Date purchased 07/06/2024 Purchase price $27,954.19 I was informed by the salesman the day I purchased my new Honda it was in detail due to having severe water spots. My vehicle looked great when I purchased late in the day wasn't until the following day when all the imperfections became visible. There are swirl marks from the buffer all over the paint every panel on the car is affected. As well as touch up paint on one of the doors that doesn't even match original paint. Along with a small chip in the paint. I immediately contacted my salesman day 2 of having my vehicle to let him know what was going on sent him pictures he let me know not to worry they will take care of it since vehicle is new. Since I do live 3 hours away they advised me to send vehicle to local detail shop in my area to get it fixed so I did come to find out it's $2,100. I did think that was a lot myself so I took to another shop they advised me I would need to repaint the vehicle. I then inform my salesman what was going on he said unfortunately the amount is to high they cannot take care of it they need to contact Honda to see what they can do. At this point I asked if I can just switch vehicles I don't want a new car that needs all this work. I then asked to speak with general sales manager Phi Le due to not knowing how this will be handled he stated by email he wants to see car in person I let him know I live 3 hours away would need to take a day off from work to get it down there but Im open to taking car the only question l asked if I can get a rental car since I know this will take hours maybe days to get fixed. After asking that question by email I'm getting completely ignored I've called multiple times left voicemails sent emails now Im getting completely ignored. I dont know what to do or who to ask for help my brand new car has severe paint damage. I thought they would do the right thing and help remove damages or put me in another brand new car. Its been over 2 weeks now no help

We encountered several issues with our car purchase at Stevens Creek Honda:1) We initially chose an urban grey car, but were later informed that urban grey was not available. We then settled for a black color, but our quote was not adjusted accordingly.2)We were sold a maintenance plan, even though all new Honda cars come with a two years service pass. The sales rep ************** should have informed us about this and charged us for a redundant package. We request the removal of this from our quote, a lower monthly premium, and a refund.3) The car had no pre-delivery inspection despite it being mentioned in the car manual. 4) When we addressed all these issues, ****** contacted us and harassed us to remove the reviews from all online platforms.5) We contacted the sales department manager *** and discussed all the issues with him:- ******'s behavior was completely unprofessional. When she called, she used language suggesting that we were toying with her job, demanded the immediate removal of the review without attempting to resolve the underlying issue, and displayed other behaviors that we consider to be unprofessional. - As claimed by sales manager Phi that someone contacted us from their dealership to get our feedback on the purchase and he falsely claimed that we showed our satisfaction with the purchased which is totally wrong. - We were sold a redundant maintenance plan that we are currently in the process of canceling. As per Phi if we provide the snapshot of the cancelation receipt (which we submitted working with **** in the finance department) he will expedite the cancelation right away but nothing is done. - The issue with the car seat could have been avoided if the pre-delivery inspection had been conducted properly. As per Phi he will contact us to schedule service appointments but nothing so far.

I had recall letter sent to me by Honda corporation, about airbags. And in there letter it states there was a (free loaner available) so I contacted Honda of Stevens Creek. I spoke to customer service person there who made me an appointment for 5/092024 @ 9 am. I ask about the free loaner car she yes for 24 hrs. I also informed her I am disabled. So they knew when I arrived there the situation, but when I asked where to get the loaner car one employee told me they would shuttle me home. I replied spoke already to a employee from Honda of Stevens Creek, and said they be a loaner available. Then another employee named ******************* yelling at me at me about being rude. I told him I not being rude, I have a loud voice. I was just the employee where do I get my loaner. So I just spoke another who help me . So they told me walk over Enterprise rental to get the car . I told them I am disabled that's to far to walk, so they finally agreed to drive me . So when got enterprise they said I need to pay deposit I that not what Honda told me it did involve a third party. So I told them just take me back Honda dealership. When I got there , their was another employee telling to get out of her we are not to accommodate me and never come back. So I left . They did not what the recall stated to fixed and treated as I was lying about being disabled. They very rude and disrespectful to I was just trying to my vehicle fixed.

I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair. They kept my vehicle for 2.5 weeks. They had to order parts from ********** which took time. The total cost of repairs was $3019.42. When I got my car back the ** wasn't working. I called them and they advised me to bring the car back asap. I brought it back the following morning when they opened at 7:30AM. I was told that there is a 10 year warranty on one of the two likely parts causing the problem. They arranged a rental for me. I received a call in the afternoon that the ** leak is inside the dash and the part is not covered by warranty and will cost $2740 to repair. This is common and they have the parts already. They sent me a text stating that they inspected freon levels when I first brought it in and in 2.5 weeks (while it was in their shop) the levels dropped. This seems like a scam.

I purchased a vehicle from Honda of Stevens Creek in May of 2022. The vehicle was a used 2014 ***** Sonic that I was told had been checked and was in very good shape. Within 45 days of the purchase, (7/10/22) the car completely stopped running and I was told that it was a blown motor. I immediately contacted Honda of Stevens creek and began a conversation with ********** who told me that he is the General Manager of sales. I was not given an option by Phi to have the vehicle fixed at Honda of Stevens creek so I eventually had the car towed to **********************. Thank goodness I purchased a warranty or I would have been out of pocket for the sum of $12,000. For 6 months the vehicle was in the shop and during this time I learned that the Warranty would only cover $9900 of the repairs. I immediately contacted Phi at Honda of Stevens creek who gave me the runaround. Honda of Stevens Creek never took responsibility for selling me what could be deemed a Lemon. Since the warranty covered only $9900 of the repairs I no longer have an extended warranty for the vehicle. After much back and forwards. Honda of Stevens creek did assist the with car repairs. In addition, I was between addresses when I purchased the car. I had requested that Honda of Stevens Creek have the vehicle registration sent to them so that I could pick it up, however, it was sent to an address where I no longer resided at. By the time I received the vehicle back the Tag and registration were months Past due. I contacted *** who promised me that he would reimburse me half of the expenses. Today he completely denied that he ever said that and once again took no responsibility for the bogus car sale. Honda of Stevens Creek was, in fact, the worse car sale experience that I have ever encountered and I would like the resolution of this matter. What is my recourse for the Lemon that I was sold? What can be done about Honda of Stevens Creek, **********, and their shady business practices?

I purchased a Honda Odessey Elite 2014 from Honda Stevens Creek 10 years ago. I encountered an exterior paint issue with the automobile back in 2018-2019. They resolved the issue by repainting the section of the car that started to chip away. I was told by the manager that if this problem occurs again to bring the car back to them so they could resolve the issue. The section that they repainted chipped away again along with two other sections of the car. I've contacted the dealership 2 weeks ago & was told someone would get back to me. I haven't heard from them. I called them again today and was told someone would get back to me, but I didn't get a call back. I feel as if they are giving me the run around & does not want to honor what they promised. All I want is for them to fix the problem with the paint issue. The paint process is obviously a manufacturing issue they need to resolve on their end.

I went to Honda in March and they said it was critical that I get a power steering flush. I took my car to another mechanic and got the work done in April. I went to Honda in December for an oil change and they again said I needed a power steering flush critical need. That the fluid was black and needed to be flushed. I took my car back to my mechanic and asked them to check the fluid. They said the fluid was clear and didn't need to be flushed. He also stated that I had already had the power steering flushed in April, so I wouldn't need to get any work done. Honda is trying to scam women into getting work done that doesn't need to be done.
