  I have been stranded in ******** ****** for 24 hours now. No hotel voucher, no bags, same clothes, and zero help from Ovago. I was told about a delayed flight from ******* the same hour I arrived at ***** for my flight. Ovago said theyd start working on my connecting flight from ****** to ******* immediately. 7 hour flight later, no flight, they claimed I had tickets for 10pm, but never confirmed with the airline. They have sent me three generic emails just to say theyd start working are working on it with zero results. Im still sitting here currently and no response from them. They couldnt get me compensation, they wont contact the airline that caused this issue, they wont provide hotel, they cant find my bags, avoid this garbage travel service at all costs. Terrible does not begin to describe them. 105 countries traveled and this is by far my worst experience.

  Avoid this company at all costs.We missed a connecting flight in ******* on our way to ******** and got stuck there. The airline told us they couldnt help because we booked through a third-party agencyOvagoand we had to go through them instead. Thats when the real nightmare began.Ovago not only failed to assist us, but they also canceled our entire trip, including our return flights from *********, claiming the airline was to blame and there was nothing they could do. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and incredibly frustrating to deal with.After hours on the phone, I finally got both Ovago and the airline on a conference call, during which the airline gave Ovago permission to rebook us on the same flight for the following day. They still didnt book it. I stood at the gate while the flight was boarding, on yet another call with both parties, and Ovago continued to do nothing. Fortunately, the airline stepped up, did an override, and reopened the gate to get us on the plane.This company was a complete failure at every step. I wouldnt trust them with a bus ticket, let alone international travel. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did.

  Ovago has been the absolute WORST booking experience of my life. Don't make my rookie international flight mistake. DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a flight from ******* to ***** back in April. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change the flight location from ******* to ******, which is where I live. I also needed to change the date on the return flight. Not only did it take "24 hours" hours for them to get back to you for every request, they would send you the most asinine option (only 1 option, never multiple to choose from) to change to (think like a 12 hour layover in *******) and then ask you to pay $1,100 for the change (to change the airport) or $550 (for the date change). I was on the phone with them everyday for almost a week and literally nothing was solved. I still have the original flight that I booked but from my understanding, even though I haven't left yet, if your flight is cancelled or rebooked or you miss a connection you are absolutely SOL since you are not technically a customer of the airline, you've a customer of the third party (who doesn't really care if you get on the flight or not). I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times, I asked for a refund because it honestly is just going to be easier to rebook the entire flight (apparently that's not an option but when I looked for Ovago's airline policy, it's no where to be found?). SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH OVAGO. Also pray for me that I get to **** and back :)

  I wished I did my research more before buying tickets from this company. Save yourself from a huge problem, DO NOT BUY TICKETS from this company. They are scammers!! They will call you non stop ans send you emails to buy additional travel insurance, then after 1 week you will receive a call from them that there is significant changes in your flights and will increase your travel time! They will charge you for processing fee and non refundable fees, they charged me $1098.00 for these fees eventhough I did not make any changes on my flight. Now, Im having a hard time reaching out to them! I filed a claim to dispute from my bank and will definitely report this from ****************************. Please do not buy tickets from them!

  If I could, zero stars! ***** is a terrible company to deal with. Please avoid at all costs! Not only has this company taken my initial fee but taken the money from the insurance I purchased so that I could change my flight plans if needed but also charged another $600 plus on top of everything else. I purchased my trip and changed the date of that trip far in advance of what they stated the time line was. When I did hear from them and that was only after opening up a dispute with my credit card, they stated I had signed documents that said no refunds. Now why would I purchase insurance and also sign such a document when I knew I needed flexibility. They never replied to me and gave me the run around telling me to contact the airline, the airline told me to contact Ovago. Regarding the insurance money, they told me to contact Ovago and Ovago said no, I had to contact the insurance company directly. I will be requesting copies of the so called signed documents which I doubt they will respond to that request. How is this company in business? After this, I will be contacting the ************************. Perhaps we all need to start a class action law suit, maybe that will get their attention.

  DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH OVAGO! Ovago is a deceptive and dishonest business. They have been withholding my refund of over $3,200 for a flight that was canceled by the airline.Over the past 3 1/2 weeks, I have spoken to multiple Ovago representatives who have either assured me that I will be refunded "soon, or outright LIED that they have yet to receive the funds from the airline.When I contacted the airline via email and phone, they confirmed that they refunded Ovago two days after the flight was canceled, -well over three weeks ago.Ovago is a shady business. Book your travel directly with the airlines instead to avoid wasting your time and money with this awful company.

  Scammers. I will echo every other comment on here. They don't communicate, they don't send flight details, they incrementally scam you by adding another charge every other day, and they just ****. I am disputing my credit card charges as fraud and will just start over with a new ticket from literally any other company! Avoid this "company" at all costs.

  I never dealt with so dishonest travel companies before. They trapped and lured you gave you low airfare and later they changed your schedule without your consent. They want you to spend more money to purchase insurance so they will not keeping charge your schedule. I think this is scam and crooks company. Do not deal with them.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review and for sharing about your experience with our company.Allow ** to clarify that our support bundles can help passengers to simply waive off our service fees in case any exchange / refund / void / name correction process is requested at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the date of departure. Additionally, it is also helpful for the Schedule change handling, but unfortunately, there is no support package that will stop involuntary changes of schedule from the airline's end. Carriers all over the world now may change their schedules anytime before the departure date or even at the last minute, due to various unforeseen circumstances and unfortunately, we as a travel agency have no control over that. As per the notification sent to you about the involuntary changes, you were provided with options to accept the changes, to choose new timing provided by ** or to request a refund.The tickets' status shows 'FULLY USED'.   I dont want to give any stars, as this is cheating site . Initially it showed one price with that price after entering all details fare got increased and asking whether to proceed upon doing that and submitted my payement . I received email with different amount (higher than what i authorized for) . Also i didnt receive confirmation email about tickets . When i was chatting through live chat and they keep saying wait for 30 mins , and nothing happend . With all frustation i asked him to cancel that also took 15 mins , i have to call and parallel to chat . This is very Worst experience i had ever had . Finally with all these i cancelled the booking .Please be aware these kind of folks when you make booking .
