On July 22, 2021 I called, the Santa Cruz Volkswagen to schedule a services appointment for a light sensor on a vehicle, and to clarify if the vehicle was drivable as it's a daily commuter without causing any damages, I was informed that all services advisor where busy, and was offer a request call back (which I never got the call back) to answer the concerned question. After two business day attempts in reaching out finally got a hold of the manager Mark on July 26, 2021 to expressed the concerns, in the tone of voice you could hear frustration as he's apologizing for only having two services advisor, who are dealing with thousands of costumers, and that calling to talk to one of the two advisor is like calling the ER to get a hold of the doctor and went his way in canceling my services appointment.
I understand life situation, but to have poor communication and poor services to cancel an important appointment, and wish a costumer, quote manager's words with a joking tone of voice,
" Good luck in getting your repairs", knowing the vehicle should not be driven with low oil level. I had to call Volkswagen, and over the hill dealership for the repairs.
I have had my share of cars, but never experience such a low professionalism from a manager of a dealership like I did with the Santa Cruz Volkswagen.
