    Hi,Final notice.Hotels in america website has wrong room types and room rates information for qube hotel polk city ****. can you make sure room rates and room types are correct & check with your all connectivity providers or partener for right information. Hotels in America have to fix the issue as soon as possible till the issue is solved don't take any reservation from guests for ******************** ****. If any guest comes with wrong room types and room rates from hotels in america website we are going to cancel reservations.     I booked a hotel room through Hotels in America at the *********** in ********. We were visiting the area to go snow tubing but the weather ended up being bad that weekend and they actually closed the snow tubing company actually closed that day due to weather. I had contacted Hotels in America and they indicated that if it was weather related it should not be a problem getting a refund. Therefore, we did not go on the trip. However, after a few weeks they notified me that I would not be getting a refund due to the fact that the hotel had charged them and marked it as a no show. The person I spoke with prior to not going on the trip with Hotels in America started that they would contact the hotel. They have stated that I would not get a refund even though everything on my end was what they said would qualify for a refund. Thanks so much for your assistance in this matter.

    RESERVATION B-14884024 for 10 days at the ****************** ********* Grand Central ***************** ***************** TEL.**************/15 to 7/25/2024.On 2 days my rom was not cleaned, or towels changed of bed made. I complained on both days asking for a refund of $200.00 per day.******* , manager took care of the paperwork. I attach correspondence with ******* and Hotels in America. The email from ******* from Hotels in America of October ****** at 6:10pm says:"The refund has been processed to the original payment method......******* Hotels in America support" No deposit showed in American Express account ( Pay Pal).On October 10, after inquiring I receive another message from Dala, from Hotels in America support at 2:01pm.Up to now, no deposit was shown in the account.Attached almost all emails exchanged.

    Booked through this site got to site to get told the hotel don't let locals stay so I was notified this by the booking site I want a refund

    On January 28th 2025 I purchased accomodations for two at Excalibur from 2/22 thru 2/25 through a 3rd party business known as Airport Hotels Worldwide, doing business as "Hotels In America" according to my **************** billing statement. On 2/18 after having had COVID previously with all the side effects, fever, chills, vomiting, etc. I decided to be seen by my family physician the following day, 2/19. After some lab work it was determined that I had contracted the flu and therefore all work/travel plans had to be cancelled. Upon learning of my health status I followed written procedures set forth by Airport Hotels Worldwide which involved submitting an application from what appears to be another SCAM 3rd party operation "*************" (based on reviews/message boards) that rarely if ever grants those refunds for medical conditions such as mine. To support my claim I was asked to upload a doctors note referencing my illness. Because time was of the essence with an upcoming stay I contacted ************* to inquire and was informed that within 24 hours I should hear back. 24 hours passed and so I reached out once again and again "*****," which seems to be nothing more than a ficticious name claims it could take up to 2-5 days. I asked for what, a decision or a refund also making it clear that I would be contacting the ********************************** (which I have) if the issue wasn't resolved. To no surprise there was no response. Ultimately I contacted the so-called supervisor at ************* and for all I know it could've been "*****" playing multile roles, but it didn't matter because I was lied to once again with being told "I should" hear back. Tired of being Scammed up to this point my attention goes back to Airport Hotels Worldwide and the result hasn't been much different with being led on in hopes that sooner rather than later they will follow through with granting the refund they should've a week ago! This is just another step, next being ***** Fargo!!!

    I booked a hotel room through Hotels in America on the 27th of December 2024 for my stay of the 29th-30th. My room was dirty and not cleaned so the hotel company provided me with a refund processed on January 3rd of 2025. Its now February 3rd and I still had not received anything so I contacted the hotel company and they assured me it was refunded to a virtual card of hotels in America and I had to resolve the issue with them. I then called hotels in America and told them my issue and they told me there was a process I had to go through even though they already had possession of my refunded money from the hotel. They then told me that there was a $30 fee if they did refund my money to me, but there was no promises that they were even going to give me my money back even though they had possession of it from the hotel company. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, but she said that there was none available. I told the woman on the phone that I was not going to be paying a $30 fee to receive my money back when the refund was already processed. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I have looked up reviews of hotels in America on multiple different platforms, and all of the reviews say the same thing about this horrible process and then holding the customers money. I would just like to get my money refunded, considering the hotel already refunded it and it is the third-party That is holding my money. They sent me a form that I had to give to the hotel and have them fill it out that they did process a refund and have it signed by the hotels, supervisor and manager, but on that form, it states that they are also not promising that I will receive my money back, even though the refund was already processed.

    I went through this company to book a room at ******** Online everything was according to plan. When I got to the location it was not a ******** It was a completely different company. They had my information but there policies where different in order to stay there. I have been booking ******* for a while now because thay the only hotel thay accepts my pets. Online and all my receipts say I paid for ******** I had no choice but to cancel then when I tried to explain to the company what happened and it wasn't a ******** They refused to give me my refund. They called me back a few times to ask what happened but then the last person I talked to said he will not refund me.

    I made a hotel reservation through **************************. My reservation included cancelation insurance. Prior to my reservation I sustained a lower back injury that caused me to cancel my planned trip. I have tried to get my refund from Hotels in America using their cancellation form and calling their customer support line to no avail. I did provided a note from my **************** seems to be running a scam. Please help!

    My name is ******* ****** I check into hotel Hyatt and premiere no hot water it was so uncomfortable I call front desk let them know no hot water it not right to go through this Ms ****** ask me to call Hotel of America let them know on the behalf of hotel manager and herself will approve me getting my money back I beg this people to call the front desk no call it been two days later on Jan 16 2025 it happens on January 13 when I check into the hot please don't use Hotel of America the man I talk said manager going to contact I will not let them get my money I am a fair person I want my full refund ******

    I booked a hotel stay for through Hotels in America fon behalf of ***************** city for 12/12-12/14. During the stay the shower was unusable and the hot water was not functioning properly. It was in poor condition after traveling all day to was also cold temperatures outside. The hotel sent a mechanic that failed to fix the issue. We were not moved to another room or anything. The next day I spoke Horseshoe and they told me they need a booking amendment request from the 3rd party company to process the full refund based off the poor conditions. I requested a booking amendment request on Hotels in Americas webpage and they told me I need a document from the hotel. The hotel said the policy is for 3rd parties to call them and they process the refund. Hotels in America are refusing to call anyone and want documentation. Running me in circles and not trying to give me a refund where I had to check out early and drive 3 hours to the next airport with my flight back home. Hotels in America are not cooperating intentionally or honoring my refund where Horseshoe is ok with a refund. They will need to refund me $251.72
