    On December 3rd I take my dog into the hospital because she was attacked by another dog, the amount they were charging was a lot at that time and I didn't have all the money to pay, I had $400 in cash and my brother borrow me $160, so I pay with some cash and card. After couple of hours the other dog owner contact me offering to pay the bills which was $1673. I gave her the hospital info and she pay directly to them, I was expected to get my money back immediately since it was cash and of course didn't happen. They told me that I have to wait 3 - 4 weeks to the corporate office to send me a check back and it's been almost 7 weeks and every time I called they said the check was mailed but I haven't receive anything. They refund to my brother's card but the money I gave them in cash I'm still waiting to have it.

    Never had an appointment and they refuse to refund me my money of 220 dollars that paid for a consultation I never received. Which they described as a prepayment. I also never received a welcome letter with any information of my appointment and definitely nothing that said my money would be forfeited over. I called a rep the same day of the appointment and she said my appointment was on the way back and could take **** days. Yesterday a rep calls me and says I will not receive a refund. The actual reason I didnt think it was best was because all of the RECENT bad yelp reviews. Me thinking, I dodged a bullet they then refuse to give me $220 dollars back !!!!!! For a service I paid for and NEVER received. Im just trying to find a good specialty vet to treat my dogs IVDD and the fact that they are inconveniencing me this much is ridiculous especially after I never had a real service provided from them.
