      Good afternoon, this speaker is a call of duty player from the first call of duty Warzone is not the first time that I have been Shadowbanned by players who don't know, he loses a fair exchange and has been sending reports countless times just for the player to be banned from the game , I think this is unfair because I buy Call Of Duty Modern Warfare game skins every year and I don't use any hack or anything that helps aim or anything like that to take advantage of the game, I've never done this, I've never done it and I think it's unfair to players who are playing fair and you go there and ban the person who is clean playing fair, but then you know that many players use a mechanic to take advantage of the game using hacks, you simply let them play freely through warzone. I urgently need you to give me back my access to play games with friends, and improve your Anti-cheat because every year I receive an unfair ban. If it continues like this I'm personally abandoning Call Of Duty Warzone. solve my problem I have been without playing for more than 5 days due to an unfair ban.

      My account was hacked and I have been permanently banned from playing Call of Duty titles. Activision has acknowledged that I was hacked and has changed the password on my account because of this, but will not reinstate my account. This leaves me at a loss for the funds I have spent purchasing their games. This includes MW2, for which I paid $44.80 on May 23rd, 2024, and a pre-order of Black Ops 6 for $44.80, paid on June 9th, 2024. This game is not yet released and I have not accessed it and yet Activision refuses to refund me, or reinstate my account so I can get the value from my purchase. This is unreasonable and is a pattern of behavior by Activision. There are thousands of posts across social media from others who have been put in this same situation. My preferred resolution is that they just reinstate my account. They have reviewed the situation, seen that an unauthorized account accessed my profile. They were proactive in removing this account from my profile so nothing else should be needed beyond a password reset. They punish their customers when our data is compromised and it is unacceptable.My second choice would be a refund for the two most recent purchases, totaling $95.19.

      In this case, you'll need to create a support ticket using Activision's official support channel.

      Here are the steps to create a support ticket:

      Someone has linked their steam account to my ******************** account. I dont know who this person is. I am afraid my personal information has been leaked from activision. I reached out to they but they keep bouncing me around from one department to the other.

      I believe I received a false permanent ban on my Activision account a few days ago after not playing for a little bit. It told me it was because of unauthorized software but I only play on PlayStation 5 and have been for 2 years. It's very frustrating since I've put so much time into every on that account and now it's all of a sudden gone. There is no way to use any weird devices to cheat or anything on PS5, so I have no idea how this happened. The only thing I can think of is maybe my account was hacked somehow without me knowing.

      I have been had a long standing account under the name of Dj9700 with Activision since 2011 that is over 10+ years and have never had any issues until recently. On the date of 2024-07-02 on 20:02 military time, a person with an account by the name of dempcigarthua1978 linked their Steam account to my ********************/Call of Duty account and proceed to violate rules. Said account is a PC account via Steam, as I have never played Call of Duty on my PC nor have I ever linked my Activision account to my personal computer. Since creating my account with Activision in 2011 I have exclusively played on nothing but PlayStation consoles as well. I have already changed my password and enabled two step verification, as well as submitted 2 tickets in regards to my account being hacked and the issues being resolved. Nothing has came about either one of those tickets. I do have the case number for both of them, they are as follows ********* and *********. My current case number to appeal said permanent ban is as follows ********. I have additional screen shots of the case numbers and the email that Activision sent me in regards to the mentioned Steam user linking their account to my personal Activision account. I hope this issues get resolved as I have always abided by the rule set forth by Activision and Call of Duty.       My name is tryrantknight768#******* email:***************** on warzone and I have been recently banned from warzone for no reason I haven't even played the game in a long time so how could I get banned maybe because I switched from ps5 to pc I brought the game on steam it was gifted to me I have mods for some games but I've never cheat in warzone at all and I would really.like my account back I spent a lot of money on skins and guns and such I just wanna play the game like a normal person

      I was falsely banned after my account was hacked. I havent played the game in a few weeks, and then get an email saying Im banned for manipulating game data. I change my password and file an appeal on the ban. They deny my appeal and Im permanently banned for something I didnt do! *** spent a lot of money with them and they cant even look and see my account was being used somewhere else in the world. Horrible customer service!
