My account was recently permanently locked on Snapchat due to going against community guidelines as my phone was stolen in ******. I have a police report and case number to go with it as well. I guess someone was using my account posting things that went against their community guidelines as I had no access to my account, there was nothing I could do. I tried to contact them to resolve the situation. They had zero effort in helping me Recover my account.Initial Complaint

My account has been banned foe no reason. I went.on vacation in another country and I was focusing on using this app since I cannot make calls/ texts from the place I am at, only to find out Snapchat banned me with no explanation or chance to appeal.Initial Complaint

I am a content creator. I am frequently told that I have a limited reach for posts on the spotlight which allows users to reach more users. There is nothing that I am doing to violate terms. The songs used are from the Snapchat library and pictures and taken by myself and not at all part of a paid partnership.Initial Complaint

I bought a light from Snap On guy that comes around to shops. I bought the light instead of a stream light because he said if it ever went bad that snap on replaces it and I wouldnt have to ship it off and wait that the salesman does the middle man stuff. So I paid a lot more for this light for that reason. I tried to exchange the light and was told its discontinued so I cant get anything. I called headquarters and was told the same thing. Like I told them I ONLY bought this high dollar light for the piece of mind knowing if it went out it would be easy to exchange it but now the lifetime warranty is void because THEY stopped selling them. Like I told the last everything we buy off the truck changes and discontinued but usually the guy exchanges for something close hince the lifetime warranty. Its been a while so I dont remember the price but I know it was way more than a stream light which I have 2 and have had to get them warranties and there was NO PROBLEMS.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the wrongful locking of my Snapchat account under the username [goddess.britney] // email ************************* This action has been taken without any prior notification, warning, or explanation. The abrupt termination of my access to the account has had severe repercussions on my personal life.As a dedicated user of ********************, I have amassed a substantial amount of personal information, cherished memories, and important contacts within this account. The sudden and unjustified locking of my account has deprived me of accessing these vital pieces of my life, causing considerable distress and inconvenience.The implications of this action extend beyond mere inconvenience; it has significantly affected my living situation, resulting in my current state of homelessness. I have been unable to retrieve critical information and contacts necessary to maintain my livelihood and personal affairs.Despite numerous attempts to contact Snapchat's support team for clarification and resolution, I have received no response or justification for the account lock. This lack of communication and transparency is both frustrating and unacceptable.Given the severity of the situation and the substantial personal loss incurred, I am compelled to consider taking serious legal action against Snap Inc. unless this matter is resolved promptly. I urge you to investigate this issue immediately and restore access to my account without further delay. so i was using snap , & as i was using it i post one thing on my story on may 30th ******* says ****************** took it down for sexual content which it wasnt then the next day i have nothing on my ************ remove my story again for sexual content.. mind you i had nothing posted so here we are today where 2 times back to back for sexual content & theres nothing there on my story, then they lock my account.. & i tell them i have nothing there on my story for them to remove & they still send the same automated message they send everytime they dont care to even see what the actual issue is they just violate thats wrong, i have so many memories an active subscription & more on that snap account.. & they just ban me , this is the second time they have done something like this bro , im not doing anything wrong , so i contacted you guys to see if you can help me get in contact with them so they can reinstate my account my ********************** account is hoodsessionzInitial Complaint

I was wrongfully locked by the software that detected a harmless caption as drug content I just downloaded my data and found the exact snap I posted that prompted the lock for drug content. It became clear that my account wasnt manually locked, because a real human wouldnt see that caption as a threat. The caption wrote, delivering some coke worth 10k$, which was just a joke as I posted it on my private story of 11 members. I was only going to give someone in school, jewellery.I would like a real message from a member of snapchat support rather than an automated email please, so a real person can review the case and determine no violations occurred. the violation was "detected" by software which is historically faulty at picking up community guideline violations (there is a reddit page dedicated to people locked out of their snapchat who are innocent as well. I would hate to have to take legal action against snapchat in the event they provided no help in recovering my account when i didn't violate the terms of service, and snapchat did not follow the rules they have on their website when dealing with violating community guidelines, like permanently banning me on a first-time violation with no option for appeal. My snap chat account lid_sity8 was wrongly banned and I feel my appeal wasnt reviewed . If you can please look into my account and please look what I posted it did not go against terms and service please help me My snap chat name is lid_sity8
