      On Thursday, June 6th, my car was towed by Santa *** ******************* at an apartment complex where I had been visiting a friend. The next morning, on Friday, June 7th, I went to the company's location to retrieve my car. I spoke with a female employee, whose name I do not know, and requested the documentation proving my car was parked illegally. I understand that the law requires evidence of the illegal parking and a signed request from the property owner or their representative (such as a security guard or manager) for a tow to be legal. However, the employee responded with an attitude, saying, "No, I'm not obligated to give you that. You were on private property with no permit." I explained that I understood but wanted the documentation. I then mentioned that this was against the law, to which she reiterated her refusal. During this exchange, I was on the phone with my brother. The employee began yelling at him through the phone, despite him not engaging in any conversation with her. I asked again for proof of the parking situation, but she became angrier and refused to provide anything.I then asked about the fee to retrieve my car, and she stated it was $335. I handed her $340, but when I did, she rudely said, "Give me this ****." She then told me I would have to wait an hour for my change. Later, when she went to retrieve my change, she threw it onto the counter. After presumably stepping out of camera view, she gave me the middle finger. I asked her, "Did you give me the middle finger?" She responded, "If you don't like it, I can give you two middle fingers." During this time, she was also cursing at me, but since English is my second language, I did not understand all of her words.I believe that this disrespect and harassment is because I am a visibly Muslim woman who observes hijab. I say this because there was a white man in front of me who was asking the same questions and she answered him in a calm and respectful manner in a low tone.

      Wow worst experience possible. ******* who answered the phone has absolutely no compassion and just yells at you. She wouldn't even let me get a WORD OUT! I think its extremely unprofessional to treat customer like this. My BF even called and he was the most utterly respectful but she wouldn't even let him get a word out, she would just raise her voice. She states there is no one in upper chain in command to speak to her in regards to her but she says she took my name and number but I do not think that she is doing that. I really need to speak to someone higher up and have her be spoken too. There is in no way that someone should be in that position with so much hate and bitterness. I have been customer experience for quite some time and for her to just have absolute no basic communication skills or respect is just absolutely insane. The way they almost towed my bf car in less than a minute bc he left his car on and ran to the door to open it. The guy did this out of spite, no one leaves there car on with the door open and windows down to leave it for a while... the tow guy even said i thought it was offensive you did that. So what, you knew he RAN into the house and was going back to the car. They did this for money. this company is horrible. I have never delt with the WORST customer experience interaction in my entire life. I honestly pray for that women ******* because she really seems that she has a lot of struggles and bitterness in her heart. I told her I pray for her and god bless her. People like that truly need love and especially if you are working in customer experience you need to have compassion. Anyways we are still waiting for our receipt and we will continue to call until she sends it. This business needs new management or new front office/.reception staff. I am not sure what to do but if people see this please continue to make your reviews.

      hello, this is ******* with sac towing. We run a business. obviously, we work for money. your car was in a fire lane. fire lanes are no parking ANY TIME for ANY amount of time. I only lost my temper with you after NUMEROUS explanations, which you refused to listen to and thought if you just kept repeating yourself i would give up. I never give up. I tried to email you a recpt, however the email you gave me was not valid. feel free to come in the office, show proof of ownership and a DL and i will happily write you up a reciept. have a lovely day, and bless your heart too.
