    I would give them a 0 star if I could. I am reporting them to the US Authorities for fraud. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 months as I could not make my July trip due to Covid and they have had me jumping through hoops with Customer Service. I gave them multiple 5 hour windows in which to contact me to discuss the refund and they would always call be specifically OUTSIDE that window and then when I followed up, they would put the blame on me "well we called you...its your fault as it would be resolved already if you followed up with us..." If you are a US citizen and have had an awful experience with them where they have essentially committed fraud by taking your money and not offered a ticket exchange or refund due to COVID easily (made you jump through hoops, never followed up, you have had to reach out multiple times and still no resolution), please report them to the Federal Trade Commission to Investigate them and have them be shut down. They cannot keep scamming hard working American citizens and stealing our money for goods and services they never delivered: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

    Ovago would have left me stranded in India! Spent three days asking their reps to fix my cancelled ticket and they made ME contact each airline on my booking (3 of them) instead of doing the job themselves. For 3 days I talked to them and the other TEK airlines to fix it, and while the airlines were wonderful and understanding Ovago did not help at all. Their "escalation" representative assured me it would be fixed - IT WAS NOT. Had to book a whole new return from India to the US in order to get home on time. I've learned my lesson and never again

    I just tried to purchase tickets worth $3000 and my visa boa got declined saying, bank has hold. I called my bank, bank says there is no hold. I chatted with customer service, they said, you must use another card, because this bank chargeback is high. I asked him why? They keep insisting i use another card. Their website says accepts visa. Terrible website, would never use again. customer service can't explain anything. They don't know what they are doing

    Ovago is a terrible service, I paid 2,600 dollars and ended up having to book my own flight in the end, so an additional 2,600, it was a terrible experience and I hope they stop doing business.

    Ovago is a complete SCAM. Do NOT use this site for ticket booking. I made a huge mistake booking through them. I had my flight booked (one-way) and then my friend got COVID and I needed to cancel the flight. It has been months and I have not gotten this issue resolved! My return flight booked through Jet Blue was credited no problem, but Ovago doesn't care. There is no one to talk to via the phone and they keep passing ** around on the online chat. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"

    Hello my name is *******, and we have a ticket that we buy through Ovago, my family have a personal health condition what I have send the letter from the Doctor to the airline and Ovago. Then I called the airline and they said we have a economic classic fare what means that we can reschedule the flight without any penalty and they also put our flight one year from the date to travel . When I call Ovago they said that I have to pay a penalty , but the airline told me THAT NOT ,but Ovago have to do the change but that they should no about that I dont have a penalty FOR A MEDICAL REASON. I dont have any solution I really feel upset because this was my family vacation and the people in costumer service are really rude . I hope somebody here can help me.

    Ovago is a scam. They told me my flight would be on a sunday and when i arrived at the airport i was informed my flight had actually been the previous day. When i reached out to ovago for a refund they told me it was my fault and that i did not give proper notice to receive said refund. Had the flight information been properly communicated to me I would not have missed my flight. This is Ovagos mess and I want my money back for a flight i never took.

    We had a bad experience with Ovago. We booked our flights through Ovago. We purchased travel insurance billed as "the most popular option.". The flight ended up being delayed and we missed our connecting flight. I called Ovago to see about exercising the insurance option for a refund. I waited on hold on the phone for five hours, with no response. I finally got a hold of someone the next day. It turns out the insurance is only good for medical reasons but this was not prominently displayed on the website at the time of booking. They claimed the airline said the flight was only delayed by 30 minutes, but it was delayed by 4.5 hours. They told me they would contact the airline to get a voucher. They put me on hold for a minute and came back. It was obvious they never tried to contact the airline. They said they could not get the voucher. How do you know if you never even try? Really bad experience.

    The worst "company" ever. Literally a bunch of ********* If you are trying to book with them, DO NOT DO IT. You won't be getting your money back and the customer service is THE WORST.
