      Received Fitnus tracker watch 3/1/24. Watch worked initially. I went out of town for three weeks and did not charge the watch. I tried unsuccessfully to charge watch. Called the company toll free number and was told to clean charger points and watch points with alcohol and charge three hours. Called company 5/10 told them problem still persisted and said I only had 30 days to return it. He gave me no options for a new charger or watch- waste of $60.

      I received the knee brace and understood from their advertising that it could be returned if it did not fit. I tried to get the information from them on how to return it by contacting the phone number provided and by using the website provided. Neither option was functional. There was no paperwork in with the knee brace when I received it.

      My friend purchased a fitnus smart watch for my birthday. I placed the order on 08/31/23. A label was created on 09/02/23. The post office hasn't received it yet. I called their number, and after ringing a few times, they hung up. When I went to the site, it said no order found. I'm sure it's a scam. It cost ***** plus 10 dollars for shipping. I want my friend to get his money back. I also am wondering if he should cancel his debit card. Thank you for your assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because: I refused the package directly to the mail carrier. I don't want it. I know you got that watch back. It doesn't take 3 weeks for mail to get anywhere in *******. I want my money back.

      I ordered 2 fitness knee braces from Bazaar Innovations and never received any kind of confirmation with a shipping order nor a tracking number. A payment was made by PayPal on Aug. 18. all I received from them was a Thank you for your order, will receive in 5 to 7 days and an ad to get 50% more off. Never received any other notice with a order confirmation, nor a tracking number either. I emailed them and still have not heard a reply. I feel this is a scam and misrepresentation. I want a full refund. I feel this is a scam.This is an email I sent to them on 8/21/2023 after reading the BBB report on them since I did not receive any notifications with a shipping order or any confirmation than above. ***************************** ********************************** I placed an order with you on the 18th of August and it is shown as paid by PayPal to BAZAAR INNOVATIONS, LLC, yet I have only received an e-mail stating, Thank you for your order and you should receive within 5 to 7 days and there was no order number on that e-mail, only another ad for the Fitnus brace, So how am I supposed to track my order when I have not even received an email with an order number or an e-mail with a shipping notice? I checked with BBB and see other people have had problems. I hope this is not going to be another one of those cases.Looking for a response and information from you about my order.*****************************

      I ordered 2 leg braces on July 15 2023 for my husband . He has an urgent need for then since he just had leg surgery. He got an email the other day asking how he was enjoying his braces well he never recieved them . So I shot you a response to your email and told you that and ask for a tracking number never answered. I have also tried several times to call your company and nobody ever answers the line . All I want is his leg braces or my money credited back to my debit card.immediately. Yall should not advertise like this falsely its wrong. Total amount paid was ***** ok I also was suppose to get them exspress shipping also paid extra for lifetime warranty .My order number is ****** Please respond immediately

      BOUGTH A FEW MONTHS AGO AND IT STOPPED WORKING. IT WONT CHARGE ANYMORE. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE ***** AND MAKE YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE WHICH THEY DON'T RETURN.
