      I initially used this service on March 7th 2024 as a one time look up for child predators near my home. I did not sign up for reaccuring charges/services. I have been being charged (debited from my bank) $ 29.93 a month starting March 15th 2024 through January 2025, for a total of -$340.33. Please refund all but the first month. I am elderly and feel tricked into paying for something I only used one time.

We tried calling you to learn more but we were not able to connect with you. Our service is offered as a monthly subscription and members can cancel at any time online, by phone, or by email. This information is explained during the online registration process and we require all members to check a box that specifically acknowledges this information. We also reiterate these details in the email that welcomes new members to the service. Sorry again that this was not what you expected and we have issued multiple refunds to your account in an effort to resolve this matter.       I originally used their service to look up some information. I have been being billed for $29.93 a total of 8 charges since January for a total of $239.44. to my knowledge I had cancelled the service.

      Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry to learn of your issue. We called you to try and resolve the matter, but we were not able to reach you and we left a message. We see that an account was set up on our website in January as you mentioned. The service has a monthly fee of $29.93 and remained active until it was canceled in October. Accounts can be canceled 24/7/365 online or by using our automated phone system. We also offer live agent support via phone and email 7-days from 5am - 9pm. We don’t have any record of a cancellation request prior to October and this is why the account was charged the normal monthly fees. It is never our intent to charge a customer who does not want our service and we have issued refunds to your account.       Charged monthly for a subscription I never started. I don't even know what this business is. I. Addition want refund on the accrued credit penalties.~$450

We see that an account was created on our website on 12/3/23 with your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and payment information. We sent a welcome email with all of the relevant account information, billing details, and our contact information when the account was created. The account was charged the normal monthly fee until we received your email to cancel the account last month. We can confirm that we canceled your account and sent an email confirmation to you. We are sorry to learn that your account was a surprise to you and we are not sure what might have happened. We have refunded your monthly fees and confirmations have been emailed to you.       I am a California resident attempting to exercise my right-to-delete my account and data. I’ve submitted a request in accordance with KidsLiveSafe.com’s Privacy Policy on 7/8/24 and haven’t heard back. I’ve been in contact with support and they just keep copying and pasting responses which are unhelpful. This request to delete my data is not for any Public facing data from ‘Public Records’. It is for my account and any related data.

      I originally signed up for this service to run background checks while trying to find help with taking care of my son who was in a coma after being hit by a truck. I cancelled after no needed info was updated on profiles. Needless to say, being a mother of 5, with my oldest being in his condition along with all that entails, until he passed and continuing, I didn’t even realize the cancellation never went through for some reason, until I noticed a charge for $29.93 on my bank app. After going back through all my previous statements, I discovered the had charged me for a total of $749.25. WTH, this was cancelled! Not like in my situation, my family can afford this!

      On 02/16/2024 there was a transaction on my account for $29.93 that I did not authorize. I was at work at the time of this transaction. I didn’t notice it till today 02/20/2024 when I was looking at my transaction history on my mobile app. I immediately called my bank and filed a complaint. Then I looked it up online and noticed it’s a background report. I haven’t even ran a background check on anyone.

      I am charged to my credit card three time of $29.99 for KidsLiveSafe.com. I donated $1.00 at a grocery store and this kept recurring of $29.99 every month. I have never agreed to this monthly payment. Now, my card is blocked, and this has been to dispute department from the bank. Luckily, I have given credit back, but this is frustrating. I do not want others to go through the same issue. KidsLiveSafe cannot misuse information and get benefit from it.

      I just noticed I had an unauthorized charge from this website. After looking back over my account I noticed 2 other unauthorized charges from this website. I do not have any young children mine are all grown and living as adults so there is no reason for me to have an account with this service, so I know 100percent I did not authorize this company to charge my PayPal. After looking over the other complaints through BBB I see that there are a lot of other people who have been stolen from, from this organization. I would like a return of the money that has been stolen from my account.

      I have tried cancelling my membership according to the rules set forth. I have called all available phone numbers, but one is always says the "caller" is busy, and the other says there is no such business listed. I emailed, but the confirmation they said was being sent was not sent.
