Never had an appointment and they refuse to refund me my money of 220 dollars that paid for a consultation I never received. Which they described as a prepayment. I also never received a welcome letter with any information of my appointment and definitely nothing that said my money would be forfeited over. I called a rep the same day of the appointment and she said my appointment was on the way back and could take **** days. Yesterday a rep calls me and says I will not receive a refund. The actual reason I didnt think it was best was because all of the RECENT bad yelp reviews. Me thinking, I dodged a bullet they then refuse to give me $220 dollars back !!!!!! For a service I paid for and NEVER received. Im just trying to find a good specialty vet to treat my dogs IVDD and the fact that they are inconveniencing me this much is ridiculous especially after I never had a real service provided from them.Review from Lorie B

My pet was admitted overnight for an ultrasound the next day. The ultrasound occurred at noon. When I picked her up at 6 PM, they have not fed her the entire time she was there. There was no reason not to feed her after the ultrasound.Review from Heather L

I took my pug there so they could make her vomit because she ate a bunch of Funyons. I am a Veterinarian and knew the damage to the kidneys caused by onions and garlic. THEY REFUSED TO DO IT. And the ** Veterinarian would not get on the phone to discuss the idiocracy of their decision with me. I asked for my pug to be returned to me so I could take her to another facility. They sent the *********** representative out and he basically told me he was not out there for a discussion but simply to tell me f*** off and be quick about it. I have been coming to this ** for years. Please go to the *** in Hotel Circle! They took her right in and made her vomit. Thanks so much for taking care of my heart!!!Review from Celeste D

Dr Stephanie i***** treated my dog max at the icu at Sorrento valley. She did nothing to help my dog. My dog was oversedated , forced to have a feeding tube because of the oversedation yet she tried to convince me that my dog had neurological issues like a stroke or tumor. I found out that my dog was on 7 different sedatives/painkillers at the same time! Abs she weighed 10 lbs! Outrageous! I screamed at them to stop all that sedation **** abs guess what ? She came to, wanted to eat , etc.. but yet had already weakened her immune system abs this over sedation extended her hospital stay which was her goal because then I spent an extra 5000 or more. I Paid over 23000 for nothing. My dog died. Few days later , I had yo put her down because she was suffering. Dr I***** was apathetic , unmotivated and grossly negligent in her care or lack of care for Max . I have nightmares about this whole ordeal and I am going to make sure she doesn’t do this to anyone else. Dr. Stephanie I***** should not be practicing at all as she killed my dog. She should be ashamed at herself
