I pay for a 'Gold' Membership so that I can track my son's driving details. The app hasn't worked in weeks and the company offers no solution or refund/discount of payment for services not received. They do say that it is a 'known glitch' but offer nothing else.Initial Complaint

January 2025 i made arrangements to take family pictures. I arrived to a small portable with a green screen. ( the photographer was very pleasant) we were not able to see our pictures nor could we pick a background. I was told i would be contacted the following week to review and purchase my pictures. This was very challenging for me because i worked more than one job so my availability was limited. Finally i was able to attend the meeting where i immediately was disappointed with the results. The pictures were very poor quality with poor lighting. The prices for the pictures were ridiculously high. To top it off i was sent very small pictures which i can do NOTHING WITH. I purchased a gps tracking device called the ****** from this company in December of 2023. I subscribed for one year of service which required an automatic renewal in one year. I was fine with the renewel fee since I planned to keep using the product. On Dec 19, 2024 ( less than a month ago), I was billed for the renewal fee. A few days ago, our device stopped working. It no longer holds a charge. I attempted to purchase a new device but they are apparently out of stock and the company is not giving any information on when or if they will be in stock again. I have a child that requires wearing a GPS do to severe intellectual disability and history of eloping. It is dangerous for her to be without the tracking device. I have sent two emails to the company explaining the situation and all I have gotten back from them are responses restating their policy that they do not refund subscription once billed. How can this be acceptable? I am only asking for a refund because they do not offer a replacement product available to purchase (this is the link their website sends you to for purchase: ) ********************** and now I will have to seek a new solution and pay some other company a subscription fee costing us even more money we don't have!!Customer Answer

Just letting you know that after I filed my complaint (#********) with BBB, Life360 finally responded to my complaint and issued a refund to the subscription. so it has been resolved. I think your efforts to contact them were helpful.

On 11/14/24 I ordered (order # *********) what I thought was a 2 pack of Tile Pro (2024) trackers for $59.98. It ended up that I purchased 2 single trackers when I adjusted the quantity in my cart. I contacted Tile immediately and they shared with me that I ordered a 2 single trackers instead of the 2 pack. I asked if they could refund the $10 difference to me. They would not because of the packaging. I asked how to return the items. They gave me an RMA (*********) and I wrote "return to sender" along with the RMA number on the package when it arrived. They confirmed that they received the returned items on 12/09/24 but no refund for the initial purchase occured. Also during the course of several weeks of back and forth with the Tile reps, one of their managers (***) mistakenly quoted an incorrect price to me. She stated that the Tile Pro 4 pack was @59.98. That email was 11/15/24 @ 3:47p. When I stated that I wanted to purchase that 4 pack they refused. The price and quantity is literally in writing and I want them to honor it. So what I'm looking to get out of this is my refund and to purchase a 4 pack for $59.98.Initial Complaint

I downloaded Life360 to be able to watch my daughter while she was in a trip and I was not satisfied with it. Every time I tried to locate my daughter it would say she was not able to be located. I contacted life 360 and requested that the account be canceled as I was not happy with their services and explained that I do not authorize them to take money out of my account. I did get email confirmation that the account was canceled and now today life 360 took money out of my account.Initial Complaint

I am signed up for the membership with life 360. With this membership parties are eligible to receive two tiles after the 7 day free trial. My tiles were shipped to the address on the account but as I was told we're not received. The agent with life 360 advised me that the tiles are connected to my account. I do not have any tiles associated to my account nor did I ever receive my tiles. There has to be another account associated with my name where these tiles are being utilized. Life360 is not providing this information to me nor are they offering any cooperation in regards to resending the tiles that are missing. I recently requested my data from Life360 to see what they were selling to other companies about me. They eventually responded with a link to “my data.” Upon opening, I found a spreadsheet with longitude and latitude coordinates of locations, speeds, headings, etc. These coordinates were all in Connecticut, where I have never been. I then also found a file with the name, email, password, and other personal information (including chat history) for SOMEONE ELSE. Once I realized Life360 sent me someone else’s data, I attempted to reach them. They do not have a customer service phone number, so I reached out via email and chat. Neither could help, as they are either AI-driven responses or low-level service representatives. Finally, days later, they reached back out to tell me THEY had “promptly discovered and corrected the issue.” They also offered me two years of their premium membership. I am not accepting this membership, as I do not want to be associated with this company. Clearly, their data protection procedures are very minimal and not up to expected standards. The link they sent suggests that anyone with the link could access all of the data, as there was no required entry of a password or anything. Further, knowing that they sell my location and speed data is concerning in and of itself. Do not use Life360.Initial Complaint

I've been using life360 for years now, a few weeks ago one of my family members pinned an inaccurate location causing me and my husband to jump off of our beds to check and make sure our daughter hadn't left or been abducted, I had reached out and emailed their tech support multiple times and they only kept giving same troubleshooting over and over when I have said multiples it's still the same and I have told to read all my email traffic so they can see what the problem is instead of sending me the same troubleshooting over and over again, I'm paying them monthly service fee and their tech support making me feel I'm ******* supposed to figure out the problem on their app it is not my job to fix the issues as paying customer I deserved my service to be fix. but seems none of them are capable of fixing the issues we are having.
