I was contacted by Student Loan and Savings implying that they were working with the Student ************************ They indicated that they were authorized to assist me with having my Student Loan Discharged. The Loan is $125,000. They had all my information including amounts. The agreement was that I would pay 4 payments of $325.34 and re-occurring payments of $19.00. After 20 years, my loan would be discharged. I made all payments and received confirmation that the above would occur. I attempted to contact them to get a note for my mortgage application to find that they no longer exist.

I was contacted by Student Loan and Savings back in October 2021 about a Student Loan forgiveness program. I was given two options 6mos or 8mos to complete a 1% payment of the student loan borrowed while obtaining my degree. I was told the monthly amount to be debited from my account and agreed to move forward with the program. I was told by a representative due to being disabled I qualified for complete forgiveness regardless of my income as long as I recertify that I'm still disabled for the next 5yrs. Once I completed payments. I realized I hadn't been contacted for recertification I reached out to a disconnected business line.

Back in July of 2022, this company reached out to me in regards to my student loans. They explained how they could help me reduce the balance of my student loans through their program. We came to an agreement and they instructed I would have to pay $600 and they would cover the rest. I just had to stay consistent with my monthly payments of $150 and was notified that I made my last payment in October 2022. I was under the impression this was going towards my student loans. Come to find out, ***** of ********* hasn't received a payment from me in years! What I don't understand is that as I was making these payments, I would get notifications from my credit report that I was receiving positive items from student loans. So I figured it was because of this company. I don't understand how I was getting that if this business was a scam. All I know now is that there is no record of my payments and I lost out on $600 that could've gone to my loans. Their number and website no longer works, And the address is now a vape shop. I do have a formal invoice from them with all my transactions with dates. Reason why I thought this was a legitimate place of business. I just want a refund of my money.

Now that the company is NOT legit and is no longer operating. How do I get the money that was stolen from me back and what happens with my loans now. This was a well planned scam during a time where anyone could be vulnerable because who doesnt want to resolve their student loans these days.

I was contacted by Student ****************************** by a ******. They claimed that if I made 4 payments of ****** and 36 monthly payments of $19, that my loans would be forgiven. She claimed that the company files documentation on the borrowers behalf. I contacted the **** of ********* and they have no record of any documentation filed on my behalf. The number I have for the company is inactive. I have attempted to reach the company via email to no avail. When I Googled the company the ONLY place it shows up is in the BBB database for complaints. I have contacted my bank to dispute charges. I am demanding this company come forth and verify its legitimacy. I have lost over $700 due to this scam company. Below is the contact info I have for Student Loan and Savings ************************* ****************************************************** **************************************************** Ph: ************ Fax: ************

This "business" Student Loan &Savings, contacted me in February 2022 claiming to be a Student ************************* It was explained to me that by paying the recurring monthly payments, my student loans would be consolidated, that they would continue to submit documentation to the ********** of ********* on my behalf to continue the *** plan (income driven repayment). When I try to call the numbers I have for 2 different "employees" the call will not go though and a recording saying "the number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable" and then rings a busy signal. I have sent emails as well, in an attempt to get clarification on what exactly I am paying for. No reply to emails either. I called the ********** of ********* and they have no record of any business submitting documentation on my behalf. I contacted my bank and the husiness has no phone number available through Merchant Services and the address is not recognized by the bank as a legitimate business either. I have paid the intial processing fee of $149.75 on February 14th, 2022 and have had montly debits of $19.00 every month since. This business is a scam. I am adding the contact info I have for the "business" below"Student Loan & Savings ************************************************ T: ************ Main: ************ Fax: ************ Points of contact: ******, *************************

The phone number they were texting from was **************, I contacted my bank who couldn't do anything about it, this is so wrong and also was done with ill intentions and now they have my information which is not very good.
