area whenever a job becomes available.

    I accepted a job by Dtiveline through Wonolo. The job was Merchandising. I worked 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. I signed the sign-in sheet, (that I have a copy of), & I recorded as I sat & waited for ***************** of Driveline who never showed up. Wonolo however, listed me as the no show so I am not going to get paid after riding a 2 hour bus ride to a job in **************, **. I arrived @ 8:38 AM. I purchased a bath accessory clutch bag in the store, before my shift started, & I still have the receipt.
