I'm not even sure anyone works for ovago. I've tried calling 100s of times, they don't answer they just send a link to a live chat that also no one ever answers. I've been trying to contact them for weeks and have had no luck. It's extremely frustrating and I would 100% not recommend using them. I tested positive for Covid and I was stranded in Germany. After finally testing negative I should have been able to get onto a new flight immediately but ovago kept me stranded and wouldn't get me onto a new flight. I wound up having to pay 600 dollars to board a flight with a new airline entirely. I also purchased travel insurance and haven't been able to contact anyone to be reimbursed. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE PLEASE DONT USE.

Never use this company. They have messed up my booking, never gave me confirmation code, I couldn't check in and now they are refusing to rebook my tickets because they are saying airline needs to respond to their request. They deserve 0 stars!

Does Ovago.com provide any service to customers?
This review is a work in progress and may improve or get worse as time passes *** resolution. My business class flights for 3 adults from EWR-IST-TLL-IST-EWR has been affected by flight cancellation by Turkish Airline for the TLL-IST segment. Turkish asked I contact the travel agent as it was booked through Ovago. Yesterday I tried email , phone and live chat contact and got no human body to help. Then o got a call back due to an email I sent from a Braxton who validated the cancellation and advised that the rescheduling for the cancelled segment will be done at no charge as it was cancelled by Turkish. That's what the EU laws also demand. I don't have the refund option as it's a multi segment trip. He transferred me to a "scheduling team" and I was on hold for 1:27 hours and finally hung up as no one answered the call. Since then I have sent Twitter and an email to Ovago and there is no response - just silence. This may end bad for me but I will give them couple of days to react. There seems to be no sense of service and urgency on Ovago's part. I will continue to add to review and eventually get to BBB also. Burn until then , for fellow business travelers, be cautious with Ovago. When you need them the most they go silent 📵
