Product Description: Community
Solar is a solar energy sharing program that allows residential and business subscribers
to support 100% renewable energy in their region without rooftop installation. Clearway
builds and operates offsite solar farms throughout the communities we serve. The
solar power generated by our solar farms is sent to the local power grid. Clearway customers receive solar bill credits that are typically applied directly on the utility bill,
reducing the total due to the electric utility each month. Customers then pay
Clearway in a separate invoice for the cost of the solar bill credits at a rate
determined by their Clearway Customer Agreement or Program Terms of Service. Costs may vary
by region and contract and solar production will fluctuate throughout the year.
Customers are still responsible for any balance due to their electric utility
after the application of the solar bill credits.
Customers
are encouraged to review their Clearway Customer Agreement or program Terms of
Service to understand all program terms and conditions, including cancellation
and moving terms. Program rates, cancellation terms, and other key contract
details may vary by region and product offer. Customers may access their
Clearway Customer Agreement or Terms of Service 24/7 using the online customer
portal at my.clearwaycommunitysolar.com and downloading their program documents. Oran electronic copy

Sales Processes:
Customers
may enroll online, over the phone, or with one of our outside sales teams. To
enroll, you will need a recent utility bill to evaluate the energy consumption
and determine the appropriate subscription size to a solar farm. Next, a soft
credit pull will be completed, which will not impact credit scores. Finally,
customers sign the program contractual documents electronically. Once
the agreement package is reviewed and approved by Clearway, notice will be provided to the customer via the
email address on file and a Welcome Letter will be sent to the customer’s home.
Customers will receive ongoing updates and educational communications from
Clearway about their subscription status, solar farm activation timelines,
program details, and more. Customers may be
assigned to a solar farm under construction. Customers will be kept up to
date on the construction status via email, if that is the case. Clearway
partners with outside sales teams that may visit your neighborhood with
appropriate permits. Our sales agents are required to wear their provided
Clearway badge and do not represent your local utility. Our sales agents
undergo background checks and thorough training, and are required to follow
safety governances under a zero-tolerance policy. If
