      I received my order confirmation on 26 September and still have not received my order after more than a month.Asendia tracking link provided does not work and I have no way of tracking my order. I've sent multiple emails to Activated you to enquire about my order and there was no response. Not sure if I'm being scam here.

      I received an email 2 weeks ago that my order "ORD-********* / AY3811925 Shipping Confirmation" has been shipped, but when I try to track the parcel on the Ascendia link it shows "item not found".I have tried sending emails to customer service 2 times, but did not receive any reply or help both times. Now, I am not sure if my shipment has even been sent at all or if I have been scammed. Very unacceptable not to be able to contact anyone from the company at all. I am not able to call the hotline as I live overseas. I hope a customer representative will get in touch with me asap.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as I have received the products yesterday, along with the email of the tracking information that was not received before.

      However, I would like Activated You to let me know why there was no response to my online query that was submitted twice, in order to avoid a repeat of this scenario if I were to reorder the products in future.

      This website is a scam. They do not allow you to initiate a return and no one is available on the phone number they give you. Others have taken this product and experienced medical issues and have deemed it unsafe.

      I was charged $128.98 for an order I never placed. I was never given a confirmation or notification of an upcoming order. I placed 1 order in July and I am being charged again. Looking at my account, it says I have no subscription so there is nothing even to cancel. I was worried to order from here in the first place bc I heard it was a scam and deeply regret placing my original order. I did not place an order on 8/8, I do not have any subscription and I do not want this product.

      I ordered the Morning Citrus Medley Drink from Activated You sponsored ads. The products never arrived but they have charged me on my credit card. The Activated You website which allows customers to track their orders showed that the products have been delivered but I never received any of it. Now I am feeling that it is a scam! I want my money back and get a full refund from ActivatedYou. Shouldn't have bought anything online from untrustworthy sites like these despite having celebrities endorsement!

      1 June 2024 went online and I ordered 1 Activated You Morning Complete. Day later I found was charged and Invoiced 3 times:Ord - *********/ AY3675786 for 1 Activated You @$97.85 Ord - *********/ AY3675787 for 3 different product @$89.10 Ord - *********/ AY3675788 for 3 Activated You @$130.35 I dispute that I ordered 3 different orders. I have been charged automatically for items I did not order. I have asked my bank to dispute this and have changed my card to make sure this does not continue happening. Very inconvenient. ***

      Ive been taking this product for the last 3 weeks and Ive started to be super constipated and feel sick nausea daily. There is no change in my health/body in any good way since taking the morning powder. Super disappointed

      They send expired product. Also Im in hives neck to ankle from the product. It had a funny smell but I saw how many people had issues. There is a huge safety concern here. Ive been to my dermatologist twice now and spent $400 on Dr visits, product and medicine to treat the reaction.

      So I had ordered the morning complete from ActivatedYou a couple years ago and there was no problems. I ordered it a second time no problems. This is the third or the fourth time I ordered it and Im not sure if they changed delivery companies but I ordered two jars and the delivery company kept emailing me saying it was undeliverable. I contacted them they really didnt give me much of a reply. They gave me a discount and returned some of my money but I said I want the product so they re-ordered it for me and again same thing happened when meanwhile, *** ordered before live in a building that takes all our packages at security so its impossible for it to be undeliverable. That just means the delivery company is taking your products and not giving them to people and Ive complained to them and explain this like why are they using this company? If theyre not delivering your product, they didnt even answer any of my questions and just returned all my money. This is super bad business and Im not sure if the people hire up no that this is whats happening, but theyre pretty quick to just give money back without delivering a product now, so I will no longer be ordering from them. I did get my money back but Im concerned about whats happening with this company I wouldnt order if I was you buyer beware

      I am rejecting this response because: it makes no sense to say that thats all you can do. Your delivery company is lying to you. Theres no such thing as not being able to deliver it to a building that has a concierge and security that takes numerous parcels from Amazon, and every other company that I order from on a daily basis so this is 100% a lie whether it be from you guys or from your delivery company if it was undeliverable, why was I able to order from you guys prior to this? Thats OK I will be choosing a different company to order greens type morning complete from from now on. I dont see your company lasting much longer if this is the way you treat people wanting your product.
