    Scammers. I will echo every other comment on here. They don't communicate, they don't send flight details, they incrementally scam you by adding another charge every other day, and they just ****. I am disputing my credit card charges as fraud and will just start over with a new ticket from literally any other company! Avoid this "company" at all costs.

    I never dealt with so dishonest travel companies before. They trapped and lured you gave you low airfare and later they changed your schedule without your consent. They want you to spend more money to purchase insurance so they will not keeping charge your schedule. I think this is scam and crooks company. Do not deal with them.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review and for sharing about your experience with our company.Allow ** to clarify that our support bundles can help passengers to simply waive off our service fees in case any exchange / refund / void / name correction process is requested at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the date of departure. Additionally, it is also helpful for the Schedule change handling, but unfortunately, there is no support package that will stop involuntary changes of schedule from the airline's end. Carriers all over the world now may change their schedules anytime before the departure date or even at the last minute, due to various unforeseen circumstances and unfortunately, we as a travel agency have no control over that. As per the notification sent to you about the involuntary changes, you were provided with options to accept the changes, to choose new timing provided by ** or to request a refund.The tickets' status shows 'FULLY USED'.     I dont want to give any stars, as this is cheating site . Initially it showed one price with that price after entering all details fare got increased and asking whether to proceed upon doing that and submitted my payement . I received email with different amount (higher than what i authorized for) . Also i didnt receive confirmation email about tickets . When i was chatting through live chat and they keep saying wait for 30 mins , and nothing happend . With all frustation i asked him to cancel that also took 15 mins , i have to call and parallel to chat . This is very Worst experience i had ever had . Finally with all these i cancelled the booking .Please be aware these kind of folks when you make booking .

    Just like all the rest of the reviews on here - this is a place to be scammed. Even the bottom of their website says BBB accredited yet the actual BBB wesbite says there are not. It takes weeks for them to respond, if they even do, for rebooking. Essentially running the clock so I can loose the credit from Covid19. *************** that I truly wish I would have documented every single conversation from the past two years to rebook my flights. At this point I am exploring a class action lawsuit against them based on all the horrible scam experiences hundreds, if not thousands, have had with Ovago.com.

    DO NOT USE OVAGO!! I had a multiple stop international travel and OVAGO seemed to be able to do this. Little did I know that I would NOT be able to check in the day before, I would not have seats assigned, my food preferences weren't acknowledged, missed my frequent flier miles and have little confidence that my trip will go as planned. USE OVAGO only to see what is possible, do NOT use to book. My disappointment is profound.

    I would give them a 0 star if I could. I am reporting them to the US Authorities for fraud. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 months as I could not make my July trip due to Covid and they have had me jumping through hoops with Customer Service. I gave them multiple 5 hour windows in which to contact me to discuss the refund and they would always call be specifically OUTSIDE that window and then when I followed up, they would put the blame on me "well we called you...its your fault as it would be resolved already if you followed up with us..." If you are a US citizen and have had an awful experience with them where they have essentially committed fraud by taking your money and not offered a ticket exchange or refund due to COVID easily (made you jump through hoops, never followed up, you have had to reach out multiple times and still no resolution), please report them to the Federal Trade Commission to Investigate them and have them be shut down. They cannot keep scamming hard working American citizens and stealing our money for goods and services they never delivered: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

    Ovago would have left me stranded in India! Spent three days asking their reps to fix my cancelled ticket and they made ME contact each airline on my booking (3 of them) instead of doing the job themselves. For 3 days I talked to them and the other TEK airlines to fix it, and while the airlines were wonderful and understanding Ovago did not help at all. Their "escalation" representative assured me it would be fixed - IT WAS NOT. Had to book a whole new return from India to the US in order to get home on time. I've learned my lesson and never again

    I just tried to purchase tickets worth $3000 and my visa boa got declined saying, bank has hold. I called my bank, bank says there is no hold. I chatted with customer service, they said, you must use another card, because this bank chargeback is high. I asked him why? They keep insisting i use another card. Their website says accepts visa. Terrible website, would never use again. customer service can't explain anything. They don't know what they are doing
