    need my in game activison name changed, due to it not being the same as my FACEIT linked activision in game name. Any chance of a token? really wanna keep playing challengers cheers.

They habe no support number or option to help in my situation you think theyd wanna to keep people who have been playing for 10 plus years instead of banning them for no reason then not letting them appeal.     On 3/11/24 my activision account was hacked. I noticed and made activision aware through their customer support page. They have a special area for people who believe their account has been hacked. I filled out all the proper questions and even made a new account like the site asked. After over a year of trying to deal with this I have no other option but to go this route. I have spent hundreds of dollars and hours on this game and it may seem silly to some but it means a lot to me. I hadnt been into gaming since I was really young and built this account up. Someone takes it and requests for it to be deleted. Obviously that was not me. You can see that the account was linked to the same ***( PlayStation network) account for over 4 years, then randomly linked to a ********* account. The *** which was linked for years is then removed and after just a few days the account is requested to be deleted. How is this not blatant hacking and should be fixed immediately? People work hard for their money and spend time away from family and other hobbies to play this game. It shouldnt be this hard to maintain security for an account with a multibillion dollar company.
