    Disappointing Experience with ***** *** at ****** Creek DealershipOur recent visit to the ****** Creek ************* dealership was disappointing due to our interaction with ***** ***. Her unprofessional behavior and lack of customer-focused service left us frustrated and determined not to do business with this dealership.***** displayed impatience during the pre-test drive setup. As first-time ************* customers, we expected guidance and a welcoming approach, but her rushed, verbal-only instructions left us confused and unsupported. During the test drive, her judgmental remarks about my wife's driving skills were rude and uncalled for. When my wife needed time to adjust to driving a gas car after using an EV, ***** dismissively said, "If it is not safe, you just don't do the test drive today." She also criticized her use of turn signals unnecessarily, which was condescending.***** failed to provide an adequate introduction to the cars features. We had to ask repeated questions about basic functions, and instead of guiding us, she hastily handled the controls herself, making the experience frustrating. Additionally, ***** refused to provide quotes, insisting we suggest a number, which felt evasive. Her rigid focus on payment methodsrefusing to discuss quotes or discounts without upfront confirmation of cash payment or a pre-approved loanended the conversation prematurely and gave us no viable financing options.*****s behavior reflected poor training and professionalism. For a luxury brand like *************, this level of service is unacceptable. This negative encounter has eroded our trust in the ****** Creek dealership. We urge management to provide ***** with proper training in customer service, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to avoid similar experiences for future customers.We will be taking our business elsewhere and cannot recommend this dealership.

    Worst experience in leasing an EQE from this Mecedes Benz dealer in the past 20 years. A very irresponsible company which is hard to be linked with such a brand called Mecedes Benz which is supposed to impress people by its product quality and after sale/lease services. We tried to lease an *** through its broker via an online advertisement from this company in May 2024. With numerous calls, emails and document exchanges, we finally completed the lease transaction in June. The car was not delivered to us until June 28, 2024 but its financing company began to collect monthly lease payment from June 15(without prior notice from anyone but found later through its mailing bill). We immediately notified its broker about the time gap and asked the broker to solve the overcharge issue. First, we were told they would like to refund the amount of one month's rental as a compensation to our headache in the whole leasing process and let us wait for the final result. We trusted the broker and waited. But nothing happened after a long wait. So another bad dream began in dealing with the broker and the ************ company. First, the broker began to change, from its original refund of one month's rental to the rental based on the loss of days, which is not its original saying but was still acceptable. But the problem is it's still not solved after over 2 months now in which we talked to the broker, the car dealer and even Mecedes Benz *************, many many times. What a brand, company and its broker! So notorious and no reputation at all. Will fight with this company until the overcharged money is refunded!

    During my appointment, I noticed that my Diptyque diffuser, which was installed at the rear seat AC, was missing. Additionally, I also noticed that my polishing cloth was missing, while everything else was still present.Apart from the lost valuables, I was dissatisfied with the overall service quality. I understand that the service team is very busy, but I found it unprofessional that the backup staff was unable to follow up or provide answers while my service manager was out of the office. As a result, I had to make phone calls and follow up to inquire about the readiness of the parts, the current status, and the timeline for the repair.To make matters worse, it has been extremely difficult to obtain any feedback from the service center. Despite my attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, I have yet to receive a response. I hope that this issue can be promptly resolved and that I can be satisfied with the outcome.

    Hi All - I have purchased the car e300 certified on March 20th 2022 from Mercedes- Benz Steven Creek . I have being following and also wrote on the contract there is scratch on the rear bumper , which the general manager agreed to fix , i also mentioned i can get the car later but the wanted me to sign the paper , and take the car and bring it later . Now i am trying to call them they are not responding. the were not negotiating price of the car and Nikhil ***** was sales person , experience was horrible . I have purchased the car from BMW never had issues. They were able to provide the rental or loaner. Jo is sale manager . I need to be resolved this issue . I already requested them please don't make run around please.
