I had accountnow and I was receiving my SSI check on this card... They closed the card and took my money from it and I've been trying to get my money back and they keep saying this and that... I have complied I have sent in my documents they have been approved and yet I am still waiting for my check for $899.05 since April of 2023 I'm tired of waiting for them to do what they say that they're going to do I want my moneyReview from Gaetano S

I want my ******* and its been 4 monrhs. It does not take 4 months to put a trace on a check. This is the worst bank to ever deal with. I have been with them 8 years and this is the thankls I get. I kept telling them all I want is my money you go your way and I will go mine. But they refuse to help me. Even the supervisors. I am so upset over this. I call once a week and still no update why. They said they mailedd the check in either sept7 or december 7 2022. What is the hold up. its been over 4 months and I am praying this helps me get my moneyReview from Jamilah B

My account was closed in January of 2021 , I didnt receive my tax return check from the bank everytime I make an inquiry there are delaying the process to send me my check Ive had five inquiries so far for the return of my tax return check that was supposed to be mailed in December of 2022. I have been inquiring about this information since March of 2023. It is now the ending of April and I havent received any confirmation as to when I will receive my check.Review from Heidi K

I never had any problems with this company till recently. Was to get my social security benefits payment by the end of the business day on March 29, 2023 as my benefits payment was pending. Then I call in to the customer service phone number between ******** on March 29, 2023 and it is stating that they are having system issues..... am still awaiting my social security benefits payment as of April 1, 2023. I am really ****** off that this happened and all the accounts are gonna be closed on April 19, 2023. I am glad for that as I feel the company owes me my social security benefits payment and any interest that they are making on my money for holding it.Review from Laquetta B

on march 16 2023 I filed a complaint stating there was ******* missing from my account she said that they would suspend the card and start the investigation I got a letter from them march 28 stating it was ****** taken I had a balance of ****** on my card when I filed a complaint on march 16 2023 when I called my account now card it tells me I have a balance of ******* but I have no access to my money I cant even go online and get my account information the system wont allow me and not only that the new card they sent me its called GO2bank which suppose to be online banking it wont allow me to activate the card I called the card holder service and they say they are having system difficulties they said I have until April 19 to access all my funds when they wont give you access to your money my bills are due and I will not recommend anyone to deal with this companyReview from Tammy C

I accidentally had some money sent to them but the card they put the money had been expired for years. **************** told me to send my information on for a new card, I faxed, upload my information multiple times but they say they never received it. They are a scam. Keeping money that's don't belongs to them so I then tell them just send the money back to the loan company that sent the money and they say they can't do it.. I have to make payments on money they have that they refused to give the money back. Star rating should be no stars.. ScammersReview from Sandra W.

Trying to get replacement card. Ive been using this card for 20 years. I moved, old card expired. They wont send a new card.I sent required documents. Scan, faxed. They accept utilities bill, but not Government ID. This is month Two. My social security benefits are on this card. I'm so frustrated and don't know what else to do. This is really causing a hardship. Sent the information 5 times. Gonna try again today, and keep trying. Please HelpReview from Serina K

I have been a customer with ********************** for years. My card expired 07/22 they claim they sent a new card out which I never received. Account Now sends a lettwr and an email stating that they are no longer accepting deposits. I called in September to request my money that was on the account which was $297.00. The representative told me on January 2nd that it was sent out in September and I asked if the check was cashed they rold me to call back on Thurs Jan 4 2023. I called back on today January 5, **************************** what happened to the check.Review from Jovan A

They closed my account an said theyre going out of business in 10/29/22 an stated they would send a check with the amount I had in my account its now Jan 2023 still have been getting the run around I have submitted all documents an still no updates Im not happyReview from Roger J.

I would give them a half a star if I could cause Ive waited a month on my replacement card and still havent got it! They have issued me 3 different cards and Im still havent received it! They have taken 55$ off of my card for replacement and I still have no card so Im contacting an attorney first thing in the morning
