My account got hacked, I can still access it but the hacker keeps kicking me out. I have made a complaint to activision and even when I did everything like changing passwords double authentication and even changing emails, it's still the same issue. the activision csr stopped replying to my emails already. I just can't afford to lose my account because I spent and invested a lot on it already. I hope you can help me. I'm desperate already. I can't affort to lose my Call of *********** account because I spent more than $10,000 on this game. I have followed all their instructions on changing the emails, which I did multiple times, activited 2FA and even changed my email but still the hacker keeps kicking me out. I already adviced them about this but it seems like they are not doing anything to help me. I also asked them to help me unlink the Activision account on my game because my primary account is ********, but they are not doing anything about it. For starters, I've been playing video games honestly for years without ever receiving any warning or ban apart from this one. This started a little over a year ago but has recently affected me again. In June of 2023, my PSN account was falsely banned from playing Call of Duty MW2, and all future games (though I was unaware it would continue for future games as well) and I tried to appeal. I was denied and continued trying until I gave up. A little under 2 weeks ago, I got back into Call of Duty under a brand new activision account. I played the game through ********** and eventually decided to link my PSN account so I could play it on my playstation as well when traveling. Well, when I linked my PSN account, my new ******************** account was immediately banned from Call of Duty servers. I tried to appeal, and was denied, and was unable to appeal any further. I beleive this is unfair and abusive because I spent around nearly $200 trying to purchase Black Ops 6 and can't play it. Due to the refund policy of PSN ( I can't get a refund either as I didn't find out I was banned until I had already opened the game, which makes it ineligible). The purchase ID for that is ***************, and im hsving trouble finding my purchase ID on ********** but ny psn account is my main focus. I would like my new activision account to be unbanned as I didn't do anything wrong before and didn't do anything wrong this time around.
